• Shibu (1/5): - The neighbour is good It takes a while to check in after a long flight. The check in process is a little complicated. We stayed for 5 nights but there was no way to dispose of the garbage. Far from the main kamata station. We get exhausted after a long wake with kids.

• yu (4/5): がっかりでした - 駅から近く、便利だった とにかく臭かった、台所・洗面台・お風呂全てが下水臭いがひどくてそのせいで部屋もくさかった すべての換気扇を、ずっと付けてすごしていましたが辛かった 台所の換気扇など、掃除してないくらい汚くて、これで清掃代を、とられるのかと返金してほしいくらい トイレに入ろうとしたら、上の換気扇からのほこりが落ちまくってて、まず掃除から入った しかも、スリッパがなくて、確認してないのも悪かったかもしれないけど、掃除するあいだほんとにありえないと思いながら過ごしました ソファベットを使おうと、マットレスを出そうと思ったけど、誰のかわからない髪の毛がどっちのマットレスにもたくさんついてて、触ることもできなかった。 部屋自体はきれいだったので、とても残念でした。

• 中川 (7/5): 快適に過ごせました - ・困ったことがあったらすぐに対応してくださり、大変助かりました。メールでもすぐに返信が来る。安心 ・浴室乾燥が優秀。干すところ少ないけどすぐに乾く ・部屋は変な匂いもせずそこそこ清潔 ・ベッドマットレスは快適でした ・洗剤まで用意してくれてて嬉しい ・タオル、小さめだけどめっちゃ水を吸ってくれる ・鍵の受け取り方が写真入りで大変わかりやすい ・住宅街なので夜静か。狭いけどエレベーターがあるのも助かる ・地上波映らないの残念 ・普通のホテルと違ってWi-Fiをオンオフする感覚がなかった。使い方を書いておくと親切 ・お風呂の湯量が30L越えで設定されてた。設定し直す必要あり ・枕として置かれているいくつかの青いクッションカバーに何かが飛んだような白い固着物…ちょっとゲスな想像をしてしまい使えなかった ・食器がプラ製。マグカップくらいは陶器が良いかも ・お風呂洗いできるスポンジと洗剤があると良いです

• Anna (9/5): - The 3-room apartment was very modern, spacious and comfortable. The building was new, and a supermarket was 3 minutes away. We received cosmetics which was a nice gesture. I also appreciate great contact with the host and all the received tips. Cleaning standard could be improved: The floor and the dishes in the cupboard were not clean. As I booked the apartment for one week, it would be nice to have it properly cleaned.

• PEISYUN (4/5): 糟糕 - 基礎設備和地點都還不差。 沒完整打掃，入住已經深夜我還花了一個多小時在清房間。桌面有污垢和紙屑，各檯面認真看就會發現地毯都很髒，床下更是恐怖，洗衣機也不遑多讓⋯ 第一次時入住印象還不錯，但隔半年後的第二次徹底翻車（而且我還是住同間房），入住期間還發一堆有的沒的訊息「關心你」，但基本的環境整潔真的非常令人詬病。

• Sergei (10/5): Great location and amenities - While a short walk from the nearest station, this allowed use to explore the area thoroughly, as well as provided us with excellent options for food and other requirements along the way. The room itself was extremely clean, and the amenities provided were exactly what we needed for all aspects, including soap and laundry detergent. The location was fantastic as it provided opportunity to travel to either Tokyo or Yokohama within 30-40 minutes depending on destination, so it didn't limit us to just Greater Tokyo. LUUP bike parking at the apartment is a great option, but be aware that there is very few parking spots near the Kamata station, so it didn't really get used by us even though it was a draw to book the apartment in the first place. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

• Melanie (9/5): - Größe der Unterkunft, Ausstattung und die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. Kleine Sitz Möglichkeit (Sofa) ist vorhanden, Stauraum im Schrank und vor dem Bett. Klimaanlage ist super (warm und kalt regulierbar) Bett ist etwas weicher wie in vielen anderen Unterkünften. Das ist super. Zum kochen ist alles vorhanden. Die Lüftung, im bad oder auf der Toilette, war sxhwer zu regeln, weshalb immer ein zug entstanden ist. Nur wenn man die Lüftung nach draußen (neben dem Bett) offen hatte war es gut aber dadurch hatte man eine kalten Luftzug von draußen. Im letzten Jahr im ersten stock, war das nicht so.

