Principalmente el personal del sitio, pasotismo total, poca educación. Parecia un patio de colegio. (Menos el chico de la noche) El baño le falta cuidado, cosas oxigadas, mal mantenimiento. La habitación en si a nuestra llegada se veia sucia, ventana rota y no cerraba. Se lo comentamos pero no nos dieron solucion, tuvimos que insistir para cambio de la habitación. Preguntabas cualquier cosa al personal y te sentías ignorado; estaban con las redes, haciendose videos y en una esquina todas hablando, nose estan en su lugar de trabajo un poco de profesionalidad. Para desayunar tenias las mismas dos opciones todos los dias, la cantidad de proteína era ridícula.

• Kenza (6/5): Fait l’affaire mais vous pouvez trouver mieux, surtout pour le prix - Le personnel était très aimable et à disposition pour nos questions, nous avons souhaité changer de chambre car la nôtre était au rez de chaussée en face de la terrasse du restaurant donc très bruyant et le personnel a rapidement trouvé une solution. L’hôtel est situé dans une impasse, c’est à peu près calme. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas terrible, peut être pas assez de choix… Les chambres sont vieillissantes, la salle de bain mériterait au moins un rafraîchissement car elle laissait à désirer.

• YEONHWA (10/5): 0.5박 가성비 숙소 - 공항과 무척 가깝고 픽업 서비스가 좋았습니다. 객실은 생각보다 넓었어요. 밤늦게 도착해서 0.5박 하기 좋았습니다. 밤에 잘때 주변 소음이 쫌 심했습니다( 닭소리. 새소리) 이걸 호텔측의 문제라곤 할수 없겠지만 예민한분들는 힘들거 같네요

• Sarah (9/5): Great find akin to a hidden gem! - My friends and I were surprised with the overall quality of the resort! The room is BIG, the furniture are not cheap, even the tissue was like 5-ply! :D We're happy with the UNLI coffee and breakfast too! Although there was a curfew, there were still foreigner guests partying and who were really noisy at around 12mn - 2am!! I just hoped that the hotel staff called their attention. It was also nice that the resort offers FREE shuttle ride around town, I just hoped that the staff were friendlier and offered this service cos we only found out when we asked the driver.
• Shaun (6/5): Great stay - Great property and the staff were amazing. They helped arrange flowers for my partner The breakfast was not good and the shuttle service was very expensive. I paid 400 peso to travel less than 5km compared to my taxi ride which I paid 600 peso to travel more than 30 km. No back up power so rooms are very hot during brown out.

• Maria (8/5): The whole stay was wonderful. - The room is spacious, well-lit and clean. All the necessities are available except for iron which I think the property must have in each room. There’s a cloth rack which is very useful specially if you wanna dry clothes and could be placed in the balcony. Location is fine, there are nearby “sari-sari store” and restos. Money exchange was quite far however, id like to commend the sari-sari store few steps from the place as it helped me with the Gcash cashing out although they dont usually have that service (with a charge of 10Php / 1k) which i think is best. 7-eleven is 15mins walk away from the property and ATM is available there (local and intl withdrawal). Property has a huge pool, 2-5ft. It also has foosball and a pool. Breakfast only has 1 menu but it is still a great deal. Motorcycles are up for only 350 a day. Action 360 camera is also available for a day rent. Summing up, staying here was a bliss specially if you just wanna relax and take a break from the norms. I think it is better to have a clear plastic shower curtain than cloth for hygiene purposes. Property may look at replacing the stained cloth shower curtain as it is already dirty and stained. There were tines that water supply got interrupted,specially on the sink and flush toilet bowl.

• Anna (6/5): Located far from Alona beach, had excess charges to pay. - Very reasonably priced and spacious accommodation, but Located further out from Alona beach. It wasn’t made clear on check in how to request for a room clean. We had to check out early, due to an early ferry crossing and was checked out. A couple of hours later, I had been contacted via Facebook, messenger and email and we had to pay a damaged towel. My daughter had a mishap with a towel and bled through. We were being asked to pay for the damages by sending the money via bank transfer or gcash. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this situation after many years of travelling in different countries and staying different hotels. As a kind gesture, I went out of my way to pay the damages for the towel.

