• Anastasiia (2/5): Ruined family reunion - no water, rude host - The view was exceptional We had an awful experience with the host. There was no water at the property for the whole 3 days that we stayed. There was 3 adults and 2 children, we could not take a proper shower for the duration of our stay. Not only did the host not offer to bring us any bottled water, when I kept asking about whether the repairs will be made, he eventually flipped at me. I requested to be compensated for the inconvenience, but he said he would only refund half the price paid if we moved out a day early. He was very rude to the point I felt threatened to be kicked out and left in rural Georgia to find another accommodation with two kids. We were hoping for a relaxing getaway and family reunion, instead we were stuck with a rude host, no water, and very slow wifi. Not only was this not worth the money we paid, our vacation was ruined. I hope this host doesn’t get to do business with booking anymore.

• ElaPacholec (1/5): ogromne rozczarowanie nie daj sie nabrać na piękne zdjęcia na bookingu - zdjecia na booking były bardzo ładne - to tyle. może dodam jeszcze tylko, ze fajnie, że była klimatyzacja. Dojazd do hotelu nieoznakowany, droga bardzo trudna. Stały 3 domki ogrodzone metalową blachą z widokiem na las. 1. zepsuty zamek w drzwiach do domku- nie można było zamknąć drzwi gdy wychodziliśmy na trekking 2. brak papieru toaletowego w łazience- po interwencji jakiś pan z nieprzyjemnym wyrazem twarzy nam doniósł 3. brak środków higienicznych do mycia 4. i co najgorsze- brak wody ciepłej po pewnym czasie i zimnej również (byliśmy tam rodziną 2+2 ostatnia osoba biorąca prysznic juz nie miała czym sie spłukać- interweniowaliśmy- dostaliśmy wiadomość ze cos naprawią, niestety rano wciąż nie mogliśmy sie umyć, woda miała bardzo niskie ciśnienie - nie możliwością było np umyć włosy. 5. po zabookowaniu sie w domku dostałam wiadomość z nr konta i prośba o jak najszybszą opłatę. na booking cena za 2 doby był 600 lari i tyle na wskazane konto przelałam ( po przeliczeniu z euro) - po 3 dniach dostałam inf, ze mam dopłacić jeszcze 200 lari bo bank jakieś opłaty pobrał i jakiś dodatkowy chyba podatek. 6. w domku było brudno, w łazience włosy, w kuchni blaty klejące, brak ścierki w kuchni i okapnika na umyte naczynia brudny zlew w kuchni, brudna lodówka z której śmierdziało. Zdjęcia na booking sa świetne ( dalismy się skusić)- rzeczywistość raczej zniechęcająca. a szkoda widać ze domki sa nowe tylko brakuje dobrego gospodarza i solidnej reki, która będzie dbać o czystość. Niestety najgorszy nocleg podczas naszego 10 -dniowego podróżowania po Gruzji.

• Nataliya (5/5): Уютный дом но очень плохая дорога (не для любой машины), постоянная проблема с водой. Учитывая это, стоимость завышена - Красивый вид, довольно удобные кровати. Природа вокруг бесподобна) В целом уютный домик, помимо двух больших минусов Дорога к шале просто ужасная (последние 300 метров) - на переднеприводной машине с вариатором очень сложно выезжать, приличный подьем с сыпучим гравием, о таких моментах хозяева должны предупреждать, не все хотят убивать машину. За 3 ночи нашего нахождения два раза полностью пропадала вода, хозяину надо приезжать и включать там где-то насос. По этой причине последнюю ночь не остались - вода пропала опять. На кухне из посуды для готовки всего одна кастрюля, и протекающий чайник - за такую стоимость ожидаешь хотя бы сковороду и пару кастрюль, плюс пару мисок

• Maryia (10/5): Marvelous stay! - Everything was excellent! The house itself looks very nice, it’s also fully equipped. We simply had everything needed there. Moreover, the view was spectacular! I was a bit afraid that it would be cold during nighttime but everything was totally fine. It was veeeery cozy and warm! Didi madloba for this stay. -
• Nir (10/5): Best place to stay - It is a hidden gem. It is a brand new place, and this is why we are the first reviewers. Very clean place, with a great location with lots of attractions around. The host is very friendly and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The place is very comfortable it hosted our family of 5 people and there was a lot of space. All the facilities from hit water to kitchen accessories are brand new and in great condition Nothing, it was the best place we stayed in Georgia
