De slaap- en badkamer waren prachtig, goed onderhouden en proper. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Het dinner viel wat tegen.

We experienced such wonderful hospitality from all the staff we met during our stay. The room was really comfortable and immaculately finished. Breakfast was delicious, with a spectacular view, too.

- Catherine (10/5): Family friendly hotel without loosing the charm - The property was really wonderful - clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and run a delicious restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast was delicious and the choices just kept coming! Perfect stay!

Wij hebben ook 2 avonden in het restaurant op het dak gegeten, dat was heerlijk. Het zwembad is aan de kleine kant, echter was dat voor ons geen probleem! We waren de enige die er waren.

- Nic (7/5): A great place to stay in Kandy. - The bedrooms were really spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was ok but fairly limited however I did enjoy the omelettes once I realised they were an option. Lovely views out over the hills and down to the lake. I had to ask for the room to be made up each day.

- Marielle (9/5): - La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse, très belle décoration . Literie très confortable. La salle de bains est très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré cette chambre. Nous voulions faire un massage, ce n’était pas possible de le faire à l’hôtel , alors qu’on pouvait le supposer , puisque qu’il était indiqué qu’il y avait un Spa. Le personnel nous a dissuadé de le faire en argumentant que c’était très loin et compliqué. Le personnel de la réception ne semblait pas très motivé.

While the variety of the food was good, we were sadly let down because even the hot dishes were cold. This happened because the chafing dishes did not have any heat underneath them, so the food never reached the right temperature. We hope they improve this in the future, because the setting is actually very nice, and the service was also friendly.

Es gab kaum Auswahl und das was da war hat einen auch nicht wirklich aus den Socken gehauen. Für den Preis wirklich enttäuschend.

Camera enorme, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, letto King size e una vetrata panoramica stupenda. Lo staff è estremamente gentile e professionale, la colazione è ottima ed è servita all'ultimo piano, dove si gode di una vista bellissima. Ottimo anche il ristorante , lo abbiamo provato per cena. - EVA (9/5): Buen hotel, repetiriamos. - Nos encantó la ubicación para poder tener unas vistas increíbles de Kandy. La habitación y el baño son amplios y cómodos. Y para destacar, nos encantó el restaurante. Es muy cómodo poder subir en cualquier momento, con mucha variedad y muy rico todo. La ubicación, aunque proporciona unas vistas maravillosas, tienes que bajar al pueblo para poder comprar o tener algo de ambiente.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer hätte etwas besser sein dürfen. Ebenso der Service in dem Restaurant, dieser war im Vergleich zu vorherigen Hotels nicht sehr gut. Leider hatte unser Zimmer trotz Buchung mit Balkon nur einen Blick in den Innenhof.

- Kerry (5/5): - The view from the restaurant My room (303) didn't have windows and you had to walk down a small corridor to the balcony which was on the hillside right next to the bushes. You can't really sit on the balcony because of monkeys. On last day found a dead rat on balcony, not necessarily the fault of the hotel as may have come from the hill as it was right on balcony. Food choice was really poor and coffee was watered right down so no flavour. Xmas eve buffet dinner was pitiful with limited choice. And please don't advertise a swimming pool when it's clearly a plunge pool with 2 tiny seats wedged in a gap. Bed was comfy but didn't dare move as the frame creaked constantly. Hotel was really noisy at night as you could everyone in corridors and didn't help that furniture was being moved on floor above.
