• Sergiy (9/5): Superb - Great location, very close to the center of the city. Nice apartment No elevator. If you don't have heavy luggage, it's Ok, otherwise you need to carry bags on the fifth floor

• Georgi (10/5): Modern, clean apartment in the center with excellent host - The apartment was very clean, modern, cozy, and centrally located with easy access to everything. The host was really friendly and helpful. The building may be old, but well-maintained with respectful neighbors. The unfair review from the previous guests. I walked to the center a few times myself and it takes 10 mins max on foot. And all those previous reviews that mentioned it being on the 5th floor? There's a brand new washing machine, drying rack, iron+ironing board - maybe some people just don't get the concept of self-catering apartment and expect a 5-star hotel service at a fraction of the price. I wish pepole read more and check out about their destinations before they go on a trip.

Great AC. Not even a 10 min walk to all the restaurants and shops. Very good room for the price. Would recommend.

It's not a 5-star hotel, of course, but considering Albanian conditions, it had everything we needed,– a stove, oven, and sink. The location is near to the bazaar, and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. The bathroom with a shower is a bit small, but for a creative person, it's not a problem. The owner was very helpful in everything. I had a one-day issue with the Wi-Fi, but the owner quickly helped resolve the problem. It was natural perversity of inanimate objects only. None

The apartment had everything you could wish for, even washing machine and iron and ironing board, it was super practical. Modern equipment, nicely decorated. All new. The owner was very attentive and prompt. It's on the 5th floor, no elevator. No problem for us, we didn't mind at all. Actually enjoyed the old style apartment block

• Dejvidm (1/5): Not recommended - It was 5 minutes far from city center and New Bazaar The room smelled so bad, TV was not working, it was dirty everywhere, sheets, floor, towels, bathroom. Everything was dirty. Lots of noises from neighbours. Bathroom didn't have towel hangers, and the water drainage wasn't working, the water almost came in bedroom.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The owners very helpful and friendly. Very good location, comfortable place to stay and clean.
