Wir haben viele Länder und Städte bereist, aber hier war die Gastfreundlichkeit einfach unschlagbar. Top Hotel, top Team, top Lage und das alles zu einem top Preis. Das Personal ist herzlich und freundlich, ich möchte besonders Eçe hervorheben - sie hatte immer ein Lächeln zur Begrüßung, viele gute Tipps und es war sehr nett, mit ihr zu plaudern. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer einzunehmen, war ein Vergnügen.. Vieles wird täglich direkt vor Ort frisch gemacht/gebacken und es ist köstlich! (wichtig: es sind viele traditionell türkische Speisen). Die Lage ist perfekt, ganz nahe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, auch die Anbindung an die Tram ist gut. Teşekkür ederim!

Mona (10/5): Warm atmosfere and nice people - I liked the warmness and serviability of the people, the rooftop with a very nice view where we took breakfast every morning and possibility to go to the rooftop anytime. The bed also was very confortable. If you have a room near the reception starting 7 am in the morning can be a bit too noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Hotel butikowy zgodnie z naszymi preferencjami. Małe sklepiki w okolicy. Dla nas nie był to problem ale brak jest windy w hotelu (chyba jak w większości hoteli w Stambule).

Breakfast is served on 4th floor. Lots of hot food, I only went first morning, nothing for me to make arduous effort to go back. Not even one English speaking TV station - world news if nothing else. The cleaning staff ... I observed them taking photos of the do not disturb notices on the doors, (fair enough if they can't clean the rooms) but by chance i was leaving my untouched room, so they put on the do not disturb sign and also photgraphed it. I would have let them in if they knocked. Lastly, I didn't like being asked to rate them 10/10 on Booking.com. That immediately reduced my assessment of the place.

The breakfast at the hotel is terrible: very limited selection, sour food, no fish or meat, and the fruit is stale and not fresh. 2. The hotel is extremely noisy; it is impossible to sleep. The noise starts at 6 a.m., so it is simply impossible to rest. 3. On the second day of our stay, we were leaving the hotel in a hurry for an excursion. A receptionist stopped us and told us to pack our belongings because they needed our room and would relocate us. The only reason given was that they “needed our room”. 4. Finally, when we left the hotel after our stay, the hotel marked our booking as “cancelled”, so technically I couldn’t leave my review of my stay. And only after writing a complaint to Booking, I could do it.

Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht (auch wenn es ziemlich klein ist). Doch das wahre Highlight war das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal! Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal! Mitten drin, aber doch sehr ruhig und sogar mit Meerblick. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Het ontbijt is super lekker, divers en vers. Het personeel loopt rond met een glimlach. Wij waren met 5 en dat was heel goed te doen in de ruime kamers. De locatie is dichtbij (op loopafstand) de belangrijkste musea, moskeeen en paleizen. Ook het OV is dichtbij. Een dikke aanrader!

Mohamed (10/5): Istanbul - Très beau séjour à l’hôtel AyaSofia Special Class, idéalement situé et offrant une superbe vue panoramique. L’hôtel est confortable et l’ambiance très agréable. Le personnel est remarquable : gentil, accueillant et toujours professionnel. Un grand merci à Dina à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe du petit-déjeuner et de la restauration, notamment Afifa et Yalda, pour leur service attentionné et de qualité. Une mention toute particulière à Amina, guest manager exceptionnelle, qui a été présente dès notre arrivée. Toujours souriante, disponible et très professionnelle, elle a su nous conseiller et veiller à notre confort tout au long du séjour. Son sens du service et son implication font vraiment la différence. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Jasari (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch sehr nahe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

