For the price it is excellent value and the lady who welcomed us is very pretty and has a lovely smile Only that there is no lift but really I can’t complain as the staff carried our bags

• Sandra (8/5): We stayed here 3 separate times it is value for money and we would stay here again if needed to be in this area - Clean comfortable apartment with fridge and cooking facilities very close to where we needed to be at vin homes Central Park Front rooms have a lot of traffic noise as on main road but not intrusive

Outstanding location if you are visiting Landmark 81 or need Vinmec Hospital like we did. Bed was a little hard but OK, and the bathroom would def be small for bigger people.

• Celia (10/5): Exceptional - Location is just a quick Grab drive away. Walkability is safe and relatively close to a lot of places. Staff was very professional, caring, and accommodating! Loved them. Loved that they own a coffeeshop on the ground floor too. The room was very clean and gorgeous! Felt like they made good use of the small space, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. And the balcony overlooking the traffic was the best part. Do note that this building is right by a busy road so it’s not the quietest if that’s an important factor for you. As someone working remotely, the wifi was exceptional.

• Nguyen (9/5): Good place to stay next to Landmark 81 - The room is clean and comfort. Bed is king size and just comfort to us. Aircon is comfortly cool, not too warm or cold. Sound proof is very good, I hardly hear noises from the street right infront. bathroom a bit small and packed. If you are tall or big,you would hit here and there easily. Water pressure a bit low.

The property owner was accommodating and was interested in his guests and appreciated feedback. staff were very good except a slight language barrier which is ok using Google translate. reasonable price as well being 5 min walk to Landmark 81 as per most of this part of the world the beds are a little hard. I expressed my concerns and it was duly taken onboard. front of property not aesthetically pleasing however it’s easy to look through this minor detail.

• Léonard (9/5): Great place to stay in HCMC - We stayed almost a month at The Moon Coffee apartement. We really appreciate our stay. People are super nice. They also make really good drinks (recommend the pineapple juice). You can enjoy a comfortable rooftop with great view on Landmarks 81. We can quickly access D1 and D2, Thao Dien. I highly recommend this place in HCMC.

• Chienjung (10/5): Exceptional - I'm happy to choose this clean guesthouse run by a nice local family. Although it's not spacious or luxurious, I had very comfortable stay here for three night. Their apartments are newly renovated: all amenities are brand new and you couldn't find any dust on the floor. It's a very good choice for short stay if you want a hotel in walking distance to Landmark 81. The first floor is a local coffee shop, which sells good coffer at reasonable price. I have tried Signature Americano and salt coffee. Both make me satisfied. Not at all.
