• steinar1234 (10/5): Cozy weekend at Kalvsund - The property, the view of the boats passing by, the short distance to the ocean to take a dip, the calmness of the island, the hosts :) It didn't bother us, but make sure to check out the ferry timetable if you want to get of the Island :)
• Richard (10/5): An impeccably presented property in a uniquely beautiful and tranquil location - This property is in an exceptional location on a tiny island with no cars. It has stunning views of the sea and other islands in the Gothenburg Archipelago. Easy to reach by inexpensive public transport from the centre of Gothenburg. It is compact but detached, so private, and is cleverly designed. It is impeccably presented in the Scandi style which suits the surroundings. Olof was a great host, with clear and helpful communication (in very good English) whenever needed for advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Kalvsund and would recommend to all who seek a beautiful and peaceful island life.
• Camilla (10/5): Vi kom till Kalvsund för att koppla av och vandra på de närliggande öarna. Kalvsund är litet, mysigt och gästvänligt. De - Nytt fräscht attefallshus med suveränt läge. Utrustat med stor omtanke om gästerna. Vi har haft några härliga dagar.
• Turab (9/5): Very relaxed and rejuvenated after staying in this fabulous location, beautiful home with an excellent setup and helpful - Fabulous location, beautiful home with an excellent setup. Very helpful hosts. It was very hot, wish we had 2 fans. Sofa bed mattress was ok, but not very comfortable.
• Mikael (10/5): Ett litet paradis - Välutrustat och modernt boende med vidunderligt vacker utsikt över skärgården. Jättefin badplats ett par minuter bort. Mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar som gjorde vistelsen perfekt.
• Jorell (8/5): Quiet place with a beautiful view. - Excellent location. Very quiet. Beautiful view. Well maintained The ladder to the loft was a bit challenging to negotiate. This facility is not appropriate for people with mobility issues.

• Robert (10/5): Our stay at Kalvsund was peaceful and scenic, with generous hosts, breathtaking views, and delightfu - The property is delightful, and Olof and Cecilia are wonderful, generous hosts. We particularly enjoyed the homemade bread they brought around one evening. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the absence of cars on the island makes for a truly relaxing atmosphere. Kalvsund offers great platforms for open-water swimming, and the community's warm welcome only adds to the experience.
• Miriam (10/5): Lovley place, very enjoyable :) - Great place! The cozy little guesthouse is standing inbetween two houses. You have a beautiful view of the ocean with morning sun on the main terrace and eveningsun on the frontporch. The interior is just lovley and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that it was standing on a loft were you had to climb up over a ladder to reach it. About a 2 minutes walk from the house is a nice bathing place on the rocks with a spot to jump into the fresh and clean ocean and a ladder to come back out. Perfect for a morning swim and yoga on the rocks. Next to the bathing place starts a little path leading over the rocks and along the westcoast of the island all the way to the highest point of Kalvsund and the football field and another bathing place. We enjoyed very much to explore the nature and had a lovely stay. It was just lovley. I highly recommend thow to buy all the food which you need during your stay before you get there. And to plan well what to bring since you need to carry everything from the harbour to the house (5 Minute walk/ 600m).
