• Delphine (10/5): Splendide - Tout était parfait, l’emplacement car nous étions au cœur d’un quartier marocain. La villa était magnifique et Mims a été d’une grande aide. Il a été à notre écoute, et a toujours trouvé des solutions à nos questions. Merci encore. Kaoutar nous a préparé un excellent petit déjeuner et même si le temps n’a pas toujours été de la partie, la piscine était agréable. Les chauffeurs de taxi étaient également très sympa et soucieux de notre confort.

• Bernard (9/5): Très agréable pour séjour avec piscine dans Marrakech - Emplacement très calme. Petits commerces et restaurants populaires à proximité. Pas de vis à vis. Pergola idéale. Parking devant la porte. La piscine a bien convenu pour notre groupe. Climatisation top. Des détails à améliorer mais pas gênants : peintures des salles de bain et de la pergola, sonnette de porte extérieure.

• Etienne (5/5): Nice property but needs TLC to fulfill full potential - Big space, comfortable living room with TV, pool was great. Bedding was good Safe area with security guards at the entrance, you feel protected Property manager Mim’s was super kind and helpful The property needs some TLC as it looks a bit run down (especially bathroom), the garden was soaked with recent rains and had not been mowed for a while The kitchen is fairly basic, lacks shelving There was dust especially under the beds There was no hand towels in the bathroom In a nutshell it is an easy fix but it does not make you feel completely relaxed
• Danthuluri (10/5): Brilliant! - Whole property is extremely well maintained. I would recommend this for a group of 8 as it has got enough beds and rooms with proper hot water bathrooms. Pool is well cleaned and comfortable to play pool games. Lots of fun! Absolutely nothing.

• Sat (10/5): Beautiful Villa to spend a few days with your family and amazing staff - Everything was perfect about this place, it was sad that we couldnt enjoy it more. The Villa is in a local residential complex and its safe and secure in a very quiet area. The pictures are accurate and I met the owner who was very kind and had a great vibe. The villa was clean when we arrived, it had all the amenities which we needed and we love dour stay there. Mims was very helpful during our stay and gave us local tips and ensured that we had a nice time there.

• Sarah (6/5): Very expensive for the quality of the house. Nice pool - The pool was good and if you are a large group it is probably a good option. It was in a very local area which was nice but it was difficult to find restaurants in the area. It was run down and dirty. It could have been because of the holiday and there not being time to clean it. The back door didn’t lock and the window upstairs couldn’t close. For us the location was a little bit far from the Medina but this may suit some people.
• Lani (10/5): Very lovely Stay. Great communication with the host, yummy traditional breakfast everyday. - We enjoyed the pool, it was perfect for the hot weather. Our host was very accommodating and let us drop our bags off early so we didn't have to carry them around as we had an early arrival. The communication was very good if we ever needed anything. The property was a 25min walk from the medina and was good enough to be a place to retreat to away from the busy crowds. We enjoyed our stay here.
• Hannot (10/5): Exceptional - The staff looked after us was Mohammed, he was really kind and helpful. Due to the language barrier, certain things we decided not to do. He his efficient, and anytime we ring to find out things about the villa or area, he his always available and willing to help us. My family and I are really grateful for his care and support during our stay. Thank you, Mohammed. The master bedroom bathroom has no shower curtains. We had to do a lot of cleaning after shower. I feel it will be better if bathroom is converted to a standing shower with cubicle to prevent splash.

• Anonymous (10/5): Recommended villa and nice staff service Si-Mohammed - I loved the treatment of the employee who meet us, Si-Muhammad. His treatment was very wonderful, and the villa was wonderful. The place is very clean and tidy and close to everything. I really recommend visiting it. It is truly a recommended place because it is very clean, close to everything, and has a wonderful, helpful employee Si-Mohammed who loves his work great service
• Dara (10/5): Great combination of traditional and modern - The villa is stunning, makes you feel like you’re in a palace from the moment you walk in! It has a great combination of traditional decor with all modern comodities you need, the beds were super comfortable too! The location is ideal as you are a 20 minute walk from the Medina and 15 minute drive from the airport. The area was very peaceful and had some local cafes and shops where you can get your basics. Our host Mr Mims was very helpful even though we arrived late on our first night and had to leave early on the last day.
• Eralda (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely Villa with all the necessities. We were a team of 5 but there was more than enough place for everyone to have privacy. The Villa was located in a very good and safe location and close to Medina. Mims was a great host. He was available all the time for us and helped us with any issues we had. We had also fresh oranges from the tree ( yummy ♥️). On behalf of all the team, Thank you Mims again for your amazing hospitality. We hope to see you soon ! Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Umm (6/5): Place was nice. We visited for Eid Al adha. Local shop keeper and his son imran were very kids and helpful imran transla - Good Location for shopping, nice pool, comfortable enough friendly environment. Friendly area No washing machine, kitchen was not fully functioning, very small no sides space for cooking very minimal. No air con in bedrooms so it was very difficult in 45 degrees, my children had to sleep downstairs on the sofa for the whole holiday where there was AC because the heat upstairs was dangerously unbearable and not fit to sleep in those conditions. I felt like I wasted money on a 3bed home when my kids had to sleep on the sofa leaving the bedrooms empty. The rooms did not cool down and fans provided were pointless in 45degree heat..No cleaning items available to tidy up after ourselves. No safety bar over the windows upstairs in small children’s room very dangerous with bed under windows. My kids are big so didn’t have to worry but for small children very dangerous. Place wasn’t as clean as could be on arrival, dirty bath and toilet on arrival and dirty bath mat. Pool needs attention tiles falling off and metal trim exposed. Health and safety issues.
• Hisham (9/5): Superb - location, and bedrooms are comfortable bathrooms were missing water cleaning bidet and the compound is very noisy
• Caroline (7/5): Peaceful location, we slept very well in the comfortable beds - Beds were very comfortable with very nice linen. Also a nice lounge and dining area. Kitchen is fine with a large fridge and plenty of equipment. The location is peaceful and attractive The bathrooms were not great by European standards as there is no overhead shower, only a shower to hand hold over the bath and a separate shower room in which the hook for the shower head was broken and so the shower had to be held by hand also. The location is good in terms of being peaceful and very secure, however we found it difficult to find explain where it was to taxi drivers unless we had pre booked them (ie the local taxi drivers that you stop on the street did not know where it was)
