L'emplacement, le quartier, la proximité des restaurants Personnel très accueillant, très aidant et efficace si vous rencontrez un problème J'aurais apprécié avoir des fruits frais au PDJ ( nous avons acheté fraises, abricots, cerises et kiwis au marché de Tbilissi) ainsi que des laitages de type yaourts, fromage blanc mais honnêtement le PDJ est très correct

• Gökçe Nur (10/5): Personel, sağlanan kolaylıklar, konum, temizlik... her şey harikaydı. - Bulunduğu mahalle Tiflis'in en güzel mahallesi, etrafta pek çok kafe ve bar mevcut, ancak bu aklınıza gürültülü bir mahalle getirmesin. Mimari olarak da çok güzel, bina da sabahları mis gibi güneş alan bir avluya bakıyor. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi, continental diyemem her şey yerel malzeme ile hazırlanmıştı ve isteğe bağlı seçenekler hazırlanabiliyordu, kahve harikaydı. Güleryüzlü personel her zaman her şeyin yolunda olduğundan emin olmak istiyorlar. Bu kadar iyi bir fiyat/performans oranını daha önce hiç yakalamamış olabilirim. Sevmediğim herhangi bir şey yok açıkçası.

• b1773rn (10/5): - First of all, I want to thank the owner and the staff of this small but very cozy hotel for being super helpful and exceptionally hospitable. They tried hard to please any of our whims. And they helped us to get to the hospital and called the doctors when we had an accident in the city. Thank you! The rest is less important but still for the objective description I should say that rooms are nice and warm (after Germany it's a great feature)! The location is quite convenient – if you want to be close to the old city, main attractions and streets with bars, but avoid the necessity to climb steep streets – the place is for you. The water in the shower is warm and the pressure is strong. wifi, tv, fridge, hair dryer, etc. – everything is available in rooms. They even organized laundry when we asked about that, although they don't have such a facility in the hotel. Just a minor note, the breakfast is good, tasty and nourishing, as far as I understand, much better than the standard hotel breakfast in Georgia. but a little bit repetitive.

• Mihriban (10/5): Mükemmel - Konum olarak gerçekten çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı dahil almıştık, 2 kişi için bile çeşit ve porsiyonlar çok büyüktü. Otelin çok tatlı bir terası vardı. Odanın da balkonu bulunuyordu. Kardan dolayı oturamadığımız için üzüldük. Kar yağan bir havada gitmemize rağmen kalorifer ve klimayla sıcaklık iyiydi. Ama asıl beğendiğimiz güleryüzlü çalışanları ve otel sahibi Katerina’ydı. Katerina’nın Türkçe bilmesi de çok güzeldi. Çok ilgiliydi, bu yüzden ona buradan da teşekkür ederiz. Mahzeni gezmek isteyin. Tekrar gitmek istediğimiz bir ülke ve kesinlikle tekrardan burayı tercih ederiz.

Новый комфортабельный отель в восстановленном старом семейном доме с историей. Прекрасная локация - в 5-7 минутах от площади Свободы пешком. Доброжелательный персонал, гостеприимная хозяйка, которая познакомила с историей дома. Номер современный, чистый, с небольшим балконом, в номере есть всё необходимое. Прекрасный завтрак. Обязательно будем рекомендовать друзьям и сами вернёмся, если будем когда-нибудь ещё в Грузии. Валентина -
• Barbara (8/5): Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mit Charme - Ein kleines schönes Hotel,fand es sehr angenehm,dass das Zimmer im erdgeschoss war, alles war neu und sehr sauber und beim Frühstück zwei sehr nette Damen die sich sehr gekümmert haben. Schöner kleiner Innenhof Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln . Es liegt halt nicht im allerbesten Viertel ,aber ich fand es interessant.

• Doğan (10/5): This hotel made our first trip to Tbilisi and my marriage proposal truly unforgettable. - It was our first time in Tbilisi. The main reason for our trip was to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Tbilisi and to propose to my girlfriend. I chose this hotel after reading many reviews, and I believe it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. While we were in Tbilisi, we heard many people complaining about their hotels, but we were very happy with ours. First of all, the rooms were very clean. The breakfast may not fully satisfy a Turkish person because of our strong breakfast culture, but for a country outside Türkiye, it was quite good and had a small but sufficient open buffet. The staff were very kind and helpful. I can honestly say that Mariam’s attention and care made our holiday much more enjoyable. Every time we met her, we talked for almost an hour, and on our last evening before leaving, we even wanted to spend time with her and have a farewell dinner together. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone with peace of mind. We are planning to visit Tbilisi again in April or May, and next time, I will stay at this hotel again without searching for any other option.

• CANER (10/5): - We were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was extremely kind, polite, and friendly, and the fact that he speaks Turkish was a great plus for us. The wine cellar on the lowest floor and the wine tasting experience were truly enjoyable. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe. Thanks to its central location, we were able to explore all of Tbilisi on foot. Housekeeping provided daily cleaning, which we really appreciated. All staff members were cheerful, understanding, and very welcoming. Their warm attitude towards Turkish guests made us feel even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

А в один из дней владелица гостиницы провела для меня короткую экскурсию в винный погреб и рассказала историю родового дома, в котором теперь находится гостиница. I informed that I'm vegan and they prepared some amazing dishes for me, so I had a lot to choose from, and everything was delicious! The room was big and very comfy. The staff were really nice and ready to help if I needed anything. The location of the hotel was great too. It is on a quiet side street, so you can enjoy the peacefulness and sleep well at night, but it is central (a short walk from Liberty Square) and has restaurants and supermarkets 1 minute away.

