Bar Man was very rude, he made us feel so not accepted. Yes, he assisted me with a knife, but it was like his doing me a favour. The Bar Black Man was very rude to both my husband and me. Cleaners were talking to loud in the morning and did not even bother the clients. The view of the room was perfect but the room not what we expected. we were all just disappointed.

Will never, never go back. The hotel has serious maintenance issues. Our room door did not close properly, and it can be seen that the room door had been broken into, sometime in the past. The repairs to the door were shabby and totally unprofessional. Our bathroom towels were dirty - one of the towels even had blood on them!!!! This was really gross. The room carpets were sticky if you walked barefoot. We had to resort to walking around, in the bedroom, with sandals. Therefore, hotel had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues.

I'm going to report them to the health authorities as it is a health hazard and encroaches our dignity to expect people to stay there.

It was like rooms were not cleaned nor inspected before the next guest checks in. I reported on a dirty shower, only to return later to the saame dirty shower. In my kids rooms we found saucers under the bed. The dinner ordered at the restuarant took soo long to arrive, we had to take it and eat it in our rooms .

The rooms are not great, there was no milk in the room for coffee, the bath was stained and shower very small and low class. Our room was not ready for 2pm check in so we had to end up driving around with our things in the car or without being able to freshen up for the day. The reception told us they would call us to tell us when the room would be ready but could not provide a time more or less - we never received a call. There was no fridge in the room and the beds are very uncomfortable with a thin duvet

The funiture of the rooms is quite old they need to upgrade. As for the carpet you can tell it is very old and dirty and as a person who has sinuses l struggled to sleep because of the strong smell from the carpet. They sweep the carpet yes but they do not clean it with water. Also, they have stains on the carpet. The TV that is in room does not work properly.
