• Cathleen (10/5): Nice. - The house was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for our short stay. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a drive away and off street parking. House was cute - neighborhood is in transition. Just something to be aware of and It was quiet.

Couch broke, blind in bathroom to small for window we didn't use that bath.Beds so hard, Like sleeping on floor! We will not be renting again! Used lashes on floor, dishwasher full of last renters dishes. Hard beds. Don't rent. Bad area!
• Gabrielle (7/5): I would stay here again, but maybe only in the spring/fall due to insulation issues. The house was very cute & c - The area was very quiet and close to everything we needed. Only minutes from downtown and the West End beltline. The house was very clean and had simple little amenities needed to make the stay comfortable for anyone that may have needed them. (we brought our own toiletries, but the included toiletries were a very nice touch.) Loved that the front door had a keypad lock for added security. It’s a very well maintained space. The cleanliness of the towels could use some work, maybe be swapped out for brand new ones because there were some stains that seem like they’re passed the point of coming out with detergent/bleach. The major issue we had was comfortability when it came to warmth, with it being mid January the outside temperature was well into the low 20s & 30s and the house’s insulation could use some SERIOUS work, one side of the house was freezing at night, while the master bedroom/bathroom were incredibly warm. This made the stay for some guests quite uncomfortable. One room had a small space heater but the wattage was so strong that it kept tripping the breaker even on the lowest setting, another space heater was brought in the next day of our stay but it had the exact same wattage of 1500 watts as the original heater so it was also tripping the breaker, we finally just had to turn the second space heater on the lowest setting and turn off all the lights in the bathroom, the tv & the fireplace in the living room just so there wouldn’t be too much power being used, and close the door of the room being occupied so it could build up some warmth to be comfortably slept in. While the hosts tried their hardest to rectify this issue, it’s still something that needs careful consideration when deciding on how to move forward to avoid that issue with any future guest stays.

• jimmy (8/5): - Very close to several attractions in Downtown Atlanta. Quiet neighborhood. The house is clean inside. There was a non-stop vibrating sound in the bathroom inside the bedroom. The blinds in the bathroom do not cover the entire window causing privacy concerns.

I’m a nurse and will be sure to tell others. - It was 20 minutes from where we were trying to go Washer, dryer, and microwave did not work at all. Covers and sheets had brown stains on them with hair. Shower water barely got hot. There were ants all over the back door and kitchen counter and sink. There were bugs crawling on the floor and on the beds in two of the bedrooms. The AC was not working and had to sleep in a house that was 82 degrees the first night. The lady who I spoke with the first day when I was headed there had an attitude. I recorded everything I found.

• Denise (10/5): Atlantas charm - The home was very clean and had enough essential items to make the stay enjoyable. The location was close to the places we wanted to go. I liked that there were tvs in all the rooms. The hosts had great communication. Everything was great!!
• Evans (10/5): Awesome stay would love to book again - The host was very nice and helpful the place was very hot when we got there I contacted the host let them know what was going on and me and my family went out to get dinner by the time we got back they had someone to come out and fix it

• John (1/5): No fue lo que esperaba - The area was better than I expected. Even though it looks like a ghetto on Google Street View, it’s not. That was one of the things that worried me the most. It’s a very nice area, and if I were to move to Atlanta, it would definitely be to this neighborhood. It’s a very hipster area with young professional artists. I loved the area. However, the services were not the best. We weren’t provided with towels, so we had to go out and buy some. The cleanliness was also not up to standard, to say the least. In the bathroom, I found latex gloves, which I had to remove with toilet paper and throw in the trash. They were sitting right on the sink. The floor had dirt or dust, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for one or two weeks. In other words, it hadn’t been cleaned before we checked into the Airbnb. Similarly, the living room was very dirty, especially under the couch. We had to clean the floor ourselves because we had a baby playing on it, and we didn’t want them touching the dirty floor with their hands. Lastly, and just as important, there wasn’t enough coffee provided. We had to buy coffee and cleaning supplies to clean the floors and the bathroom. Manubrio roto de una habitación
• Laura (7/5): Perfect little house for our New Year’s Eve stay - Location was perfect. Everything we did during our stay was within a five mile radius Had some concerns which have already been explained to the owner
