Guest Reviews
- aniello (9/5): - Tutto 👍 Nulla 💞
- FRANCISCO S. (10/5): - Espectacular
Ideal para conocer las Higlands
- Howard (10/5): Our stay was exceptional. - The whole experience was very good.
The cleanliness was exceptional.
The place was set up, so you felt like you were at home.
- Nicholas (7/5): - The location is perfect, but this is only a very small apartment and suitable only for a couple. The rooms are very small. The dining area is big enough for small children only.
- Tobias (9/5): - Everything you need was there. They thought of everything.
- Miranda (8/5): - Schoon en netjes. Prachtig uitzicht. Prima bedden. Duidelijke beschrijving. Alleen WC boven. Bank aan vervanging toe. Kennelijk heeft de buurman iets van recht van overpad. Stond ineens in de tuin.

- Miet (9/5): - Comfortabele, gezellige woning. Alles wat nodig is, was aanwezig. Mooi uitzicht, zeer goede ligging.

- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, just across Loch Linnhe, and with a fabulous view of Ben Nevis and mountains and hills. Close to Fort William city centre, with walking trails and near amenities. The house features a beautiful garden, a well equipped kitchen that works perfectly well, comfortable living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is a lovely place that enabled us to cook healthy meals for our family, watch Wimbledon games while drinking wine and cross the road for splendid views of the sunset. We loved this place!!!
Easy checkin and checkout with fulll set of instructions given in advance. Parking in front of home. A lovely garden with pretty flowers.
What more can one ask for?
Negative: one bathroom with a small sink on the second floor takes some planning for a bigger family to use. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and would recommend this house to anyone. One bathroom not ideal for a bigger family, but the positives outweigh this.
- Anne (10/5): Good location with views home away from home - Lovely home away from home
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Stuart (8/5): Very good - Quite clean, good location once you can find way around the roads. Walls are so thin you can really hear the neighbours
- Marian (9/5): Superb -
- Elainehar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (9/5): The tranquil cosy corner home - Comfortable bed / cozy rooms / amazing views / the terrace / parking / close to hotspots of the Highlands / the games and book corner No hairdryer / kitchen hob needs instructions for use visible / the fireplace floor is too close to the dining table
- Jon (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely everything. It was perfect , so clean and felt so homely. All we had to do was bring food and drink , just like being at home 😊
Location was ace and the view from the double bedroom was so nice. Garden was lovely too. So sad we had to leave.
- Philip (9/5): Sealladh Mairi is an excellent property in a quiet location with fabulous loch and mountain views. - The house was well appointed and well maintained, everything needed was available. It was quiet and with good facilities nearby. It was close to the hill walking areas that we identified. The fridge/freezer could have worked better, it did not freeze ice packs properly. It was the only drawback that we found.
- Sara (10/5): Comfortable, welcoming, warm, clean and cosy. - A warm welcome, spotless, and a great location. Felt like a home from home.
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet and nice. Beautiful view and very nice walking path right outside the door. Very clean and beautifully decorated. A little out of the way for main things ( food, pubs, etc) but view and quiet made up for that.
- Falak (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robin (10/5): Beautiful property surrounded by charming landscape. - Lovely decor. Beautiful views of the water and mountains. The small yard was well-maintained and nicely landscaped. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
- James (10/5): Reasonably priced, well equipped, great location! - Cosy house in a great location, across the road from a Loch with stunning views and can you see Ben Nevis on a clear day, house was spotless and well equipped. We walked to the Ben Nevis Mountain track from the property, which took around 1 hour (3.4miles) bus routes/taxis available to get to Fort William which has plenty of amenities. Shower needs more pressure - that’s it!!
- Emese (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful accommodation with a stunning view!
- Kieran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): House on a Loch - The view was Outstanding!
Cosy house in a Stunning part of Fort William.
- Michael (10/5): Great location - overlooking the loch with Ben Nevis behind you. Ideal for Glen Coe, the Mamores, Nevis range and the lo - Really well equipped - everything you could need. Clean and well maintained in a fabulous location. Nothing
- Kaysey (10/5): Excellent accomodation, as a family of 4 with a car, we loved it! - Location, although out of the town, had the best view of Fort William and surrounds…stunning!
The amenities and decor were high class and couldn’t fault the place. We like to self cook with two young fussy kids and a family who love mash potatoes! There was no peeler (had to use a knife) or potato masher (had to use a fork), no big deal really but these two items would have been nice, since the place had everything else! 😅
- Lucy (10/5): Loved our stay here, the views are stunning - we will be back! - Absolutely stunning location! Cozy, warm house, Absolutely immaculate, thought of literally everything and them some!
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Graeme (9/5): Adventure Fort William - The view. Proximity of good walks. Access to cycle routes. Noisy neighbours. Limited cupboard space in kitchen.
- Jayarathna (10/5): Exceptional - View Nothing
- Philip (8/5): A very pleasant spot of Fort Wiliam - Quiet spot with lovely outlook Nothing not to like
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -

- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - The house was lovely and cosy, very clean. The views are spectacular 👌 The neighbours were a little noisy late at night with a lot of banging doors and up and down the stairs. The dog was barking and crying from 5am. Other than that everything was perfect.
- Mark (10/5): credit to the owners, fantastic view from the property across the Loch, fantastic value for money - fantastic value for money
clean well equipped property
- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional - The house had everything you needed. Clean, modern and comfy! Could of had some garden furniture to use
- Michael (10/5): highly recommend. Immaculate house, very well set up and everything you need. - very well presented. totally spotless and all newly furnished. nothing to not like.
- Rebecca (9/5): Lovely house with fantastic views from the master bedroom. - Great house. Nicely decorated and really comfortable sofas and beds NA
- Daniel (10/5): Lovely house in a wonderful location. - Lovely house in a gorgeous peaceful location with easy access to all surrounding areas. The house was spotlessly clean, furnished beautifully and had everything we needed to get started on our stay and then some! The view over the loch is just beautiful and was a lovely place to walk around every evening. Our teenage son also took full advantage of the E-bikes for hire stationed a few metres away from the front door, and enjoyed sunset bike rides every evening. Would definitely stay again. We liked everything.
