• Catherine (8/5): On the whole the house was well situated with easy bus links into the city. It very clean with the exception of the sta - The was well laid out, well equipped and clean house. Location was good and it was easy to to find with great bus links to the city. The back yard could be a bit tidier and a blind is required in the room at the top of the house. Heat was hard to understand as it came on at set times which we couldn’t work out. The house could be cool at times. Stairs could do with a good hover. No tea towels in the kitchen.

• Irfan (9/5): Fantastic - would stay here again! - We really liked the rooms and the space in each room. The kitchen was well-stocked and the instructions before our stay were very helpful. Each of the beds was comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms for our group of 8. Nothing particularly though it would have been great if there had been a downstairs bathroom. However, this was purely a comfort issue for the older members of the family. It would also be great if there could be some fans - we arrived on a very warm day!

• Alison (10/5): First Class - From the very start of our booking to completing our stay was exceptional. Niamh was an absolute dream to deal with and made the whole experience hassle free. The accommodation was first class and had everything you needed or wanted, right down to straightners, hairdryers, iron, and ironing board. Fantastic value for money, and I would highly recommend staying here. We certainly will return. Nothing you would be hard to please if you found fault here. Exceptional value for money
• Karen (9/5): Five very pleasant bedrooms, three bathrooms and a good location for getting into the city centre - The house was clean and tidy. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms is also an exceptional ratio for us as a group of 5. Great to have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soaps readily available too. Tea and coffee was also available which was handy, and there's a Tesco nearby. If a hairdryer had been available that would have been perfect. Unfortunately hand luggage doesn't allow much space so we were hoping the property would have one.
• Margaret (8/5): Ideal size - There was 8 of us staying at this property plenty of room for us all Very spacious, plenty of kitchen equipment if wanting to cook own meal, there was tea and coffee available you could use on arrival, though no milk, plenty of towels , the beds were comfortable and ideal with having 3 bathrooms although it would have been even better if one of them was downstairs, There was shower gels and shampoo in all 3 bathrooms Everywhere seemed reasonably clean. We were there for a weekend We spent a little time in a local pub called Cassidys at the bottom of the road on the junction lovely friendly people in there both customers and staff and we had breakfast in there the first morning which was delicious very reasonable price It's an ideal place to stay if a large group of friends or family want to stay together. Whilst I mentioned everywhere was reasonably clean the likes of the stairs edges in-between spindles at top where filthy,, but that's me being picky, we were told in an email to take our shoes off when we entered which we did but after a while walking around In our stocking feet found our socks were filthy, it's all laminated floors and the floor was freezing, and while it said the heating came on 3 times a day it didn't seem to be on when we were in and in the evening it wasn't on for very long and had to put heaters on as it is a very cold house. Place would have been ideal if it had downstairs toilet only because we had an elderly person with us who had difficulty getting up the stairs and found the doors heavy to open. Could do with a row of coat hooks on wall at side of stairs as nowhere to hang coats with 8 people staying it's a lot of coats which ended up over the backs of chairs in dining room. Overall I felt the property had not been used for a while I maybe wrong. Did not see anyone to do with the property while we were staying.

• Anj (10/5): Incredibly Beautiful & Clean - Our stay was absolutely incredible! The spacious layout, combined with the luxurious amenities and stunning surroundings, made it the perfect getaway. We felt right at home in this beautiful and clean property. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the elegant decor to the comfortable furnishings. We had an unforgettable experience .Location as well was ideal, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful all the time.Would definitely recommend!!
• Anja (10/5): Exceptional - Whole house was amazing. Wish I could rate higher. So clean and well laid out. Beds were amazing so comfy. Everything you could Need was provided from luxurious soaps in the bathroom to a slow cooker in the kitchen. Loads of space for all of us without feeling cramped.
• Ellen (10/5): Family visit. - Lovely house, very clean,safe and comfortable. Very well equipped in the kitchen. 3 toilets and showers ample for our family of 8. Comfortable beds, ample TVs and street parking Last minute booking and wasn't sure how safe the area was but no problems.
• Roy (10/5): Brilliant - The house was absolutely spotless we went over for a funeral with my family honestly no messing key was in a key lock had shampoo conditioner body wash .everything we needed there was a Tesco just down the road we could park our hire cars outside would highly recommend this property
