- Vroomfondle (10/5): Fabulous converted barn - Fabulous converted barn. Large kitchen and lounge area with high ceilings. Spotlessly clean. Wood burning stove, ready to light and with a basket of wood. Attentive details such as fresh milk in the fridge and pastries. Secure parking outside.
- Susan Janet (9/5): Very convenient. Lovely village and country walks. Friendly people in the village. Picturesque views - There was a code for the gate lock and then the keys were in the house.
Spacious and comfy. Lovely big shower. Excellent quality property. Great tea and coffee and croissants butter jam and milk and juice and a lovely bottle of Prosecco. Thank you. Bed was a bit soft but comfy.

- Julie (10/5): Lovely weekend, Market Drayton was lovely and enjoyed Shrewsbury. Will be back. - Absolutely loved the village, so peaceful, church on one side, pub opposite. The cottage was wonderful, range cooker and log burner was brilliant, it wasn't that cold but we lit it for effect. Loved all the little extras, dressing gowns, fresh croissants, milk, orange juice, jam, butter and a bottle of Prosecco plus all the scented candles/diffusers. Lovely walled garden and loved the church bells on Sunday morning. We didn't want to leave.
- Tracey (10/5): Beautiful relaxing stay - Stable cottage definitely had the WOW factor. It even smelt lovely on opening the door.
Very tastefully decorated, and the log burner was so lovely in the evening.
Beautiful peaceful garden and village location.
Lots of extra touches like Prosecco, milk, OJ, croissants, jam, and butter.
We went to relax and we certainly did just that.
The owner was so helpful and even let us arrive earlier. Secure parking behind electric gates. Nothing at all.
Having to leave 😫
- Richard (10/5): Great location, really comfortable cottage. - Lovely location, Immaculate Cottage, with the owner just across the courtyard, Would definitely stay here again . NA
- Laurel (10/5): Amazing property, professionally laid out and prepared, great value in a picturesque location - This is such a beautiful little cottage. With absolutely stunning location. And everything thought of to make the stay comfortable. There was fuel for the log burner, garden furniture laid out, full kitchen with all appliances. Everything was to such a high standard.
- Ricky (10/5): Quiet and stunning location with all you need for a stay! - What beautiful little cottage. Myself and my wife stopped here for the night to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Absolutely stunning location opposite an old beautiful church. Little quiet village. Just sitting out on the rear terrace for a drink in the sunshine and peacefulness. Everything inside was immaculate and very tastefully furnished. Wendy and Ian are fantastic hosts. The fresh orange juice, croissants and prosecco were a wonderful touch. There is a log burner but we didn't use it as it wasn't cold on this sunny day.
The shower was huge, hot and plenty of pressure. Comfy bed and silent surroundings to allow for a great night's sleep.
Before arriving at the cottage we ventured to the Wharf Tavern around a mile away next to the canal for some drinks. Again another beautiful location.
Just the relaxing night away we both needed to recharge the batteries.
Thank you Wendy and Ian for hosting a such a serine beautiful place.
