• David (9/5): Spacious apartment in great location. - Great location just a few minutes walk into the old town and surrounded by any number of great cafes and restaurants. Very spacious apartment with big bedroom and king bed, although the pillows were a taste i failed to acquire. Shower and air conditioning both good. For gods sake get rid of that cheap and nasty (and broken) standard lamp in the corner.

• Beáta (7/5): Apartment with a great location, but less cozy - The apartment is very spacious and in an excellent location in the city center, we were also very happy with the laundry facilities. We had several problems with cleanliness and many items are overused and need replacing or repairing. The shower leaked water every time we showered. The apartment is not so bright and cozy.
• Li (6/5): Great location, but cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable. - The location of the apartment is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the city. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The bedding and mattress did not seem very clean — after five nights, I developed red spots on my skin. The comforter also had visible yellow sweat stains. Additionally, the shower had drainage problems, and water would flow out into the bathroom after each use. There was also not enough toilet paper provided. These details affected the overall comfort of the stay.

• Yi (7/5): Good - The room was big and clean. The location was very good and convenient and it was quiet at night， but sometimes at night you can hear the neighbors. They have washing machines, toilets and kitchens are all new. - The mattress smells a bit musty and is not very comfortable. I think they should replace it with a newer and more comfortable bed. - The design of the shower is very problematic, it has an open door and the water can't flow into the drain quickly, so the water always overflows onto the floor. - The apartment does not provide any cleaning supplies, such as shampoo and shower gel, nor does it provide cooking supplies such as spices and oil, which does not match the higher price of the apartment.
• Tina (7/5): Good - The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. The aparmtent is well equiped and th elocation is pretty much in the city centre. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and they kindly provided us with more. The metro line is a three minute walk away, the grocery stores are at every corner and there are a lot of places were you can rent a bike. The walls of the apartmet are kind of dirty, you can see a lot of palm prints and finger prints, the beds were to soft and the pillows were to high for my taste, on the other hand my partner did not mind that at all. There's also a lot of noise at night, coming from the streets or from the hallways, you can hear the elevator and people walking up the stairs and rumbling with their keys.
• Shirin (9/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of the city. - The location of the apartment was great because you could walk to all the major tourist attractions and there was a supermarket next door with good coffee. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities you need during your stay. The hosts even worked with us by holding our luggage until we came back since we were leaving town later in the day. They checked with us prior to our arrival and during our trip to ensure we were happy. Its not a fancy unit, so if you are coming there expecting 5 star resort accommodations, you will be disappointed. Its a simple apartment with all the necessary amenities.

We arrived at the unusual time of 3:00am, and were met by the host! I have never met someone so willing to assist, and to offer advice on the city. N/A

• Ewelina (7/5): Not as expected. - Location obviously is great. Takes literally a minute to get into the center of the city. Bed was big and comfortable. WI-FI was of good quality. There was a TV if someone would like, we didn't use it at all. We were asked by the host throughout our weekly stay, if we require fresh towels or bedlinen. Note that we have decided to rate our stay for 7/10 but it is a really weak 7. 1. We travel a lot, all over the world and for the first time ever there wasn't even a single water bottle or teabag in the apartament. Host knew upfront we are arriving on Saturday night. All the shops were closed and as we woke up at 6 am, we had to sit and wait till 9 to go find a shop and get ourselves some coffee and water to drink. In every country we have been so far, it already is a standard to leave at least a bottle of water and coffee for at least first morning. There was a coffee machine, but not a single capsule and so on. 2. Bed itself was comfortable but pillows were too big and during sleep husband knocked off a bed side lamp, as it was very close to the bed. 3. Shower was warm for the first person only. Second person, was already showering under luke warm to cold water. Very unpleasant. 4.. In the apartment you can hear all the surroundings day and night. There is an old elevator running in the building and is extremely loud. We were waking up at night because of the noise. And then at 6 am, every single day, there were dogs barking and running above our heads. There is almost no daylight as windows face other building's walls. 5.. There was no instructions left on how to proceed with trash and where to empty the bin. 6. No corkscrew and scissors. 7. Floor was filthy and sticky around sofa and living area. 8. Keys to the apartment are handed in person, not kept like in most of places in safety box next to the door. It resulted in us waiting at the building entrance at night for someone to bring over the keys, as our flight landed earlier than the schedule. To conclude, I can definitely recommend visiting Valencia. Lovely and worth to see.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - Without a doubt the location of the apartment is superb and warrants a ten for location. Its perched between San Vincent Martyr and Plaza Ajuntamiento. The apartment itself was big for a city centre one and is well equipped with a large comfortable bed and ample storage. The one drawback was the size of the balconies. There are two but you could not even get one chair on either of them. The apartment would be very good for someone who does not value a balcony. See above.
