• Tamilla (1/5): The apartment was dirty and smelly and the owner is faking good reviews via surreal parking prices. - Arriving the room was stinky because of rotten food in the fridge. The bed sheets we’re dirty. We wondered about the good reviews till the owner told us that we either have to write a good review or have to pay 20 euro for parking. We did not stay at the apartment, we booked a hotel close by. Be careful booking this apartment.

• Christiane (8/5): Schöner Blick über die Bucht! - Der Blick ist toll und es liegt ruhig. Sehr schön mit der privaten Terrassenecke. Der Putz blätterte von den Wänden wegen eines Wasserschadens. Das wird sicher noch renoviert!

Ich fühle mich bereits belästigt obwohl ich ihn blockiert habe per Whats app. Niemals wieder! Frechheit! Licht im Bad war ebenfalls kaputt. Also einfach unhygienisch. Nie wieder!

• Rosemarie (7/5): Sonniges Appartement - Das Appartement befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Gegend, umgeben von Mandarinenbäumen und mit Meerblick. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Zudecke ist ein großes Handtuch und nicht weich. Die Duschkabine ist an den Rändern schimmlig.

Lokacija je odlična – plaža je res blizu, tako da se lahko hitro sprehodiš do nje. Priporočava vsem, ki si želijo prijetnega oddiha ob morju. 🌊✨

• rocio (3/5): parking no incluido, se paga en efectivo a parte - El precio del parking es excesivo y cuando miras en la aplicación dice parking gratis privado y hasta que no miras bien dentro de las condiciones no descubres que es 20 euros mas tax por persona y pagado en efectivo, no entiendí muy bien a que viene lo de efectivo. pedí un recibo y me dijo que me lo mandaría a otro día, así que te da desconfianza al dejar el dinero encima de una mesa, ya que no vino a recogerlo durante mi estancia .
• Halvadžija (10/5): Perfect for getaway and quality relaxation - The apartment is exactly as described. Ideal for 2-3 people. Has all the amenities you need, it’s spacious and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. The beach is 5 mins walk, the market is 2 mins walk. There is a dedicated parking area as well. No complaints:)

Mlini è il posto giusto x una vacanza da favola

Holes in the bed linen, strongly perfumed. Ants everywhere, mold in the refrigerator and perhaps also in the bathroom. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The beds has good mattresses we slept well, no noise from the street, there is small kitchen, and it is near by the beach, and 8km away from Dubrovnik.there is bus station on main road like 100m downhill

• Heli (1/5): A real horrible scam and rude owner - under no circumstances book this place! - The overnight stay was absolutely horrible: I came to the apartment at 5 pm and it had not been cleaned. The owner said it would be cleaned soon. However, the cleaner came at 19:00. It was raining outside and I sat on the terrace feeling cold while the cleaner cleaned. The hot water didn't come until 8 pm in the evening. The apartment smelled of mold because there is water damage and black mold on the wall. Ants were running in the kitchen, even though I didn't have any food there. It was cold at night because the windows were open, but they were up at the ceiling, so I couldn't close them. The service description of the accommodation is a complete scam! None of the services mentioned in the booking description are available. When I mentioned the shortcomings to the owner the next day, he started insulting me and other customers who were not satisfied with the accommodation and said that he really doesn't care what the customers think about him or his accommodation! I would hope that Booking had some kind of monitoring system so that those types of hosts would not be accepted for the service. I asked for some kind of refund for my money and he just laughed that you booked the accommodation yourself, it's none of his business!

The host was also super helpful picking me up from airport (which was late in the evening due to flight delay) and constantly available for any help I needed, even let me have a late check out. Can’t rate this place and service high enough especially for the price paid. Will definitely be back to stay again, thank you for you lovely stay 😁

There is own parking above room. We reinstalled WiFi tools, because they weren't ok for current IP address.

• ((ms)) (1/5): It's a joke, don't rent 👎 - Nothing , really dissatisfied and disappointed. Half of the wall near the bathroom was falling apart, probably due to moisture from the bathroom. In the corners black fungus, also moisture. Curtains spilled with something, probably red wine. Pillows were terrible and not very clean, I didn't want to put my head on it. Had a company of ants beside the bed. The TV wasn't working, no signal. Overall the worst experience in my life. Came late, too tired to turn around and find something else.
• Matt (10/5): Cute studio close to the beach - The studio is close to the beach with a good price. The management is polite and very fast to respond. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and will surely return!

Nearby there is a green area where you can rest. The room was tidy, but we found ants near the small kitchen, the tap was broken and no shampoo was available in the bathroom. Considered the cost, I was expecting a better room.
