• Dimitrios (5/5): Προσωπικά θεωρώ ότι τό συγκείμενο δωμάτιο δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του. - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και διέθετε μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Το δωμάτιο στην πρακτικότητα είναι μικρότερο απ ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Δεν είχε καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται έντονα οι εξωτερικοί θόρυβοι καθώς και οι θόρυβοι από τα διαμερίσματα τού πάνω ορόφου. Το καζανάκι έσταζε όλο τό βράδυ και για να μπορέσω κοιμηθώ αναγκάστηκα να κλείνω την παροχή τού νερού. Ακουγόταν ανά τόσο μέσα από το μπάνιο ένας ήχος που θύμιζε πιεστικό μηχάνημα αλλά δεν κατάφερα να προσδιορίσω τι ακριβώς ήταν. Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει τρία μαξιλάρια τα δύο των οποίων είναι τόσο ψηλά που πραγματικά όχι δεν καταφέρνεις να κοιμηθείς αλλά παθαίνεις αυχενικό. Το δεύτερο βράδυ για να καταφέρω να κοιμηθώ εγώ και η σύντροφος μου αναγκάστηκα να δανειστω μαξιλάρι από φιλικό σπίτι στην περιοχή. Το WiFi πού διαθέτει το δωμάτιο έκανε συνεχείς αποσυνδέσεις.

• Alexander (10/5): Beyond expectation - Located in a great area of the city. Grocery near by. Parking is secured behind gate, perfect for motorcyles. Check in was easy and flawless. Kitchen had the necessities. Coffee maker and capsules provided. The room may be considered a bit small for some,but for us it was perfect. Balcony was nice. Neigborhood was quite. Would highly recommend.
• Simeon (6/5): It was okay, really enjoyed Thessaloniki. - Very very clean. Very nice terrace. Working and good air conditioner. Some of the amenities were very old. The bathroom cabinet’s lights had wires out in the open which is not safe. The stovetops light is on even if the stoves are off. Communicating with the owners was very difficult as it seems they didn’t understand me well. I was looking for help to find parking for my very normal car which didn’t fit the almost useless parking spot, they were very late to reply and didn’t help me much. As someone that didn’t know Thessaloniki that well they could have been helpful. Finally I found a spot 3 km away and used the metro. The location is very far from the center - 3.4 km (17 minutes) with a lime scooter cost 5 Euro better use the metro which is 700 meter away.
• giannhs karp (9/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως το περιμέναμε. Θετικό ήταν ότι υπήρχε και χώρος στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο πράγμα που δεν μας δυσκόλεψε καθόλου στην διαμονή μας.

• Hristijan (3/5): - Clean BE CAREFUL if you are going with a car, they have picture on booking saying only up to 3.5m long cars only even tho they advertise parking space not even VW Up or Smart can park because they are even longer than that. When i asked where in i supposed to park the car they offered me to cancel and wait for refund which im pretty sure they were never gonna give it to me because i knew that they try to scam people with the same tactic like that. Thats why they have not refundable

• Anna (5/5): - Parking-we were able to park two motorcycles in the secured private area behind the gate. Place was nicely cleaned. The AC had its own life with turning on and off during the night. We couldn’t open the window, also also the blinds were broken. It is really small. Good for an emergency sleepover, like the one we had, but not for a relaxing multiple day stay, at least not for this amount of money.

• gianluca (8/5): Stanzetta comodo con tutto l occorrente ,carino e utile il terrazzo x mangiare fuori. - Posizione abbastanza tranquilla, appartamento essenziale andare tutto e accogliente. Molto utile e comoda la terrazza per stare fuori e volendo mangiare,da un bel respiro all ambiente. Ben esposta al sole e con poche possibilità di essere visti. Peccato solo per la TV , per vedere extra trasmissioni in greco,c sarebbe stata l alternativa Netflix,ma non funzionava e non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema. Materasso un po' troppo sostenuto, x me almeno.

• greiner michel (10/5): Superbe - L'appartement est très propre, cosy et très mignon Il est situé dans une rue calme et dispose d'un agréable balcon et une petite cuisine. Il est équipée d'une climatisation. Quatre dosettes de café et une bouteille d'eau fraiche sont mises à disposition. Petit détail mais agréable, le linge de maison est très doux. Le gros plus, est le garage gratuit, privé, sur place et sécurisé où nous avons pu garer nos deux motos. Rien

• Ju-Ju,Liu (8/5): - 訊息回覆很快，房間很乾淨，廚房用具足夠準備簡單的餐食，還有咖啡機，附近就有麵包店，在陽台上吃早餐很舒服，地點離公車站也不遠，等車搭車大約半小時可以到市區 公車票可以在today's買到，全票0.6歐，去程一張回程也要一張，上車後在機器上打上時間 停車場照片有標示尺吋，都怪我自己沒看清楚,後來只能把車子停在附近的街道旁，如果你跟我一樣喜歡把車子停在建築物裡的，先看清楚車子的長度，長度限3.2公尺

• Evristhenis (3/5): - Το κατάλυμα μικρό αλλά τίμιο.. ωστόσο κοιμήθηκα όλο κι όλο 2 ώρες γιατί τα μαξιλάρια είχαν 40 πόντους ύψος.. δηλαδή για όνομα της Παναγίας δώστε 40 ευρώ και πάρτε 2 μαξιλάρια από το παζάρι να μπορεί να κοιμάται ανθρώπινα ο κόσμος..

• Giuliana (8/5): Everything you need in a room - The location is amazing. I booked for my mom's visit and she was 2 blocks away from me and you will be close to the new metro stations so is much easier to reach the city center. It was funny how the bed was leveled with the stove and mini fridge, we find it goofy and funny, the literal definition of breakfast in bed. Overall, everything you need in the room. The terrace is exceptional to hang out, and the neighbor is very nice, but you will get water on the floor when she waters her plants. the parking spot is for people who know how to park. Challenging since is not marked, we were lucky that another tenant of the building explained to us where to park. Also know that Greece parking culture can be wild. I had to ask a gentleman to move his car form the main gate, there was no issue, but it can happen.
