- Michael (9/5): - Perfect location, right in the heart of Lamezia Terme - overlooking a beautiful pedestrianised street Somewhat difficult stair access if travelling with heavy luggage
- REW66 (10/5): - We were vacating another property nearby as we were obliged to stay another night in Lamezia Terme. Our host graciously allowed us to leave our bags at the property several hours early. The property was very impressive and well equipped with an excellent balcony view of the pedestrianised street below. Very nice apartment, I would recommend it.
- Sigi (10/5): Luxuriöses Studio in toller Lage. - Das Studio ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Kommunikationen mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, Fragen wurden rasch beantwortet. Höchst empfehlenswert!!!

La stanza è ben arredata Purtroppo ci sono state una serie di fattori che non ci hanno godere a pieno l'esperienza. La casa è molto tecnologica ma non c'erano istruzioni che spiegassero le varie funzioni ed essendo arrivate tardi non ci siamo sentite di disturbare i proprietari (essendoci il self checkin non ci aspettavamo di dover fare domande) - Non siamo riuscite a spegnere le luci quindi abbiamo dormito con delle luci soffuse accese, lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene e abbiamo trovato le lenzuola non pulitissime come ci aspettavamo...

- Olena (6/5): Вернёмся ли мы сюда снова? Скорее всего, нет - Мы заселились в двухкомнатную, достаточно просторную квартиру-студию. На первый взгляд всё выглядело достойно: современный интерьер, элементы «умного дома», унитаз с Wi-Fi и душевая кабинка с контролем температуры. Последнее, действительно, удобно. Однако при более внимательном проживании обнаружился ряд существенных минусов. Полностью отсутствовали мелочи, необходимые в быту: острых ножей не было вовсе, а имеющиеся были тупыми. Чистое бельё отсутствовало, полотенца были серого цвета, и нам предложили при необходимости заменить их за дополнительную плату — что, честно говоря, вызвало недоумение. Самым большим плюсом квартиры оказалось её расположение — удобное и удачное. Но, к сожалению, впечатление испортили бытовые недоработки.
