Guest Reviews
- Alan (9/5): Lovely place to chill out, loved the big bath -
- Mark (7/5): -
- Nicky (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeously decorated property. Lots of lovely touches and very cosy and comfortable. In lovely countryside location about 30 minutes from the beach. Ideal for a couple or family of 4. Nothing
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harry (9/5): A great cosy cottage with plenty to do nearby! - The cottage was great and had plenty of amenities. It was cosy and comfy and suited us very well for our stay.
There were lots of things to do locally and not too far in the car to reach everything.
The welcome pack was great and the towels were lovely!
If we came back to the area we would defo stay again. Some of the facilities could have been pointed out (I only realised there was a parasol by reading a previous review for example.
The property was clean on the whole but could benefit from a deep clean. Lots of cobwebs/dirt up high/behind things (wasn’t looking for them but found when retuning the TV and dropping something under the bed for example).
The shower thermostat seems to be broken as could only get hot water from it, not ideal on the hottest day of the year!
There is a strong smell of damp/mould in the cupboard with the pots/pans.
Only pointing these bits out for constructive feedback as if managed by an agency the owner may not be aware
- Craig (9/5): Superb - Peaceful location. Comfortable and lovely furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Great beds. Off road parking. Outside space front and rear Minor things and purely observations not a complaint. Shower temperature seems "set" unable to regulate? One of our party found bit hot. Unable to unlock bedroom windows, couldn't find key? In hindsight I should have asked. Warm at night and would have liked the fresh air
- Aficionado (9/5): Superb -
- Lis (10/5): Tranquil, perfect, great location to the beach. 10/10👏 - Harvey Cottage is a wonderful place to stay and perfect location as we were walking the Norfolk Mighty Hike Marathon. The cottage was beautifully furnished with a lovely nautical theme and beautiful huge bath which was much needed for our aching limbs. There was everything we needed in the very well equipped kitchen and the welcome goody pack with delicious wine, locally sourced fudge, marmalade, milk and pickle was just delicious.
We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer as the garden front and back were great to chill in. We would highly recommend this lovely gem in a heart beat to anyone looking to book. Thank you ❤️ Nothing ☺️
