• Staley (6/5): Good Size - Bad Smell - Good size for the price and good location for the most part again considering the price. Full kitchen was great included washing machine. Nice open living room and kitchen with a little garden. The master bedroom seems to be suffering from a damp issue and smelled very unpleasant. The carpets felt moist to the point socks got wet walking on it. This was a shame because the flat was generally nice.

I suspect they have changed the boiler but not the instructions

• MichaelaB (8/5): A good sized flat for a short stay - Generous size. Very clean. Well equipped with terrace. TV with streaming services included. Parking available outside premises. Ease if access. Well located for shops and eating places near by. Cigarette smell in rooms (although it was strictly non smoking) Lack of free WiFi. Double bed mattress was very soft but two singles were comfortable.

Tesco Express near by and if you fancy a bottle of wine there’s a store/off-licence a couple of doors away. Transport to the city is just across the road from the property. When in Bristol again it will be my first go to. Could possibly supply a bit more cutlery.

The apartment wasnt that clean, there is a shit stain on the sofa, blood on the wall next to the single bed, very dirty oven tray, kettle desperate for descaling, one tea spoon, and very filthy scissors. The kitchen tap moves everytime you touch it. A big spillage on the kitchen door. I've taken photos of it all.

• Shaun (10/5): A perfect example of how an apartment should be - One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in on booking.com for the price. The kitchen tap was a bit wobbly but aside from that the whole apartment was clean and well stocked with everything else from kitchen utensils plates pots and pans fresh towels etc. Beds were also very comfortable.
• Litti (10/5): Very good, all as expected. Nice stay and would come back! - Very spacious. Beds were super comfy. Slept really well. Easy check in and check out. Lovely flat for a short stay. Everything was clean and well organised and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Would happily stay again. Nothing that I didn’t like but could do with a storage place to put your wash bags in the bathroom instead of the towel rack by the shower as you have a towel heater in bathroom anyway. Would have been better to have somewhere to put my wash bag with all my toiletries in :) but it’s not a bad thing! -

• Watson (6/5): - This apartment was mostly exactly what we needed. Super close to our relatives we were visiting, spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with tea, coffee and milk when we arrived. Sadly the cleanliness was not the best. There was a blood stain on the wall in the twin room which was really disconcerting. The beds were also very soft and not super supportive. Also there was an all night party from the neighbours the second night we stayed which didn't finish until 6am. Not the host's fault but worth saying it is quite a lively street and you can hear traffic in the front room!

• Sarah (5/5): Disappointing - The key had to be picked up from a different location 10 mins away and the parking instructions seemed complicated The flat was cold when we arrived and there were no instructions on how to work the heating. We couldn’t get the cooker to work at all.
• Janet (7/5): Nice property, good location with comfy beds - Easy to find -parking was on the street and although it was busy we were able to find a spot very close to the property. We decided to order food in as unsure we would be able to park again later. Shop within walking distance to get essentials & snacks. Beds wee very comfy and the heating was superb Dead plant in the hallway, Empty diffuser bottle in the bedroom, top of a kitchen cupboard door had a coffee spill on it, when we opened the curtains the courtyard garden was a mess - all these made me feel that the property was not loved. Slept 4 people but only a 3 seater sofa although there was room for an armchair - I travelled with my daughter and grandson (16) and he sat on the floor.

• isobel (9/5): - Beautifully renovated, clean & tidy. Warm environment. Comfortable beds. It was easy to contact our host and communication with him was excellent throughout. There is only one sofa in the lounge area and two of our party had to sit on the dining chairs to watch TV which is not relaxing. The size of the room could easily accommodate another sofa or lounge chairs. The property is on a main road, it was impossible for us to park outside or close to it. We were parked in the side road about 50 - 60 metres away. Some more cutlery and wine glasses needed.

• Sue (8/5): Great flat & helpful owners - Really helpful, friendly and responsive owners, both before & during our stay. Super comfortable for 2 adults wanting their own rooms. Location suited us as we wanted to be close to a relative who lives nearby. Local convenience store handy for a few bits & pieces. Nothing really. I guess it's s light inconvenience if you're self catering & want to go to the supermarket as they're a bit of a way away. And a few more teaspoons would be handy, but nothing major.

• Tanja (7/5): Die Wohnung ist geräumig – für einen kurzen Aufenthalt passend, für längere Aufenthalte weniger einladend ist - • Raumaufteilung: Die Wohnung bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Bad und hat damit eine gute Größe für Paare oder kleine Familien. • Wohn- und Essbereich: Der kombinierte Wohn- und Essbereich war insgesamt der schönste Bereich. • Lage: Mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 10 Minuten in Bristol – praktisch für Ausflüge oder den täglichen Weg in die Stadt. - Schlafzimmer: Zwar gab es in einem der Schlafzimmer, ein Deckenfenster, durch das Licht hereinkam, allerdings fehlte ein richtiges Fenster, das man hätte öffnen können. Das machte die Belüftung schwierig. • Sauberkeit: Die gesamte Wohnung war leider nicht optimal geputzt, sodass man sich dort nicht 100 %ig wohlfühlte. • Badezimmer: In der Dusche war Schimmel vorhanden, der nicht nur sichtbar war, sondern auch stark zu riechen war – das war sehr unangenehm. • Lage an Hauptstraße: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was mit Verkehrslärm verbunden ist.
• Vijay (9/5): Inspite of above mentioned didn’t likes about property it’s still a lovely homey stay and not everything is perfect for - Firstly everything that is advertised is available in that property from being homely stay to parking space availability,not much noisy(inside when doors closed) except for that ambulance which seems daunting when sat outside on balcony. Yes cleanliness is one of the highlights just the way property is maintained.From small vessels to utility equipments to even small milk and ice cream touch in fridge.Double main doors gives sense of safety,own backyard balcony table kinda gives Mediterranean vibes.Central sunroofs in hall/lounge and one in master bedroom.Bus stop just 100metres away.Grocery shop on right maybe 200metres away.All in all comfortable homely lovely stay. Trash bins not getting emptied which is council issue in that area as I was told. Floors gets mucky from dirt from flooring on balcony and no floor mat to scrape dirt off you feet.No fans or air conditions especially in summer time. Neighbours slightly noisy when sat outside in backyard.No ironing table,No shower gel,smell of chlorine from walls in hallway and in lounge same like around swimming pool and a small TV.

