• Nicole (9/5): Great value for money and friendly staff - The hotel was in a good location - district 3 but so close to D1. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer free to use which was so useful when travelling between places. Really comfy beds and pillows. The aircon in our room didn’t reach our bed which made it a bit uncomfortable at times as we visited during May when the weather was hot and humid and room was top floor with a skylight. There was a ceiling fan above the bed which helped a bit.

• Christiane (8/5): - Wir haben uns im Hem Touch House sehr wohl gefühlt. Superfreundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, gutes Frühstück, gute Zimmerausstattung. Das Hotel ist sehr klein und es hat eine sehr persönliche Note, was schön ist. Empfehlenswert! Es gibt keine eigene Duschkabine, es steht also automatisch das Bad unter Wasser, wenn man duscht, bzw. man muss einfach vorsichtig sein. Das Fenster geht zu einem engen Schacht raus - keine Aussicht. Die Dachterrasse ist toll, aber war bei uns Wäscheständern vollgestell.

• Alison (9/5): Oasis of calm - Really clean, very welcoming, relaxing and hidden away. Smelt great! It was a bit maze-like in the surrounding alleys so it was difficult for Grab drivers to find sometimes. Also, like many places in Vietnam, there's no lift so we had to get our bags up a few flights of stairs, which the staff helped with.

En er liggen veel activiteiten op loopafstand. Het pand is kraaknet. En personeel super vriendelijk. Niks. Alleen een opmerking er is geen lift.

Wir hatten leider,wegen dem Frühstück Sonderwünsche, da wir eine Tour gebucht hatten, und zu den regulären Frühstückszeiten nicht kommen konnten. • Giorgia Marangone (10/5): Loved it! - I loved the calmness and style of the hotel. It's in a strategic location as it's between the airport and the city centre, so close to everything but in a back alley to be "away" from the chaos of the streets. Everything is curated in each small detail, and the staff is super nice!! Upon our arrival, they sent me some recommendations on the city, and they always showed great assistance. I experienced an issue with the luggage collection (not their fault) as I was checking out very late, and they were very patient and helped me straight away. Great experience overall! Highly recommend :) Plus - breakfast is prepared as you wish, just for you! I liked that.

• Marta (9/5): Muy bien - Lo mejor del alojamiento, el personal. Inicialmente reservé una habitación en su otro hotel (que está a 5 minutos andando); enseguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo para decirme que no tenían disponibilidad en ese hotel (había habido un error) pero me ofrecieron una rápida solución (alojarnos en el otro hotel por mismo precio). Nuestra habitación era grande, estaba limpia, tenía un balcón muy agradable y luz. El desayuno en el rooftop, un gusto y muy bueno. El personal muy atento y resolutivo, siempre con una sonrisa. En cuanto a la ubicación, está algo alejado de los principales atractivos de la ciudad si es la primera vez que la visitas (unos 20-30 minutos andando). Quizá en ese caso reservaríamos en algo más céntrico (en distrito 1) ya que la ciudad es enorme. Sin embargo se puede recorrer a pie y sino en taxi que es muy barato. Lo recomiendo (teniendo en cuenta lo de la ubicación)

• Alessa (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit super liebem Personal - Wunderbares kleines Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitengasse aber trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super lieb und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und bei jeder Frage geholfen. Wir können jedem empfehlen hier zu bleiben :)

• Thomas (10/5): Eine kleine Oase in einer aufregenden Stadt - Eine wundervolle Unterkunft. Ruhig und doch so zentral. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Service ausgesprochen gut. Und auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp im Vorfeld und die erhaltenen Tipps waren einfach wundervoll. Das Frühstücksangebot hat uns positiv überrascht, denn entgegen vereinzelten Bewertungen hier, wird es liebevoll zubereitet und schmeckt vorzüglich. Per Grab ist die Unterkunft gut erreichbar. Man wird an einer großen Straße rausgelassen und geht dann (mit sehr guter Beschreibung) noch ein paar Meter durch die Hinterhöfe.

Personnel agréable et souriant. L' absence d'ascenseur Ma chambre avait une fenêtre porte et étant voyageur solo j'aurais aimé le savoir. Je n'ai pas eu peur mais ça peut être surprenant. C'était la seule chambre comme ça. J'ai du avoir la dernière réservation

• Sonia (10/5): Excelente relação qualidade / preço, recomendo! - Quarto muito limpo, com cheiro muito agradável, tudo muito bem cuidado. Localização, apesar de ficar junto a uma zona de grande movimento, fica num beco sem barulho, onde não passam carros. Não deixem de ir ao bar belga bem pertinho e perderem-se nas estreitas ruas laterais à principal, que valem muito a pena. Maquina de lavar e secar gratuitamente a partir das 14:00. Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar com tudo. Comida de rua até tarde, um quarteirão ao lado. Fácil chegar a pé aos principais pontos turísticos, como o museu da guerra, opera, notre dame ou posto dos correios. Gostei de tudo

• Paul (8/5): I’d recommend - It’s location - tucked away from the noisy roads of Saigon but only 25m away. It was clean and the staff went over and above to provide information and assistance. It didn’t have a bar!

