• Saathish (5/5): It’s an okay place if you’re just there to sleep, shower and get out. - The WiFi wasn’t working and I told the owner from day 1 of my 5 day stay but he never tried to fix it. I had to text him every day to remind him and every time he said he’ll get to it but the WiFi did not work at all which was pretty frustrating. Luckily we had SIM cards and enough data to get through the week. I also asked for an extra key which I didn’t get after the owner said he would try to get it sorted for me.
• Zakaria (7/5): Good - the property is clean and nice. Suitable for my short stay. I asked the owner if there is any wifi and she/he said there is. We can access it but there was no internet connection. Messaged the staff again but got ignored. Also, maybe u can add the username of the wifi because there is only password wrote there. The owner seems unfriendly and intentionally doesn’t want to reply. Do better at customer service. Give details direction and instructions at least 5 hours before the check in time without being told.

• Natasha (4/5): Overall, it's a place for the guest to eat tapau, rest and sleep only. As per owner, most of the guest is chinese, t - Just ok. Misinformation. 1. Called the number provided before booking, he said it's 2 bedroom but it's 1 Bedroom. The other queen bed is at the living hall. Asked the owner regarding this during check in but they just seen my WhatsApp. Owner still claimed it's 2 bedroom bec have 2 bed there. Should write 2 bed not 2 bedroom. Owner can't differentiate between bedroom and bed. 2. No access to the pool. Owner should delete that details in here instead of misleading guest. We called before booking so it's fine by us. 3. We spilled porridge on small area of the wall, we cleaned it but got not really visible stain that is cleanable. Our fault for thinking they hire housekeeping/cleaner to clean the rest. Deposit rm100 deducted since they said they have to repaint all over bec their 'chinese' guest wont like it. Understandable. P/s we left the house clean and tidy. We also sweep the floor and make the bed.
