• Martina (9/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, groß und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gutes WLAN. Bis zum historischen Zentrum sind es 800 Meter. Außerdem ist um die Ecke sofort ein Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

• Georgina (10/5): - El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, está muy limpio y es espacioso, nos sentimos como en casa. Agradecimos que hubieran cosas básicas como jabones de ducha, aceite, sal, café... y detalles de bienvenida! Las dos smart TV son un plus para los momentos de descanso. Escogimos esta ubicación por que íbamos en coche, está lleno de zonas azules pero a pocas calles encuentras aparcamiento gratis, y en menos de 10 minutos andando estás en el centro. El trato con Ilaria fue genial, estuvo pendiente y respondía muy rápido, nos permitió entrar antes de lo acordado sin ningún problema y el check-in fue súper sencillo. La relación calidad-precio es de 10!

• Jeanette (8/5): - Bij aankomst bij het appartement contact met de host via de app, die opende op afstand de toegangsdeur en voor het slot van het appartement kregen we een code. Appartement was prima met slaapkamer, keuken, badkamer en woonkamer. De badkamer was in verhouding wat klein maar prima douche. De keuken was voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Als er plaats is kun je voor de deur parkeren en met de Easypark app is dat prima. Op loopafstand is een klein winkelcentrum met supermarkt en daar kun je gratis parkeren (als er plaats is maar dat was geen probleem). Het centrum van Lecce lag op ca 15-20 minuten lopen maar dat was prima te doen. Fijn dat er zowel in de woonkamer als slaapkamer airco was.
• Maria Fernanda (10/5): Wonderful - Everything was great! The flat is beautiful, confortable, clean and very close to city centre, gelateria, pasticeria and market. The host is kind and helpful . Everything was great!
• Daniel (9/5): good location; good value; trustworthy owner; has everything you need for a short stay - We stayed for a long period at Tropical House - 4 weeks in total. It was a good choice. Communication with the property owner, Ilaria, was very straightforward. She arranged for us to enter the apartment "remotely", which was convenient. For us at least, staying in October, it was really great value. Overall, most of the stuff you need is there and well-supplied. Comfy sofa; great wifi connection; coffee machine; decent cooking facilities; comfy bed; etc etc. There are 2 tvs but we did not use them. The shower is good. The design is simple but very pleasant. We tended to buy fresh fish or seafood from the local market, and then cook at the apartment. The apartment is on a quiet residential street, but really not far from the historic centre - let's say a 10-minute slow wander. A supermarket is around the corner, but a better one (Dok) is 7 minutes walk. It's not far from the bus station for those arriving by bus from Brindisi airport - although the train station is half an hour walk (opposite side of the city). Because we were staying longer, we asked for some extra towels and an extra keycard - which Ilaria provided promptly. Ilaria is a good host - attentive and receptive, but not intrusive. Overall, we liked the apartment a lot - good location; good value; trustworthy owner; has everything you need for a short or (like us) a slightly longer stay. And Lecce, of course, is a great city with a lot of good food and culture to explore. Most things were very good. Probably the only issue was that the neighbours were doing some building works for a couple of days. But really this was not bad, and it can't be helped.

• Miodrag (10/5): Place to return to - Spotlessly clean. Fully equipped. Quiet neighbourhood. Paid public parking in front of the appartment, free parking at 400 m from the appartment. Ilaria is a very good host, caring and kind. There was a lot of wellcome food in the fridge and in the kitchen. It was even better than on pictures and in the description.
• Jd (10/5): I'm glad I stayed at the Tropical House. - Tropical House is a well-equipped, nicely decorated apartment. It is in an excellent location. There is a good shopping mall two blocks away with supermarket, clothes and electronics. The park and old town district is about six or seven blocks walk. There are three bus lines close by. This is a good neighborhood. Being in a good neighborhood in Lecce is important. I had to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment has no washing machine. There is a coin laundry about four blocks away.

Perfect communication in english, the apartment was near from the center and super well equipied. And it was very clean ! We really enjoyed our journey and we fully recommend it to everyone !
