• Ine (9/5): - Personeel was super behulpzaam, goeie tips gekregen en gaf ons 2 keer een gratis lift met de auto. De fietsen waren makkelijk te huren. Leuke touch met het voorzien van traditionele japanse badjassen voor de gasten.

• Roberto G. (7/5): Cute Ryokan is a peaceful area of Matsumoto - Cute Ryokan in Matsumoto. I stayed only for 1 night and left pretty early in the morning, so I had little chance to explore breakfast and additional services, except for the Japanese bath which was nice. The room had a nice view on the river and felt very peaceful. You need to get a bus to get to the Ryokan from the station, the area doesn't seem particularly well served (I might be wrong), so you might find it a bit too isolated if you're planning to stay for more that 2 days.

• Debbie (8/5): Prijs kwaliteit - De kamer was goed, er is een plek om te eten en kleine afwas te doen. Ik heb met de manuele fiets gratis Matsumoto kunnen verkennen! Locatie is misschien minder maar er rijdt wel een rechtstreekse bus van station.

• Arnau (8/5): Un buen sitio para alojarse! - Es un buen sitio para alojarse. Y la dueña nos ayudó en todo momento. Puedes alquilar bicis (muy recomendable) y tienen una sala de estar/comedor con tes y cafés, y un onsen muy decente. Me pareció muy bonito el detalle de que puedas coger un pequeño regalo de una mujer muy mayor que lo hace a mano. Lo guardaré siempre :) Queda un poco alejado de los puntos más bonitos de Matsumoto en mi opinión.

• Juan (9/5): Riokan sencillo y cómodo si estás de paso - Ryokan tipo Hostel con baños y lavabos compartidos pero muy limpios y claramente separados. Habitaciones normales en tamaño con camas individuales muy cómodas. Lo mejor el onsen, siendo más grande el de mujeres que el de hombres. Parking propio pero limitado. Atención del personal excelente Lamentablemente la educación del grupo de huéspedes molestando con sus voces por la mañana, pero eso no es culpa del Riokan.

• Joanna (10/5): Travelling as couple - Lovely and welcoming ryokan with socializing place, onsen and wonderfull rooms. There is even a book exchange possibility. Everything was amazing and clean. The family who runs the ryokan was very friendly and helpful. Japanese style breakfast was good! Would stay there again. ありがとうございました -

They have thought of everything and it was the most comfortable I felt on the trip (that could have been the onsen too haha). And the breakfast was to die for!! Nothing. They had thought of everything.

• Elena (10/5): - I stayed with son for two nights. We booked it as we wanted to try traditional Japanese style hotel. It was very new experience for us, especially using the communal onsen. But we both liked it. It was a bit confusion with the separate slippers which we had to use in the bathroom and couple of time I forgot to change them. Sorry for that! The owners, old lady and her daughter did a great job! We had booked bus to National park at 5.30am and couldn't book taxi for that early time , so the daughter of the owner has offered to take us to the bus station . We are very appreciated for this help, otherwise we would have to walk for 45 min. Everything was clean , including sharing bathroom and onsen, I wish we had more time to stay here and explore Matsumoto. A bit far from train and bus station.

• Viajante2014 (10/5): - Very friendly and helpfull staff. Cozy place and room. Althrough the bathroom is shared, I never had any issue there due to being a limited number of rooms. They rent a bike for a good price which is a great way to explore the city. Confortable indoor onsen. Its a bit far from the town center, but you can take a bus whicu takes you there in 15-20 minutes. No outdoor onsen.

Japanese style Room was large and comfortable. Male/female baths can also be reserved as a couple for 30 minutes. 1 minute from a bus route to the station. Really quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Earliest breakfast was 7:30 which didn’t work for our early start but they offered us some free drinks instead which was kind of them

El baño compartido entre tanta gente a mí en particular me resulta incómodo y hay que bajar al piso inferior para la ducha. Hay un baño tipo onsen que está bien.

• 浩子 (8/5): リラックスできた。 - 掃除が行き届いて清潔。ホテルではペットボトルが置いてあったりするが、ここは廊下に冷蔵庫があって、その中に冷水筒が入ってて部屋に持っていくようになってた。朝食は(和食を選んだ)品数が多く、栄養バランスがとれて、ドリンクやご飯はおかわりできて良かった。自家製の蜂蜜も美味しかった。お布団が良かった。スタッフの方々は親切で、その土地の名産品やおススメスポットを色々教えてくれた。 男子トイレがスリッパが、ドアを閉めるとき挟まるので、毎回どけないといけなかった。冷水筒に入れる水を注ぎ足す時、キッチンと教えてもらったが、場所が分からなかった。

• Steffi (9/5): Prima verblijf - Vriendelijke eigenaar, heerlijk verzorgd ontbijt. Het centrum en kasteel zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Onsen was heel netjes. Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar je ook in de avond nog gebruik van kan maken, met koffie en thee en gekoelde drankjes voor een kleine prijs.
• Alexandre (9/5): Super bon rapport qualité prix pour découvrir Matsumoto et rayonner dans la région (onsen stations de ski, randonnées da - Notre 4e séjour en 10 ans dans ce ryokan tout simple et familial. Accueil chaleureux et service aux petits soins. Le petit dej est toujours vraiment super bien pour 1300 yens. Des parties ont été rénovées et c’est très bien ainsi. Super d’avoir des vélos (y compris électriques) pour profiter de Matsumoto en flânant entre le ryokan et le château. Cette fois on a tout fait en transports en commun : bus depuis Takayama via une randonnée à Kamikochi dans la journée, puis en train vers Nagano pour rejoindre Kanazawa ; dans la pratique c’est plutôt dans le sens inverse qu’il faut faire : le bus Takayama-kanazama avec une halte de 2h à shirakawago fait gagner beaucoup de temps.
