There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay.
Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying.

- Stefany Erna (8/5): Was a short and sweet stay! - The property was new, clean and location was great. The rooms are huge & the villa was spacious. The location on google maps was not accurate, but that can be fix by management quickly and I think need signage in front of the street.

- Laylah-rose (10/5): Beautiful, clean villa making our stay as enjoyable as possibly. - The villa had exceptional service with daily housekeeping and helping us with anything we needed especially when we got food poisoning. The pool was lovely and the rooms were nice and spacious. Nothing at all! Only minor thing is the location, but if you're on scooters you will be fine!
- Sarah (9/5): Really enjoyed a 3 nights here could have happily stayed longer. Great space for families - Lovely spacious property that has all the comforts of home. Beds super comfortable. Location is handy especially if you have Scooters due to the Shortcut being so close. No butter knifes in cutlery draw, very hard to butter toast without a knife. We had a few flys that were annoying but the host did point out some bug spray for us. Would be great if there was access to the Washing Machine and a clothes rack.
- Cia (10/5): Exceptional - The room is spacious, well cleaned and new. Good location as it near to all trendy hotspots of Canggu. The rooftop oasis is amazing place to unwind. The construction next door is a bit disturbing. But does not really bother me because I am outside during the day. Will sure to book again in future
- Suwandi (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the villa is very strategic as it is located in Bali's trending village (Canggu). There were several cafes near the villa itself. The villa itself has a very modern design and it is very new. laundrette, cafes , convenient stores are all within walking distance (200m)
- Said (4/5): Disappointing - Location and big house It was very dirty and insects and lot of constructies in the morning so we couldn’t sleep and the shower smelt dirty and they couldn’t fix it during our stay of 1 week
