• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic place to stay, one subway stop from downtown. - This was an ideal apartment. It checked all of the boxes that I look for in a property. It was a quiet comfortable place to sleep with a nice living area and big dining room table we could all eat at as a family. The subway's Maverick Station is about a block away making for convenient access. We tried a few of the restaurants close to the property and they were delicious. I would absolutely stay at this property again. There really wasn't anything big. The air freshener was a bit much for us, but we just turned it off when we got there and then turned it back on when we left. It is a personal preference and not a big deal.

• Chayut (9/5): Very good location, big clean comfort rooms with good safety - Location comfort and convenience as its name. The room is big enough for 6 people. They provide adequate basic amendities and special items I don't expect like snacks and medical kits. The rooms are clean and comfort to stay. The stair is too steep and small but I understand It's among a prime location. The floor is not even and slope a little bit.

• David (9/5): Convenient and comfortable - Amazing location. Close to the subway. So easy to get into downtown Boston. Comfortable space, great wifi and excellent communication with the owner. Strange sloping floor and tight, steep staircases which wouldn't be suitable for young kids or the elderly but added to the quirkiness for us. :)

• Isabelle (8/5): This was the perfect location for easy access into Boston and its surroundings and good choice of convenience stores wit - Excellent location so close to the metro line into Boston and to the airport. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for family of 2 parents and 2 young adult children. As mentioned in other reviews the staircase to the property and the one onto the upstairs bedrooms are very steep and narrow. This was not a problem for us but would not be suitable for everyone.

• Cami (10/5): Great family stay in a central location - Place was clean and comfortable. Good space for our family of 6. Hosts were very accommodating. Amazing location. Just a few minutes to the subway stop. Neighborhood was quiet and very accessible. So grateful that we could stay in an family apartment for just one night (most have 2 minimum). We would love to have stayed longer and would definitely book again. There were two flights of steep stairs, which was fine for us but may be hard if you have small children or mobility issues or have large luggage. Unloading luggage was hard without a parking onsite but we had enough people to stay with the car and drop off bags at the same time. We returned our rental car early and just used public transit.

• Michael (10/5): Great place, sleeps six in three bedrooms, and don't miss it! - The location is amazing, literally a half a block from the subway station- one stop into town one way and one stop to the airport the other way. Everyone should know that the steps are narrow and steep, but it's an old property and it can't be helped. There are handrails however and it's very safe. My group ranged from 59 to 65 years old and had no issues.
• Sharon (1/5): Bad - There is no parking available. Street parking only at your own risk. Closest parking garage is at Logan airport. The stairs to get to the apartment are narrow and very steep. We were unable to get our luggage up the stairs. We were unable to stay and had to find alternative last minute accommodations. The owner stated the it was a safe neighborhood, we did not feel safe.

We could have not picked a better location or host. Great neighborhood with many shops or restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are a little tight. This is like most places in Boston. But it wasn't a big deal.

Chose here because of the location for the airport and city centre. So easy to use the metro from the apartment perfect for getting into the airport and city. Super helpful hosts Parking is difficult Monday - Friday daytime but good at the weekend and evenings

• Michal (10/5): A great option for a family getaway in Boston - We loved our stay in this charming two-story apartment. It was perfect for our family of four! The place was spotlessly clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was washing machine and dryer. Our kids were thrilled with their own rooms upstairs! The neighborhood was a bit lackluster, but it was just a short walk from the train station and only a few minutes' drive from Boston's main attractions.

• Charles (9/5): Great location, great facilities and contact. Just be aware of steep stairs. - Great location for the airport and downtown. Two minutes from the Maverick T station. You need the T to get into town but we bought a 7 day Charlie card for $22 so it was no big deal and is fun if you like experiencing local public transport. Excellent facilities and great communication with host. The floors are a bit uneven and the stairs are steep. No problem for us but could be an issue if you have any mobility issues.
• Eileen (7/5): Good - It was very near the train station . All accommodation was up 2 flights of stairs . Stairs so narrow, it was really hard to get of big suitcases up and down . We travelled as 3 ladies and thought the area was a big scary ... Really unusual smell coming from downstairs appartment...Hatred the air freshners everywhere. But the accommodation was well kitted out and clean ... I expected something different but the photos do represent the house .

Immaculate. - The apartment was well loved, beautifully presented and had a well equipped kitchen and lounge. We loved the fact it was right by the waters edge and shops and restaurants v local. The apartment was ideal for sightseeing round Boston and 5 mins from airport. I would highly recommend. Nothing really. A real good find.
• Elaine (10/5): Fantastic - didn’t want to leave - Fantastic light and airy apartment with plenty of space for myself and two adult children. Really comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed and more. Super close to metro and river ferry and a few mins into downtown Boston. Loads of shops and restaurants all really close to the front door. I recommend the spothero app to find very affordable and convenient parking nearby as 2 hour limit everywhere. • Beck (10/5): Charming home with great character and location. - We chose this home because the location was so great. Only a short block to the subway. We were thrilled with how much space their was. Three very comfortable bedrooms, great living space! Fully appointed kitchen. The stairs are on the steep and narrow side, and there is a bit of a slant to the rooms, but it gives this home great character! Very charming home! We would have like a TV in at least one bedroom. The upstairs bathroom shower head was too big for the shower. It made it difficult to shower without getting your hair wet. These were very minor issues and would not stop me from booking again.

• Cooke (9/5): Highly recommend this property - We stayed just one night - at the end of a 10 day vacation visiting family in New England. It was definitely one of the highlights of our entire trip! The place was immaculately clean and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. The location can't be beat... grandkids loved the short train ride under the bay to historic Boston and then the ferry trip back. Getting to the airport the next morning was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again.
