• Sunil (9/5): Lisa and James are super hosts. Attentive and caring. Will visit again. - I loved the property's convenient location, right next to the West Drayton Train station. Convenient stores and coffee shops abound in the area, making it a super convenient place to stay. The pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils could have been better. Pots and pans were old, rusty, and almost unusable.

• Kim (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment. Very close to the West Drayton train station, so it is easy to get anywhere in London. Parking was a little difficult to figure out and finding the key was a little bit of a challenge, but these were very minor and easily resolved.

• Jacqualine (10/5): Peaceful, clean comfortable stylish what more do you want! - The apartment was located in a gated community so we felt very safe and both the exterior and the interior corridors were clean and tidy. The apartment itself was fantastic with lovely design touches. Added to which we both had an amazing nights sleep ready for work the next day. We would recommend this apartment to anyone nothing

Tube station nearby and also basic groceries easily available at walking distance. Overall a good experience. Check in communication had some issues (assuming that there are multiple managers of the property who were not in sync with our request to check in early)
