• Linda (10/5): Holiday with friends - Location was excellent. 20 minute walk to the centre of Durham. Duke of Wellington pub 10 minute walk away with excellent food options. The house was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Couldn’t fault it would definitely recommend Nothing.

• Karen (4/5): Good visit despite the poor facilities. - Good location ,plenty of space and good parking. Scruffy interior ,messy tatty furniture.curtains that didn’t close. Two toilets that were not working properly. Not enough crockery etc in the kitchen. Very tatty interior could do with a spruce up and a deepclean.

• Doru (8/5): Very good - house is spacious and has all the facilities . heating is controlled, and you can't set up your own temperature .area is quiet, and we had complaints because we were speaking normally in the garden after 10 pm (not a big issue, but if you are planning to have a drink in a garden, whisper after 10pm or avoid the location).

Good sized comfortable lounge Comfortable beds Nice garden too. We would certainly book this property again There was nothing we did not like.
• Dadadad (8/5): Would recommend this house to friends - Spacious to accommodate 5 people Walking distance to the city center Nice neighborhood The house is clean and tidy Almost everything is available in the house, except body wash, shampoo, conditioner The host answered promptly whenever I had questions. The mattress is too soft in some rooms
• Christine (8/5): A great family house for three generations. 20-30 minute walk to the centre of Durham. - Not applicable Two of the beds were not very comfortable. We couldn’t find instructions for the oven. One or the sockets in the kitchen seemed to switch a fuse when switched on.
