They didn't receive notification from Booking.com about my arrival as advised by the owner but they were nice and quickly got the property ready for me.

We also liked that fact that the check-in and check-out times and process were so efficient and easy. Joanne was very helpful and answered our queries with such efficiency and ease. She was very accommodating to our requests. It may be helpful to have additional cleaning facilities such as a broom for sweeping and maybe a handwash for the sink.
