• Chantal (6/5): Déception vu le prix payé - L’emplacement La vétusté des lieux. Matelas trop mou. Salle de douche en mauvais état. Mur avec une récente infiltration d’eau. Odeur d’égouts provenant de la salle de bain wc. Porte d’accès aux chambres avec poignée tenant à peine.
• Clelia (8/5): Parfait pour les famille, on recommande ! - Chambre très bien placée dans le quartier Prati. Idéal pour les familles. Chambre agréable et spacieuse pour 4. L’hôte a été très arrangeante autant à l’arrivée qu’au départ, et réactive. Arrivée facilitée avec l’arrivée autonome. Quelques détails reste à arranger aux vues du standing recherché (crémone non présente, poussière sous le lit, moulures arrachées,…).

Nice and calm neighbourhood close to metro. Very close to the Vatican. There are small supermarkets nearby. There were big spot of mould on the wall in our room and smell badly in the bathroom. Anyhow Claudia was helpful and change the room for us the day after which is better.

• Ilenia (10/5): - Ho soggiornato presso Allegra Suite a Roma e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura è accogliente, curata nei dettagli e situata in una posizione strategica, ideale per visitare la città. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Anche l’ambiente era tranquillo, perfetto per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Roma. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la disponibilità nella gestione dei bagagli: mi è stato permesso di lasciarli in struttura sia prima del check-in sia dopo il check-out, cosa davvero comoda per organizzare al meglio gli spostamenti. Nel complesso, consiglio Allegra Suite a chi cerca un alloggio pratico e confortevole nella capitale.

• Agata (9/5): It's a great option to stay. I would defo stay again. Room was very nice and location is topping it off. - Property is located in beautiful Prati. It's clean and safe. Walking distance to Vatican and shops lane. Plenty of restaurants in the area with great low prices. Easy access to the property. Secured gate. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Towels changed daily. If you come with just 10kg you will be just fine. However if you come with 2 suitcases each there won't be enough space in the room - just a headsup. Walls under the shower needs good scrub, though place was clean and we didn't have issue with it. Just something that could be looked after. Walls are thin. If someone turn on TV in next room u will hear it. However it didn't bother us much as they turn TV off quite quick. However not sound proof

Es hat überall an meinem Körper gejuckt. Komische hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum. Verstehe die ganzen positiven Bewertungen nicht. Schlimm
• Miruna (9/5): - Close to all attractions. Very clean and good amenities. Easy to check in and out. Helpful host. A do not disturb sign for the door would be good, we wanted to have a lie in but didn’t know what time the cleaning lady would come. We don’t mind if the room isn’t cleaned each day :)
• marta (7/5): Una notte vicino a Vaticano - Posizione ottima a due passi dalla metro e dal Vaticano. Indicazioni per il check-in chiare e dettagliate. Disponibilità dei gestori, mancavano le lenzuola nel secondo letto ma ci sono state subito fornite. Metterei più cura nei dettagli (miscelatore del lavandino fissato male, assenza di bustine the o tisane, assenza di tappetino doccia..); inoltre ci sono parti del battiscopa scollate da cui abbiamo visto uscire un paio di insetti nonostante la pulizia della camera fosse buona!
• Sander (4/5): Mooie locatie, met ongedierte in de badkamer - De locatie, vlotte check-in De matras was met een put in het midden, de muren van karton. Als iemand toekomt of praat in een ander verhuurd appartement van Allegra, hoor je alles. Er werd dagelijks gepoetst, maar de badkamer heeft nood aan een opknapbeurt: de lavabokraan staat los, er is geen licht aan de spiegel, de steen van de douchebak is gebarsten waardoor de tegel steeds klikt als je erop staat, er is veel kalk aan de dichtingen van de douche. Daarnaast hebben we ook kakkerlakken aangetroffen in de badkamer! Wanneer we dit lieten weten aan de verhuurder (met foto's), zei ze enkel dat ze er niets van wist. Geen verontschuldiging of tegemoetkoming. We raden dit appartement niet aan.