• Erin (9/5): I see why Araki comes up as a top place to stay in Tbilisi. - I booked this last minute as my trip plans changed. I interacted with two male staff members who were very helpful with logistics (to catch my bus to Yerevan) and finding a laundry point. The room and the entire property was really quiet which was just what I wanted. I would have liked a kettle in my room for some tea and the TV wouldn't turn on but I had my devices and good wifi which was great. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice. The breakfast was a standout. It was really tasty. It looks like you can order an omelette additionally with breakfast. I didn't know that but some other guests did so make sure to ask if you're keen on that. This was really cute and in a cool neighborhood. I can't stress enough how cool Tbilisi is. There was no kettle in the room when I would have like a cup of tea. Also, the TV didn't turn on (maybe it was old batteries, I don't know). These were small inconveniences but not a big deal for me.

• Holger (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, da es etwas nach hinten versetzt und dadurch sehr ruhig ist. Man erreicht die Altstadt und einige Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Öffentliche Busse halten auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und sehr sauber.

Небольшой но достаточно уютный, чистый и функциональный номер. Все заявленное на сайте в номере присутствовало. Завтрак шведский стол, вполне приемлемый и питательный. По просьбе сварили кофе в турке. С парковкой машины проблемно, на прилегающей улице с бесплатными местами напряженно, есть место где могут прийти штрафы за парковку.. Да, 3 минуты ходьбы от отеля есть продуктовый магазин, аптека и отделение банка, где можно оплатить штрафы за машину. Очень хорошо
• KONSTANTINOS (9/5): Περάσαμε τέλεια - Είναι κοντά μεν στο κέντρο όπου μπορείς να πας και με τα πόδια σε λίγα λεπτά, αλλά σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο το δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το πρωινό αν και ήταν επαρκέστατο σε ποσότητα θα μπορούσε να είχε περισσότερες επιλογές, ιδίως σε φρούτα. Δεν υπάρχει 24ώρη ρεσεψιόν και σε περίπτωση, σαν και την δική μας, που το check-in είναι αργά την νύχτα είναι μία πρόκληση. Βέβαια να σημειώσω ότι οι οδηγίες που μας δόθηκαν ήταν λεπτομερείς και αρκετά βοηθητικές.

• Mikhail (10/5): - We stood for three nights. Very nice hotel, clean, with modern furniture. Irakli wrote to us when we could drive up, and the room was ready by our arrival. He ordered us a taxi back to the airport late at night. Close to the old town (20-25 minutes on foot), shops, restaurants and a hop on hop off bus. Two Georgian women cooked delicious breakfasts, thanks to them. One wish: put a larger coffee maker, because when guests are crowded in the breakfast room, there is a little competition for a cup of hot coffee. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all!

Το πρωινό είναι οκ Όταν μπήκαμε στο ξενοδοχείο υπήρχε μια όμορφη μυρωδιά καθαριότητας στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους που μας προδιαθεσε θετικά. Παρόλα αυτά, πρώτου πέσουμε για ύπνο διαπιστώσαμε ότι το δωμάτιο δεν έχει καθαριστεί επαρκώς. Πιο συγκεκριμένα υπήρχε σκόνη συσσωρευμένη σε ιστούς αράχνης στις γωνιές των τοίχων δίπλα από το κρεββατι και τρίχες προηγούμενων επισκεπτών στα σεντόνια, κάτω από μαξιλάρια, σκεπάσματα και στο μπάνιο (τόσο στην ντουζιέρα όσο και στον υπόλοιπο χώρο). Ως αποτέλεσμα μας έβαλε σε σκέψεις για τα στάνταρ καθαριότητας του ξενοδοχείου. Επιπλέον, για να έχει δημιουργηθεί ιστος αραχνης σημαινει ότι δεν γίνεται επιμελες σκούπισμα και σφουγγάρισμα του δωματίου, πράγμα που αποτελεί βασική προσδοκία κατά την διαμονή σε οποιοδήποτε ξενοδοχείο. Επιπλέον ο υπεύθυνος φάνηκε ότι καταλαβαίνει εν μέρη το πρόβλημα αλλά δυστυχώς λόγω του ότι δεν υπήρχε κάποια διαθεσιμότητα δεν βρέθηκε άλλος τρόπος επίλυσης του θέματος με αποτέλεσμα να κοιμηθούμε υπό αμφίβολες συνθήκες (π.χ θα μπορούσε να επικοινωνήσει με το προσωπικό καθαριότητας για την άμεση καθαριότητα του δωματίου). Επίσης το πάπλωμα για σκέπασμα είναι περίεργου μεγέθους οποτε δεν χωράει ολοκληρο έναν ενήλικο άτομο.

Non avevo Internet per comunicare essendo il primo giorno di arrivo.... Accoglienza zero ...ho incontrato un ragazzo che viveva lì e mi ha chiamato lo staff per dire che ero arrivato. Ho aspettato un' ora prima che arrivasse un responsabile.. Per il resto tutto bene . In questo albergo bisogna arrivare dalle 8.00 in poi del mattino ...