Całkiem okej śniadania, co prawda nie w formie bufetu, a gotowych dań wybranych dzień wcześniej z menu. Do pokoju na ostatnim piętrze nie prowadzi winda, co przy większej ilości bagażu i temperaturze może sprawiać problem. Ponadto było w nim bardzo ciepło, (klimatyzacja dawała radę, ale trzeba było odczekać kilkadziesiąt minut, by zdążyła ochłodzić pokój po całym dniu). W ogłoszeniu naszego pokoju nie było informacji na temat braku kabiny prysznicowej, za to w zdjęciach całego obiektu widoczne są łazienki z kabiną co wprowadza w błąd (w naszym przypadku prysznic i toaleta znajdowały się bardzo blisko siebie, bez kabiny i zasłonki, więc przy braniu prysznica cała łazienka była w wodzie)

• Katharina (8/5): - Kleines Boutique Hotel, auf jedem Stock gibt es nur 1-2 Zimmer (insgesamt 6 Stück). Man bekommt einen Guide per PDF zu Ho Chi Minh. Mir persönlich hat die Ecke besser gefallen als District 1, irgendwie normaler. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner auf der Dachterrasse m, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Essen, das man am Abend vorher aussuchen muss, war lecker Wie so oft, mal wieder nur eine Teilabgrenzung der Dusche, man flutet leicht die Toilette mit. Sehr viele Treppen durch das kleine Haus und ich bin diese Ferien sehr viele Stufen bereits gelaufen. Das es einen Zettel gibt das man für Verschmutzung eine Strafe Zahlen muss, das fand ich nicht sehr schön, da auch nicht klar definiert ist, was als Verschmutzung oder Kaputt gemeint ist (obwohl die Handtücher schon Fäden gezogen hatten)

Das Personal vor Ort ist hilfsbereit und freundlich! Leckeres Frühstück, dass immer am Abend vorher ausgewählt werden kann. Uns hat alles im Hem Touch House gefallen!

• Yael (8/5): - מקום קטן וחמוד, הצוות עזר לנו לסגור סיור, יש מכונת כביסה, מקום נעים יש בתי קפה מסביב ושקט בלילה. סהכ תמורה טובה למחיר, כן צריך לקחת בחשבון שהעיר םקוקה לכן לוקח רבע שעה להגיע לאזור היציאות אין מעלית, היינו בקומה האחרונה עם מזוודות וזה היה סיוט (5 קומות), בארוחת בוקר בעיקר יש אוכל וייטנאמי (אופציה מעברית זה לחם עם ריבה..) טעון שיפור

• Duy (10/5): Kỳ nghỉ tại HemTouch thật tuyệt vời, trọn vẹn sự thoải mái, yên tĩnh và đáng nhớ. - Điều khiến tôi ấn tượng nhất ở HemTouch chính là phong cách phục vụ chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và hết lòng với khách. Bất kể ai đến cũng được tiếp đón chu đáo, ân cần như nhau. Ngạc nhiên hơn cả là giữa trung tâm Sài Gòn nhộn nhịp, nơi đây vẫn mang đến không gian nghỉ ngơi yên tĩnh, đặc biệt vào ban đêm không hề bị ảnh hưởng bởi tiếng ồn từ bên ngoài như nhiều khách sạn khác. Trải nghiệm thật sự vượt mong đợi – chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại và tiếp tục ủng hộ HemTouch trong những chuyến đi tới. Điều duy nhất khiến tôi tiếc nuối là không có thêm thời gian để ở lại nhiều ngày hơn.
• Fay (7/5): Quiet and comfortable homestay. - Basic limited Vietnamese breakfast that needs to be ordered the evening before. Very comfortable bed. Just note that there is no lift as it is a homestay. We were on the 3rd floor which was a bit of a climb. The girl at reception offered to help with luggage. The laneway from the street is a bit of a walk from where you need to be dropped off by grab etc. on the street. At the time we were there it was being dug up and was quite muddy.
• Romain (9/5): Petit nid au centre de HCM - Globalement, le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôtel est vraiment excellent. Le personnel est également adorable et accueillant et fait tout son possible pour mettre les clients à l’aise. La chambre était également très propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner peut être déstabilisant si vous n’aimez pas manger salé le matin, que ce soit la cuisine vietnamienne ou anglaise. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de variétés et peut-être avoir un modèle de buffet.

• ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ (10/5): - The breakfast was very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also there was washer and drier in the building which was super convenient. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Romain (8/5): Personnel adorable mais accès difficile. - Le personnel est adorable et nous avons bien remarqué qu'elles étaient soucieuses de notre bien être. Les chambres étaient propres. Des travaux ont lieu dans les petites rues qui rejoignent l'hôtel, ce qui a rendu l'accès difficile. Je n'ai été prévenu de cet inconvénient qu'une fois dans le taxi qui nous emmenait à l'hôtel. Il aurait été plus convenable que je sois informé de cette situation bien avant notre arrivée, sachant que les travaux ne dataient pas d'aujourd'hui au vu des tranchées réalisées. Les trajets aéroport-hotel proposés par l'hôtel sont chers. Et enfin, il y a un tuyau qui se déverse dans la douche, pas très courant, voir la photo ?
