При регистрации дадут карту и подробно расскажут о ближайших интересных локациях. Приятная колокольная мелодия из соседнего собора в 8 утра - еще один плюс. Завтрак небольшой, но более менее. Но мало овощей, а те что есть - низкого качества. Недозрелые помидоры и горький салат. Столов для завтрака мало, может возникнуть необходимость посидеть в очереди. В номере нет чайника, но это решаемо.

Arrivando siamo rimasti colpiti negativamente dalla struttura esterna e pensavamo di andare via. Poi siamo entrati e le cose sono cambiate. Un particolare elogio al ragazzo del ricevimento oltre che alla signora addetta al servizio colazioni e alla signora addetta al riassetto delle camere Buona la colazione che offre diverse alternative di dolce e salato. Diciamo pure che non lo chiamerei Hotel. La struttura è abbastanza fatiscente e fa parte di un condominio situato nella zona periferica di Siracusa. Solo a vedere l'ingresso ti fa pensar male. Diciamo che tutta la situazione in particolare se vista dall'esterno è veramente poco attrattiva. La camera è abbastanza comoda ma arredata con mobili alquanto RETRÒ. Il bagno tutto sommato è abbastanza funzionale. Il terrazzino si affaccia su una chiesa moderna poco curata o addirittura dismessa che fra l'altro impedisce ogni altra possibile visuale. La struttura non dispone di un parcheggio quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in strada. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato posto in una stradina laterale non lontana dalla struttura. Per arrivare a IBLA occorre camminare almeno una ventina di minuti oppure andarci più vicino possibile con la macchina e sperare (cosa difficilissima) di trovare un parcheggio libero nei pressi visto che tutta la città antica è in zona ZTL. Insomma se si vuole visitare IBLA consiglierei senza dubbio una diversa soluzione.
• Pierluigi (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno assai gradevole in questa struttura. La stanza, al pari dell'intera proprietà, si presentava immacolata e con arredi pratici. La colazione era eccellente e copiosa, mentre i titolari si sono dimostrati affabili e premurosi. Ritorneremo senza dubbio.

Wel ver van het oude centrum Ortigia, was een stevige wandeling. Alleen de afstand tov het centrum. Bij parkeren aan de straat moest je een beetje geluk hebben.

• Alexander (10/5): - Everything was very good. The staff was wonderful — friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The breakfasts were excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The price definitely matches the quality. The location is very convenient for visiting the historic part of Syracuse. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the old town, which did not feel far to us at all. On the way, you can better explore the surroundings, and the route also passes through a small beautiful park with huge old trees. Walking to and from the historic center was pleasant and never felt tiring. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Syracuse. The only downside was parking near the hotel. The streets are narrow and there are many cars, so finding a spot can be difficult. However, we found free parking not far from the hotel at Piazza Luigi Leone Cuella Parking. We parked there about four times and there were always free spaces available.

• Sandy (8/5): Zeker goed voor een kort verblijf in Syracuse - Het moment dat we aankwamen bij het hotel, waren we een beetje verstomd. We dachten dat we verkeerd waren, de buitenkant ziet er wat afgeleefd uit en kwam niet over als hotel. Het lijkt of er verschillende hotels of B&B in een gebouw gevestigd zijn. Eens je het belletje hebt gevonden en je naar de eerste verdieping gaat, dan word je wel gerustgesteld. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een heel uitgebreide uitleg met wat je in de omgeving kon bezichtigen. Omdat het een nationale feestdag was van de herdenking van de bevrijding van WW2 waren de archeologische sites gratis. De dame maakte ons hier attent op zodat we deze toch eerst gingen bezichtigen. Als je graag wandelt kan je echt alles te voet afleggen vanaf het hotel. Wij vonden het echt wel fijn om gewoon wat rond te kuieren en alles rustig te voet te gaan bezichtigen. Het ontbijt in de ochtend is ook uitgebreid, alles was aanwezig en netjes verzorgd. Voor wat we hebben betaald en wat we hebben gekregen kan ik echt niets bedenken dat ons is tegen viel. Misschien een iets duidelijker bordje aan de ingang van het hotel. Als ik toch iets moet zeggen.

Cuenta con Parking descubierto pero muy bien ubicado frente al hotel!! Que está ubicado fuera de la ciudad, muy lejos, por lo que solo lo recomiendo si van en tu propio auto o en tour donde si requieres salir te puedas mover fácilmente!

• Edgaras (9/5): - Hotel near the attractions of the Naples Park in Syracuse. Half an hour walk to the island. Despite the fact that the hotel needs renovation and those old TVs need to be replaced with new ones, overall, it was fine for one night. Breakfast was ok.

• antonino (10/5): Soggiorno a Siracusa - La struttura si trova a lato del santuario della Madonnina delle Lacrime e se capita d’avere la camera dal lato del santuario la vista dalla finestra toglie il fiato. La camera accogliente, pulita, letto comodo. Colazione ottima, servizio impeccabile. Personale attento , qualificato e gentile. Nessun problema per il parcheggio abbiamo lasciato l’auto in strada vicino all’hotel. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene 😊 Nulla tutto perfetto

• Rita (9/5): Good value for money and lots to see in the area. - The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. The huge, strangely shaped church next door made it very easy to find when we went out exploring. It is a 10-minute walk to the island of Ortigia and a 5-minute walk to the archaeological sites of interest. There are a few stairs before you get to the elevator, so it is a bit awkward to carry heavy suitcases. The building is quite old, so there was a lot of running water noises that sounded like someone splashing buckets of water off the balcony. It is also very close to a busy road, so it is not recommended for a light sleeper.
