• Susanna (1/5): Surkeaa touhua - En pitänyt mistään, koska ajoimme turhaan paikalle toteamaan, että kukaan ei tullut tuomaan meille avainta. Majoittajaan ei saatu yhteyttä omasta eikä Bookingin toimesta ennen majoittumista. Eivät ilmoittaneet, että eivät aio päästää meitä majoitukseen. Kuukautta aiemmin yrittivät vaatia lisähintaa sekä mm omia polttopuita. Booking hoiti asian surkeasti ja ajelutti meidät paikan päälle toteamaan, että paikalla ei ole ketään.
• Julia (1/5): - Majoittaja ei vaivautunut vastaamaan puheluihin saatika saapua paikalle. Turha reissu, eikä tietenkään tilalle löytynyt mitään muuta noin lyhyellä varoajalla.

• Fiorina (3/5): Non molto contenta - Molto bella la posizione , e l ambiente dentro sarebbe stato ancora più bello se fosse stato pulito La sporcizia e il fatto che ci dovevano essere 3 camere da letto matrimoniali . Ma invece ce ne era solo una matrimoniale e una singola

• Egzon (6/5): :( - Location I didn't like the way you get treated , because everytime you pay online and book the house , but when we want to use jakuzi and sauna we are always asked by the owner to pay extra costs 60-70€ to use them ( in order to bring woods for fire )

• Mikhael (1/5): It is the risk of using private hosts. Didnt have a stay and booking.com couldn't find alternative. - We did not get the keys. It was canceled 3 hours before checking
• Artemy (1/5): Please avoid, absolutely disgusting customer service - Nice location Absolutely disgusting customer service. We drove to the house, host just ignored our calls and the house was dirty. To this day the host haven’t contacted us and we didn’t even get a refund!

• Christopher (7/5): tranquil - Pristine property with great facilities and is located in a idlic setting. It wasn’t made clear about the fact that guest had to clean the property after themselves, this took about 2.5 hours at the end of the stay and took away from some of the relaxation. The owner messaged 2 days before the stay to say that fired wood had to be purchased if I wanted to use the sauna or hot tub. He then kindly gave fire wood for free. Something to note if considering making a booking here.

• Beate (9/5): Superb - I really liked the interior of the villa, it had everything we needed. The sauna house is located separately, which has one of the bedrooms. The whole place was big enough and comfortable for 5 persons. Finnish sauna was awesome. We would love to come back in the summer, to get the swim in the lake. Very Good price for everything we had, recommend to stay. Hosts were very kind! :) It took us 9 hours to get hot tub to be ready, it was ready only at 00:00,(37 degrees), we have been to many hot tubs, we also have one at home, never had this kind of problem. Also would be nice if the cleaning requirments would be mentioned somewhere before, or just cleaning price would calculated at the booking price, just not to spoil the relaxing atmosphere at Villa. (You can pay extra for not to do the cleaning in the Villa). Everything else was perfect and this did not disturb to enjoy our stay!

• Alexandru (7/5): Good - It has all the facilities,the view was beautiful A lot of neighbours,is just one large bedroom not 2,is not specifying you should pay an extra tax of 45€ for cleaning the property,or if you don’t pay it you should do it like a professional.If we didn’t call before leaving we didn’t now about this tax.It’s not recomanded for birthday party’s because your neighbours came to you since 15:00 to be more quaietly,if you want to relax is ok but in quiet.
