• Regine (7/5): Ohne "luxury" im Namen passt es - Die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Dass kein persönlicher Kontakt zu dem Gastgeber möglich war ... nur schriftlich möglich.
• Tamášová (5/5): - Közel van a központhoz, jó kommunikáció a szállásadóval Nagyon pici, a fűtés nem működött, a konyhában semmit nem lehet főzni, minimálisan felszerelt, belátni az ablakon az utcáról az ágyra, a zuhanyzóban nem volt szőnyeg mindenhova ment a víz, ágyról közvetlen rálátás a wcre, kevés pakolási lehetőség

• Hajnal (10/5): - Everything was perfect fine during my stay, the apartment was clean and lovely. It was really easy to check in and check out, and the communication with the host was excellent. The location was great, it is really close to the center, with a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants.

• Dana (8/5): K "0" CLUJ - The room wes excellent, and I loved the high ceiling design and transformation done to the original space. Loved the little gadgets and the portable light switch. The locatin is umazing. Very close to km "0". The bed is comfortable. Fridge, microwave, and water cattle are very good addition. Not having to climb a flight of stairs with the luggage is the A+++. Being at the strret level, the room has advantages and disadvantages. The owner is nice and polite. The little apartment is Zen, and it brings in calm and relaxation. Check-in and out are very clear a.easy, for all ages. It was amazing that i could contact the host on whataup. Appreciate your choice of toiletries. Loved the smell. All access is within walking distance to everything: shopping stores for everything, restaurants, concerts, and other events and also pharmacies and hospitals in case of emergencies. The unit needs some minor maintenance here and there. A good mosquito net at all windows will help a lot and will help keep the uninvited guests out of the bathroom and bedroom. Also, a deep clean might be needed once in a while, considering the ceiling height of about 4m. A little suggestion:: a little step to delimited the shower space and a longer bathroom courtin will eliminate the water splashing in the rest of the bathroom.
• vlad (4/5): Daca nu sunteți pretențioși este ok - Camera a fost ok din punct de vedere dormit si atât. Mereu cand intrai în camera era un miros urat de la toaletă chiar dacă aeriseam mereu, plus că baia este foarte mică si te mai vezi si prin usa de la wc, ar trebui îmbunătățiri semnificative la baie deoarece este urâtă tare în raport cu alte cazări. Plus că draperia din camera nu este suficient de mare ca să cuprinda geamul si dimineața îți răsare soarele fix in ochi, ar trebui făcut ceva să mai elimine zgomotul auzit de afară,un altfel de geam cu o sticla mai grosa. Este aproape de piata unirii si de tote obiectivele ce aduce un plus dar nu putem schimba aspectul .

• Sze Man (8/5): It’s worth the price - Have Air Conditioning. Have refrigerator. Good WiFi. Good location. The small road in front of the river is not easy to roll suitcase. The door is not easy to lock. The drainage of bathroom is bad. The curtain cannot cover the whole window and the walking street is just outside the window.

• Dragos Rogojan (3/5): - Locatia, cam asta e singurul plus. Curatenia a lasat de dorit. Multe panze de paianjeni pe pereti. La dus se aduna apa de la scurgerea infundata. Lenjeria de pat arata mult mai bine in poze decat ce am gasit. Probleme la deschiderea usii - am stat 20 de minute sa deschidem usa intr-o seara. Zgomot de pe strada.
• JosF (9/5): - I actually liked almost everything about this apartment. Staff had great communications! It had everything and the facilities were exceptional. I was able to clean up any dust that came in using the broom and mop. The private bathroom was well lit and roomy. The room with the kitchenette was awesome. The bed was the most comfortable! The central location next to Old Town was superb and all in all I had such a comfy stay, that I choose to add 2 nights to my stay (blessed as I was that this was an option for me). The room had a very great airco and airy to close off with. Yeah it was superb! Two minor details only. The room didn't have an option for me to turn on the heater. So when it rained and it poured,.all my clothes that had become wet, didn't really dry up inside of the room. I did get to take the wet clothes outside and laid them on a bench directly in front of the appartment and just let the sun do its work. The separated bathroom although nice and roomy, did have the same condition because of lack of heating - venting it was an option because of the window, but then it would attract bugs and such into the bedroom. So I just dried the bathroom using the facilitated mop and one of the towels.