Access to outside space Not very clean - dirty tissues left on the lobby floor The patio space is just horrible - dead plants, weeds. No effort whatsoever to make it somewhere nice to sit out Tiny sofa - the apartment sleeps up to 4 but only seats 2, or 3 if you like to squash up together! Dishwasher full of dirty dishes and cutlery on arrival Looked a lot nicer in the photos. The owners need to upgrade it We didn't even stay the night as we didn't feel comfortable, and that's never happened before
• Denise (7/5): Redelijk maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - Het was ruim opgezet. Royale handdoeken. Weinig pannen en bestek om een maaltijd voor 4 personen te maken. We hebben tuinstoelen gebruikt ok comfortabel binnen te kunnen zitten met 4 personen. Afvoerputje van de douche liep nauwelijks af. Kraan in de keuken stond los en de vaatwasser stonk zelf na het wassen. Schoonmaak van de accomodatie was matig met nog spinnenwebben in de hoeken, stof op de plinten en stof of het zonnescherm voor het dakraam dat precies boven het bed hing. Bevind zich in een matige buurt van Bristol, we roken wiet bij de ingang van de accommodatie. En onderhoud van omliggende huizen is zeer matig.

• Nadine (7/5): My night in Bristol. - The address is very easy to find, with ample on road parking. Inside the apartment is absolutely lovely, very modern and clean with nice furniture in the lounge/kitchen area. The area out the back is furnished with patio chairs and a table which we did use as it was a nice sunny day when we arrived. The bathroom is large and modern with a nice big shower, and fluffy, clean towels had been left for us to use. The bedrooms were also very nicely furnished and both are quite large and spacious. The apartment is nicely decorated with lots of nice ornaments and pictures. I thought it was a really nice touch to have been left a new pint of milk in the fridge for our arrival, along with T bags, coffee & sugar. Thank you for thinking of this as it had slipped my mind to bring/buy any. The double bed in the 1st room is very uncomfortable, the mattress is thin, meaning I didn't sleep very well. It seems a shame that this lovely apartment is really let down by this bed, as everything else was wonderful.
• Melanie (8/5): Exactly what we needed ☺️ - Easy to find, lovely aesthetic, good value for money. The people in the apartment above were very noisy throughout the night (heavy footsteps pacing back and forth for a long time in the early hours) and kept me awake. I loved the apartment, but would have liked a full length mirror somewhere, for getting ready. Maybe in the living room area?
• Rebecca (5/5): Fitted the purpose to access town for daughters graduation however would say is overpriced. - Location, large entertaining area. Extremely noisy road doesn’t stop all night. Singles beds were basic. Was very hot and didn’t feel was safe to open the large bedroom windows as faces the busy road. Cleanliness a bit disappointing as were used tissues left outside, a loose fingernail on the floor, bathroom not too clean, shower doesn’t drain, kitchen tap and toilet seat loose. Finally would have been nice to had a little bit of complimentary milk for when arrived to make a drink, had to walk to get some at 10pm.

• Emma (3/5): Could be a really nice property but the end bedroom was horrible. - Kitchen and living area were clean and well equipped. Parking was ok. Everything worked. Dead pigeon outside front door. Bathroom smelled of damp. Front bedroom smelled of damp and had brown residue on skirting boards which we had to clean off. Also found a live millipede in the bedroom. Cleaner turned up at 10am and asked us to leave even though the listing and paperwork in the property said it was11am checkout

• Caroline (9/5): Inexpensive quality - The location was perfect with easy routes on to the M4. Parking was not an issue. We parked on the road to the left after the apartment as it was difficult to park on the main road due to the traffic flow. The side street had lots of parking and was a short walk to the dwelling. Lovely off licence literally a 2 minute walk where we went shopping for some food and drinks, not overally expensive considering it was open late on a Sunday. The apartment was very tastefully decorated with a really good kitchen. The fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave were excellent quality. It was a nice touch that you were provided with a toothbrush and toothpaste sealed in a little packet along with a small sample shampoo. The table was set out with crockery and wine glasses, which made us feel welcome. It was great to have an information folder detailing things you needed to help with the apartment and places of interest. We all had an extremely good night sleep as there was no audible noise from the upstairs apartment at all. The TV was good, and we accessed Netflix using our personal account. Very warm apartment, which made the stay very cosy. The apartment was generally clean and tidy with lovely bedding, comfortable pillows, and blankets should you need them. The street itself looked a little run down, but the apartment stood on its own merits and provided a great place for a short stay. The shower wouldn't drain, and upon investigation, it appeared as if this area had been forgotten about during cleaning. It was in complete contrast to the rest of the apartment. It needs soaking in bleach, a scrub, and some attention to the drainage, and then it would be perfect 👌.