francisco josé (10/5): Lugar estratégico para poder visitar todas las atraccciones turísticas - Ubicación perfecta. Y amabilidad de todo el personal, mención especial a Ece, una chica que domina varias lenguas, incluidas el castellano, asesorándote en tu visita a Estambul y haciendo la estancia mucho más agradable. Respecto al desayuno, Quiero comentar esto aquí porque no quiero desvalorarlo, simplemente decir que no es lo que conocemos occidentalmente, aunque Ece te ofrece otros platos que te lo hacen al momento. Es gastronomía turca 😉. Que por cierto tiene cosas muy ricas.
Calvin (10/5): Perfektes Hotel - Wir waren vom Hotel begeistert. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Beim Frühstück wurden uns spezielle Wünsche erfüllt und auch sonst war alles top. Die Betten nicht zu hart, die Nächte ruhig, und die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Nabyl (10/5): Séjour inoubliable à Istanbul, idéalement situé à Sultanahmet, avec un personnel exceptionnel. - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Ayasofya Hotel - Special Class et nous en gardons un merveilleux souvenir. La situation est tout simplement idéale, au cœur du quartier de Sultanahmet, à proximité immédiate des principaux sites touristiques, tout en restant dans un environnement calme et agréable. Cela permet de profiter pleinement des visites tout en ayant un lieu reposant où se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Le véritable point fort de cet établissement reste sans aucun doute son personnel. Toute l’équipe est exceptionnelle : toujours accueillante, souriante, disponible et profondément attentionnée. Une mention particulière pour les personnes de l’accueil, qui sont très réactives, professionnelles et toujours prêtes à aider avec efficacité et gentillesse. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, presque comme à la maison. Chaque demande est traitée avec sérieux et rapidité, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un immense merci également à la cheffe de cuisine, qui contribue largement à cette belle expérience. Chaque matin, elle prépare un petit-déjeuner absolument succulent, composé de produits frais, variés et faits avec soin. C’est un véritable moment de plaisir qui donne le ton de la journée. Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions au quotidien, comme le thé turc proposé à toute heure, accompagné de délicieux petits biscuits. Ce genre de détail, simple en apparence, apporte une vraie touche chaleureuse et conviviale, et reflète parfaitement l’hospitalité du lieu. Ce sont toutes ces attentions, cette qualité de service et cette ambiance bienveillante qui font toute la différence. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et ce sera un réel plaisir de revenir en famille. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! Rien, tout était parfait !

E. (10/5): Fantastisch - Wat een fantastisch verblijf! De locatie is simpelweg perfect: op slechts 6 minuten wandelen van de Blauwe Moskee en uitstekend bereikbaar. Elke ochtend genoten we van een heerlijk ontbijt met volop variatie. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en staat werkelijk voor je klaar om met alles te helpen. Een groot pluspunt is de extra service; zo boek je in het hotel eenvoudig diverse excursies, zoals een prachtige Bosporus-tour inclusief transfer. Ook de luchthavenshuttle is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Een absolute aanrader!

Maria Teresa de Jesus (10/5): Excelencia en cada detalle: comodidad absoluta y trato inmejorable - Todo ha sido fantástico. Lo primero a destacar es la ubicación, que es perfecta para llegar andando a cualquier lado y que además tiene muchísimos restaurantes maravillosos cercanos para disfrutar de la comida turca tradicional. Quiero destacar también el desayuno, que es simplemente exquisito y de muchísima calidad. La habitación superó mis expectativas: la limpieza era impecable y la comodidad de la cama insuperable, ideal para descansar de verdad. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el factor humano. Todo el equipo que forma parte del hotel es encantador y te hace sentir especial y en casa desde que llegas. Mención especial para Ece, por su excelente gestión, consejos y amabilidad, y para Dina en recepción, que fue súper atenta y resolutiva ante cualquiera de nuestras preguntas. Recomendable sin duda para cualquier persona que quiera visitar a Estambul y estar lo más cómodo posible. Nosotros volveremos en el momento en el que pisemos esta maravillosa ciudad.
Michael (7/5): Disappointed with untruthful description but we made the best of it - Very clean, comfortable bed, staff very friendly and helpful and a great location We thought we had paid for a 35m2 bedroom with adjoining luxury en-suite and sea views but we got a 25m2 bedroom, a basic bathroom and a rubbish view of the sea. The fridge is inside the wardrobe so it was so hot it was unusable. We asked for a partial refund on that basis but the hotel absolutely refused to consider it. They offered instead an evening cruise on the river which we did not want to do or a free transfer (worth 50€) but we already had one booked. Attitude of management staggeringly awful. Recommend serious checking of other rooms before booking. Was expensive for what it was.

Colin (8/5): Comfortable hotel with great staff near the historic center of Istanbul - Staff were very helpful, especially the manager. Every morning at breakfast she made sure to ask what we had planned for the day and offered tips and suggestions. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit smaller than they appear on the pictures. Bathroom had a slight smell, although it was attended to as soon as we reported it.

