• Leonie (10/5): Just what we needed - Loved the little lift it was clean & well played out. Bed was comfy, great when travelling & wanting to feed yourself & enjoy the quiet countryside, while being only 10 minutes from town. Views of countryside were lovely. Heating run a little hot for me ( controlled in main house, but easily fixed with a window open for a while not a big deal.
• Johanna (10/5): Peaceful retreat near Inverness - We had a wonderful time at Berryfield. A short distance from Inverness, the apartment is located in a quiet almost rural area, with birdsong waking you up in the morning. The apartment was exactly as advertised and super comfortable and spacious. The hosts have also provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the welcome booklet. 10/10, no notes 😊
• Pamela (9/5): - Close to Inverness, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet, easy to find with great communication from the owners. Noise from the fridge at night, I'm a light sleeper so used earplugs the second night. For us, for the weekend it was great, due to the minimal kitchen facilities, and the layout we'd find it hard for a week or longer.

• Courtney-Michelle (10/5): Lovely apartment and kind hostess! - Rebecca was so hospitable and welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable! How far it was from Inverness town centre - we did underestimate this but that was entirely our mistake. If you are wanting to go to pubs etc in the evening, be sure to download stagecoach and check the bus routes 😊

• Jill (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist - Schöne, helle und große Wohnung. Wir hatten alle nötigen Dinge, wie Toaster und Mikrowelle. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig und man hat den Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles top 👍🏼
• Kiara (10/5): Stunning Stay! - A stunning and private little apartment with lovely views over the adjoining fields and only just outside of Inverness. Modern and well looked after. Very clean and cosy. The couch was amazing! I wish I could have taken it home with me. Spacious with plenty of room to move about and supplies in the kitchen were great including salt, pepper, tea, coffee and oil for cooking. There is a small built in fridge freezer for purchased foods. The parking was very convenient right next to the door of the apartment. Will definitely be back one day, wish I could have stayed longer. Not one thing.

Good location, and warm, welcoming space. - This is a lovely newly furnished apartment with modern fixtures, Rebecca is a lovely host who was happy to answer any and all of our questions! The shower took a little bit to work out… the water would change from hot to cold, back to hot and then back to cold, by itself for a few minutes when it was first started. After leaving it for a few minutes the temperature settled and was fine after that.

• Roland (10/5): Fantastische Ferienwohnung - Sehr ruhige Lage; die Zimmer waren super aufgeteilt. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm. Leider haben wir unsere Gastgeberin nicht persönlich getroffen, aber bei kleineren Fragen war sie erreichbar und konnte sofort helfen. Einfach klasse.sollten wir nochmal in die Nähe kommen, werden wir auf alle Fälle hier anfragen. 👌

• Martin E (10/5): Highland sanctuary. - A modern and sleek apartment, ideal for a couple to unwind and relax. The apartment has more plug sockets than our entire house! Plus plenty of USB charging sockets. The host Rebecca is wonderful and makes sure you have enough supplies and towels etc, highly recommend Berryfield holiday apartment. It would be churlish to mention.

• Tracey (10/5): - The property is beautifully laid out, immaculate, very comfortable. So much bigger than I expected. Everything you need for a short stay. Felt like home. Rebecca the host gave very clear instructions on how to get there, and where to park. Very clear information/ instructions/welcome pack in the property. Even though this is attached to their home, we had complete privacy. Hosts were very easily contactable if needed. I would most definetly stay here again. Highly recommend it.

• Beverly (9/5): Quiet, comfortable and handy for Inverness. - The property was modern and warm, with a comfortable bed and all the basic requirements. The area was very quiet and private. We found it very relaxing and a useful base for a few appointments in Inverness. Mostly good, but our hosts were unable to supply us with a pot to make fresh coffee. There were no little finishing touches and the lighting was inadequate for the mirrors and kitchen area.

It is very close the the town centre ,but far enough to avoid the traffic jam. simply gorgeous 😍 I highly recommend it 👌 I have nothing what I have disliked in our stay.

The directions were great and there were even photos sent to help with landmarks. Quiet location with lovely surroundings. I'd love to stay again! Nothing - it was perfect

The bread, milk, butter, coffee,sugar and breakfast items left for us was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Although the water was nice and hot, the shower itself had very little power and was very slow. We feel that the apartment would be perfect for a one or two night stay but unfortunately felt that it was too basic and not suitable for our four night stay.

The apartment was very cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We really appreciated the breakfast items! Being only 10 minutes from Inverness, the location was also perfect. Can highly recommend and would stay here again.

• B (7/5): Handy for Loch Ness or Inverness, tranquil setting in the countryside - The kitchen was well stocked with equipment making it easy to make a basic meal (if not wishing use of an oven), would have benefitted from instructions as to how to use the portable hob though sourced these online. There was a helpful welcome booklet with maps of the area and information about the property, only confusion was that the check out time in this booklet advised 11am though the cleaning company were ringing the bell to enter at 10am. We were grateful for a stay in a very clean, modern and well stocked accommodation with plenty of electrical sockets and useful items such as hairdryer/iron/ironing board and "Ness" products in the shower room. The kitchen also had a good supply of bread, cereals, milk, butter and jams which were an added bonus that we had not expected, this was gratefully received particularly when the position of the accommodation was a little remote for those who may be a little more used to living near a city and closer to a shop. The directions to the accommodation were very clear hence it was easy to find and we were grateful that these were sent over to us. The accommodation was within a few miles from Beauly which is a lovely town with very friendly shop owners it was also travelable to Loch Ness and with fairly good connections to further north, we enjoyed a visit to Dornoch whilst there. We didn't see the owners while there though we popped a thank you card through their door when we left and ensured that we had left the place clean and tidy. Confusion concerning check out time was not ideal, this is the first time we have used Booking.com for a private let hence we will be better informed for our next time. The bed was quite hard, indeed to the point that a quite uncomfortable two nights sleep was had, not helped by the outside security light popping on and off and shining in to the property through the glass front and interior doors, would have benefitted from a blind on the front door to counter act this. We also found the shower to have a rather small door and was somewhat lacking in power plus the drain slightly backed up. To also add, reversing out of the parking space was a little tight due to the cars already parked in the drive, would have been slightly easier if these cars had been parked just a little further over.

Les hôtes ont laissé plein de bonnes attentions tels que le petit déjeuner offert. Tout était très bien ! L'emplacement n'est pas dans la ville (ce qui était clair dans l'annonce), donc il faut que vous soyez véhiculés.

No se puede poner la calefacción, porque depende de la casa de los dueños, tuvimos frío en algún momento. Cama no muy cómoda. Ubicación apartada, necesario coche. • Daniel (9/5): - The house was very clean, cozy and well equipped. It was also really nice that the owners were nearby should there have been anything lacking. (Which was not the case). If there was anything to be mentioned, it was the shower water pressure. Which was at the lower end. But this would not make it so that we would not visit again if we were to return to the Highlands.

Great location as its not too far a drive from Inverness but still secluded in the countryside. There's a great wee pub a 15 min walk if you fancy getting out in the evening. Would come back again.
