• Thanam (8/5): We had a very comfortable stay and the hotel was very near a metro station and lulu mall. - The location was only a few minutes walking distance from a metro station and lulu mall. This made travelling around Cochin very easy. The rooms were large and the manager was very accommodating and helpful. We had a great stay here. Thank you There was no safe in the room

However staff are poorly trained to keep up the standard. Not fault of them. Currently they operate it like a basic Motel or Railway station lodging. Property premises need immediate attention to upkeep landscaping and cleanliness.