Any time of day (we arrived very late at night and were helped with information, dinner, and a free upgrade!) The staff at breakfast were always very attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to cook us gozleme when they only overheard us inquiring where to go to get good gozleme in town. The breakfast buffet is amazing, freshly cooked every day, and with new dishes, and fantastic spread of choices. The hotel is beautifully elegant. The location is second to none. We love the 24/7 complimentary Turkish tea, coffee, and an assortment of sweets and pastries. Shout out to guest manager Ece - she did an outstanding job as a host! If we could give a score higher than 10/10 we would! Nothing

Rhys_Caerdydd (9/5): A friendly, small , clean hotel with very good breakfast walking distance to major attractions. - Very friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms, very close walk to Sultanhamet square. Very good breakfast with amazing sea view. Outside terrace was fabulous too. There was an excellent restaurant opposite for our evening meal. Bathroom sink was high, and shelf above was lopsided.

Zum Frühstück gibt es verschiedene Meze und Backwaren, die alle frisch vor Ort zubereitet sind - toll! Danke für eine schöne Woche in Istanbul; wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Mit dem Toilettenpapier ist man ein wenig sparsam, auch wenn es auf Nachfrage bereitwillig Nachschlag erhält.

Во первых с момента моего прошлого раза, в отеле провели реконструкцию и ремонт, дизайн супер. Атмосферно стильно и в то же время очень комфортно! Ощущения как дома) И конечно же самое главное преимущество отеля - это персонал!!! Встретили как родную🤗 Вежливые коммуникабельные заботливые, еще и на русском языке говорят свободно. Linda (10/5): - Kõik oli väga tore! Personal sõbralik ja hotell puhas. Väga meeldis katusel olev terass, mida sai oma suva järgi kasutada sh nt osta poest külma õlut ja juua seda merevaatega katusel. Lisaks anti soovitatavad kohad, kus võib käia ja aega veeta. Külastades on hea ehk neist juhistest kinni hakata, sest meie nt külastasime ühte vana türgi hamami (15. sajandist) mõeldes, et see ehk ehedam türgi sauna kogemus aga kõik oli seal kallis ja turistide nöörimise peale üles ehitatud samas kui need, kes külastasid hotelli soovitatud hamami jäid väga rahule. Teenustasu nad ühegi soovituse pealt ei võta vmt, annavad juhiseid lihtsalt selleks, et kogu elamus oleks toredam :) See ongi Türgit külastades keeruline - saada aru, kus on reaalselt viisakad inimesed, kes näitavad üles ülimat türgi külalislahkust ja kus on keegi, kes üritab ära kasutada. Vihjeks tänaval käies - isegi kui ostad ühe pudeli vett, kui pole hinda juures, küsin alati palju maksab ja vaata summat enne maksmist. Niipea kui valvsuse kaotad võib juhtuda, et ostad poest 10 euro asemel neli õlut 40 euroga :) Ja samal ajal võib juhtuda, et külastad väikest poodi, ostad sealt 12 euro eest midagi, kõik näidatakse kalkulaatoril ette, pakendatakse ja antakse külastamise eest mõlemale kingituseks kaunis külmiku magnet pealekauba. Aga hotelli ei jõua ära kiita! Asukoht on super, personal pakub päeva jooksul ka Türgi kohvi või teed tasuta, kui soovite ja lisaks on lähedal hulga kohvikuid ja õhtuti turvaline liigelda ka naisterahvastel. Tubade suurused jm on ilusti bookingus välja toodud, nt kui võtate 16m2 toa, siis ei maksa imestada, et see on väike. Peabki olema :) Suur aitäh kõigile, kes n id võõrustasid! Olime seal kolm ööd ja tagasi tulles külastaja kindlasti uuesti!

El trato del personal siempre dispuesto a tus necesidades y darte los mejores consejos El desayuno muy bueno con linda vista además El baño es un poco pequeño para dos personas pero es lo habitual en hoteles en la zona.

The hotel is clean, cozy, and nicely designed, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, right in the center, with all the main attractions nearby like Sultanahmet, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. The room was comfortable and very clean just perfect for resting. What really made our stay special was the manager Ece. She was very kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. All the staff were also very friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. Everything was well taken care of, from the cleanliness to the service. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the sea, which we really enjoyed. We left with great memories and would love to come back.