La ragazza che lo gestisce è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ha fatto di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno confortevole. Consiglio questo posto a chi cerca un ambiente rilassante e un servizio di qualità. 👍 nulla

Ottima zona, vicina a San Pietro C’erano degli insetti di sera che poi al mattino sparivano. La camera era fredda e non insonorizzata. Rubinetti del bagno e tavoletta wc da sistemare. Nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua a disposizione.

За сутки прислали смс , как попасть в номер . Кровать и подушки удобные . С водой не было никаких перебоев и насекомых про которых тут все пишут тоже не видели ) метро в трех шагах , позавтракать тоже можно возле отеля , очень много бюджетных мест и все вкусно В коридоре сильно воняет хлоркой . В номере сильно влажно , как будто все вещи и постельное мокрое и сырое . Как мало света , сильно темно в номере . Немного произошла путаница с ключами , хозяйка постоянно требовала один ключ назад и не понятно где его оставить и как . Оплата была наличными , но она хотела снять с карты , нас это не устраивало , но в конце концов договорились оставить деньги в номере . И ключ постоянно застревал в двери .

• Alena (7/5): Ubytovanie bolo dobre, ale zariadenie uz bolo velmi opotrebovane. - Poloha V kupelni bol zapach, ktory sa siril aj do spalne-budova je stara, takze rozumiem ze kanalizacia je takisto stara, ale napriklad v umyvadle uplne chybala zatka do umyvadla. Osviezovac vzduchu zial nepomohol.

La camera confortevole Migliorerei la pulizia della camera, dal momento che erano presenti strani insetti, che uscivano fuori al buio e poi sparivano. Aggiusterei anche dei dettagli in bagno (tavoletta e rubinetteria mal fissati). E inoltre, alla richiesta di fatturazione, oltre che rispondere positivamente, attiverei la procedura che ancora, a distanza di mesi, stiamo attendendo.

Umyvadlová baterie držela na čestné slovo. Po vysprchování 2 lidí tekla studená voda. Po stole běhali nějací malí broučci.

• BarbiVale (9/5): Great stay near the Vatican - I loved the location close to the Vatican, the fact the room had a kettle and a fridge and it was a good size with a nice balcony.and double glazed windows which provided great soundproofing. It also had air conditioning, good WiFi and TV with a variety of channels. The pillows were a bit hard and I didn't like the fact that although it said there was no prepayment needed they took the money from my credit card the day before without letting me know. Other than that everything went very well and I would recommend the place and would definitely go back.
• Tetiana (2/5): Найгірше місце, в якому мені доводилося зупинятися - - Номер супер маленькі на фото виглядає просторіше. - Жахливо пахне сирістю. - З гарячою водою проблема, 10 хвилин тече холодна, і аж потім теплішає. - Душова лійка ледь крапає, приходилося митись під верхнім душем, а це не завжди зручно - В номері є чайник, але його шнур закороткий щоб дістати до жодної розетки яка знаходиться в номері. - Піддон в душі тріснутий тому будьте готові до того що будете трошки на ньому провалюватися - хвилин через 20 після використання починає текти вода із душу і її ніяк не можна зупинити - Рушники мають неприємний запах оцту, дуже сильний - Постільна білизна теж не дає відчуття чистоти і свіжості - Окрема претензія до постільної білизни - підковдри як такової немає, просто ковдру розмістили між двома простирадлами У мене була кімната номер 4. Може в інших краще, але сумніваюсь. Дуже гидливе відчуття було знаходитись і спати в такому місці. Жахливий досвід.

• Ugur (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jeden Tag gegen Mittag wurde es sauber gemacht. In der Wohnung war es sehr ruhig. Die Lage war top. Man konnte überall mit dem Fuss hin. Zu der nächsten Metrostation hat man nur 5min zu Fuss gebraucht.

• Automne (10/5): - I stayed here alone and had a fantastic experience. The staff was absolutely lovely – welcoming, professional, and always available to assist. The entire place was spotless, and my room was both clean and cozy. I really appreciated the stylish and comfortable furniture. The location is perfect – close to all the main sights but still in a quiet area, which made me feel safe and relaxed. Communication with the hotel was smooth and easy throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for a solo trip. Highly recommended!