• Nicoleta (4/5): - Location is the best feature of this apartment. Suitable for minimum minimorum: sleep and take a shower. I would have like to know that you enter into the bedroom right from the street. No place to hang your clothes or to put your suitcase but on the floor. A mirror in the bedroom would be nice as well as a bench by the foot of the bed to have where to put your belongings. Sitting at the eating table feels as you are in a closet.

• Laura (4/5): Dezamăgită de curățenie, locația amplasată excelent - Foarte aproape de centru, frumos amenajată, gazda deschisă la nevoile noastre. Din păcate când am ajuns era foarte murdar, lenjeria murdară, murdar pe jos și în camera și la baie, păianjeni și pânze de păianjeni peste tot. Gazda a fost foarte receptivă și a venit să schimbe lenjeria la solicitarea mea, însă dezamăgitor pt nota pe care o are și păcat pt cum este amenajat și pt locația unde este amplasată să nu fie și curat, în 30min dai cu aspiratorul și mopul lejer și ai clientul fericit.

Le studio est idéalement situé en plein centre, dans une rue calme, garantissant ainsi tranquillité et accessibilité. Le chauffage est réglable, permettant d’ajuster la température selon les préférences. Le réfrigérateur est silencieux, évitant toute nuisance sonore. Enfin, la salle de bain est propre et bien entretenue, contribuant au confort du séjour. Les draperies sont trop petites, laissant passer trop de lumière. L’éclairage nocturne est aussi intense que celui du jour, rendant l’endormissement difficile. Le bruit du chauffage central ressemble à celui d’une grotte où l’eau coule en continu, créant une ambiance peu reposante. L’eau de la douche est à peine tiède, bien que celle du lavabo soit parfaitement chaude. La machine à café est hors service, ce qui est regrettable. Enfin, la literie n’était pas propre, ce qui affecte grandement le confort du séjour. Il manque un tapis de bain, ce qui aurait été plus pratique et confortable

Curata si aerisita, pozitionat ultracentral, cu disponibilitate produse de curatenie si minimum necesar ptr un mic dejun. Hosting, mai mult decat disponibil si educat. Cu siguranta, asa mai rar! Nu este ceva ce sa nu-mi fi placut!

• Darii (9/5): raport pret- calitate foarte bun - Locatie excelenta, curatenie, gazda usor de contactat si intelegatoare perdeaua e subtire si trebuie sa fie mereu trasa pe timp de zi, pentru ca geamul e situat prea jos si se vede inauntru, iar uneori seara e galagie de la oamenii care trec pe strada, dar nimic foarte deranjant

• Niculina Maria (9/5): Proprietate draguta si locatie convenabila - Locatie practic in centrul orasului. Utila si celor care doresc sa ajunga la gara\autogara. Check-in ul a fost facil fara probleme. Se poate insista mai mult pe curatenie in special in baie unde am gasit fire de par si mici pete pe faianta. Usor miros de spatiu inchis sau mucegai parca in momentul in care am intrat in camera mascat de odorizante de camera. Ar fi util un dezumidificator.

• Elena (10/5): Very cozy place - The property is very close to the city center. Only 5 minutes walking. Also, is very close to "The office" location. Everything was nice, the place was cozy and warm. There is a little bit of noice sometimes at night, but nothing that can bother too much.
• Maria (10/5): Cazare excelenta in zona centrala, accesibila - Apartamentul este intr-o zona centrala dar linistita. Conditii foarte bune, apartamentul fiind dotat cu toate cele necesare.