Easy location to get onto all the local tours. Inclusion of tv in the room would help the evenings a little but this wasn’t a big deal.

• Martyn (10/5): Excellent quite and relaxing stay - The staff where excellent and always ready with a smile the location was perfect it was in a quite area of panglao but not to far away from the main area which was 10 minutes away in a tuk tuk or alternatively after 4 the hotel provided free transport into town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the property also had a nice sized pool where you could relax and enjoy a quiet beer. I will definitely book the same hotel in my next visit. My only negative was there was no fridge in the room where you could put water

Was no view at swimming pool or garden. The only view was a wall full of mold. You couldn’t sit outside due to mold, couldn’t breathe outside of the room, bad for your health to inhale the mold. The bathroom was in bad shape.

• Andreas (3/5): Crazy how big of an impact staff has on your vacation. - Nice owner, and okay price. It’s annoying to make this review, because we really wanted to like it, but the amount of effort from the staffs side was so bad. We got a room with a clogged shower, and toilet, we had been on a 42 hour long journey and checked in late, and this was the last thing we needed. I asked for a similar room, so we wouldn’t have to wait for staff to come and pump the room, since we just wanted to sleep. It was a very hard negotiation, and a long persuading conversation, but we got the new room. Worst thing about this place: 1. There is no room service, you can order one, but you won’t get it. You will have to deliver the key in the reception, and they they will give you an estimate between 1-4 pm 😂but it never came. 2. Staff seriously does not want to be there. I used to think the Philippines was the nicest people in the world, kinda contemplating that now. 3. The cleanliness in the bathroom… 4. Pool is dirty The owner is very nice, and seems to care about the experience his guests have, but unfortunately not knowing of the employees work. My girlfriend and I had the exact same experience. Looks like I’m far from the first complaining about the staff.

• Bruchanik (1/5): BREAKFAST are total disaster and staff are not willing to solve problem!!!! - Hi, we stayed in this hotel for couple of days. Facility is ok but BREAKFAST is total disaster!!!! We found broken eggs shells inside fried egg, it should happens of course but we found in one egg 3 big EGG SHELLS (I think inside was more of them) and of course we tell the waiter that its not good and we will not eat it. He goes inside kitchen tells something with other stuff and we think, they are going to bring us new portion of fried eggs but after 15 minutes nothing happens and we have to stay HUNGRY!! When we tell this to the receptionist, one waitress also was there while we speaking with receptionist and they are just communicating in Filipino language together and only LAUGHING at us!!! So this is how they solve problems. THEY DONT even say sorry or something!!!

It wasn’t so much clean and the bathroom water was leaking the most important thing there is no hose connected to the cabinet to clean the bottom

• John (8/5): Great Rooms and Location. Ask for your breakfast hot! - The Overall 'Resort' feel with the pool at the centre was good. The Rooms were very large and comfortable and had an upmarket feel. There was unlimited Coffee by the pool and the location was good. We walked into town, a 20 minute walk. The staff were good, but not great. Breakfast was an issue as we ordered the American Breakfast, so familiar in the Philippines. For the first two days the breakfast ingredients were cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. Cold fried eggs, cold sausages. Nobody wants that. But they continued serving those to everyone. On the 3rd day we had to ask for ours to be hot. Although we are not in the Philippines to watch TV, one in the lovely room would be a welcome addition.

• Lu (8/5): Good stay, 4 minutes from the airport - We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, just 4 minutes away with a free transfer. The room was clean and spacious, and the basic breakfast met our needs. The staff was friendly, and they also offer a free shuttle to Alona Beach in the afternoon. It was what we needed for a first night in Panglao after arriving past midnight I have no complaints—this hotel is perfect for its close proximity to the airport. However, most other hotels on the island are also just a short 20-minute drive away.