Estuve mas de 3 semanas en la habitacion 401 con cama doble, sofa cama y pasillo/cocina con vistas pero es relativo ya que en la foto desde el balcon, no muestran la casa de enfrente que tiene la azotea a la altura de la habitacion y el dueño sale todas las mañanas a tender la ropa y a cuidar de sus plantas( arbol tambien) por lo que tienes que tener las cortinas cerradas si quieres privacidad. Recibimiento y check out pesimos. ×Llegue pasadas las 21:00 y la habitacion sin preparar.Sobre la cama doble habia un edredon de cama individual.Busque en el armario y estaba tirado sin funda,todo arrugado,sobre el suelo.La funda para guardar edredones tambien tirado y arrugado.El unico estante estaba ocupado con toallas de baño, mano y sabanas que parecian de clientes anteriores que no habian usado y los empleados los dejaron sin recoger,arrojados y sin colocar.Total 5 toallas de mano y 4 toallas de baño!! Despues de mas de 14 horas de viaje tuve que preparar edredon,organizar un armario para poder guardar las maletas y acostarme pasadas las 02:30. Nunca he tenido una entrada tan terrible. ×Durante la estancia descubres que las puertas del aseo,lavabo y armario,tienen que estar cerradas o ir abriendo y cerrando para poder pasar por el pasillo.Si abres las puertas del armario,la puerta del salon/dormitorio no deja espacio.Imposible pasar. ×Si usas la secadora de ropa integrada en el baño, entra aire por la campana extractora produciendo un molesto ruido flauta que evitas si dejas entrar aire por el balcon o por la entrada de aire en la pared del salon pero en invierno se te hielan los pies y te asas de cintura para arriba aun ajustando el climatizador. No lo pongas de noche que no te deja dormir. ×La cocina sin espacio para poner la tabla de cortar y para los platos lavados.La 401 no es la mejor eleccion si vas a cocinar para ahorrar. ×Solo detergente para 2coladas.La explicacion de la empresa es su compromiso con el medio ambiente y que fuera a comprar.La contradiccion es que el champu,gel de baño,acondicionador y cepillo de dientes son de un solo uso.No es mas ecologico usar rellenables para todo lo liquido y evitar la produccion de monodosis y posterior desecho?? ×El check out es a las 10:00 y a las 10:04 ya llaman por el telefonillo.No dejan comprobar si olvidas algo pero seguro la dejé en mejor estado que cuando llegué.

• PEISYUN (7/5): 但整體待的算舒適～會考慮再入住！ - 雖然離車站稍遠但建築蠻新的～入住退房掃房內QR code操作上也沒什麼大問題，房內設備也蠻新的！位置在住宅區所以整體都蠻安靜的，白天的話因為對面有在施工的樣子，有時會有施工的吵雜，但不至於到困擾！ ＊房間乍看算乾淨，可是打掃不是很確實，部分尤其是地毯，仔細靠近看蠻多頭髮的！入住時已經很累但實在受不了，還是用房內的吸塵器吸了一遍，還有洗衣機的門板等等，陽台有一些鳥屎，愛乾淨的或許要思考一下！ ＊電視沒有地上波，無法看當地節目 ＊入住10天，所附的沐浴用品不夠用

• gonzales (10/5): A very good place to stay - The place is very clean, all equipment is in good condition, everything is good..2 minutes walking distance from Lawson, 15 minutes walk to the Kamata train station, a bit far but it is fine.. Kamata station have almost everything that you need.. there is only 1 pair of slipper :-)

• Momoko (10/5): とても過ごしやすかったです！また利用させて頂きたいです！ - 8/5-8/9まで利用させて頂きました。4泊でしたが、朝晩は部屋で簡単な料理をしたので、フライパンなどが準備されていて良かったです。ごみ袋も多めにあり助かりました。スタッフさんのメール対応も丁寧で迅速で、大変良かったです。また利用させて頂きたいです。 とても良かったですが気になった点です。 〇チェックインの入室の際の鍵の開け方が難しかったです。30分くらいかかりました。 〇準備されていたシャンプーボディーソープが泡が立たなかったので、ドラッグストアで購入しました。 〇宿泊日数に対して洗濯洗剤が2回分しかなかったので、別で購入しました。 〇滞在時のシーツ交換などはありませんでした。

• Simone (7/5): - The apartments are very affordable and have enough kitchen items to eat with 5 people. We had 4 different apartments, 1 was very spacious with 2 soft twin beds, 1 sofa bed and 3 seperable rooms, that was amazing. The apartment for 3 people was also fine, it was just very narrow and little space. Two apartments for 5 people had bunk beds in them, where you basically had to sleep on the blank metal, this is unbearable. There is an urgent need of new and thicker matresses. Plus there was no space to sit/eat with 5 people since there was no space to put the foldable table (since we needed that space for the luggage) and only 2 chairs. You also have to wash the towels yourself, after using them twice they started to smell and there was only 1 large towel per person even though we stayed for 10 nights. The price was really low so in average it was okay, but don't expect any luxury.

• Musi (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the room and the location; however, it was not clean. If it had been properly cleaned, it would have been perfect. I also appreciated the property's customer service, as they responded to my inquiries and concerns quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival, which was disappointing given how nice the location and service were. Cleanliness is important for comfort, and I believe it could have been much better with proper attention.

• Simon (9/5): Superb - Cheap stay for five people in a very fresh apartment. Kitchen was handy It is decently handy to get into central Tokyo from Kamata with the Keihin-touhoku line, but the apartment is a bit far from Kamata station (15 minute walk)
• Liudmila (3/5): Not a comfortable place to stay with a toddler - Enough storage space, all basic appliances, very clean. Very complicated check in procedure, narrow hall, very few cutlery, no dish/cup dryer, garbage stored in the bedroom (!), no key for the garbage room provided so far.

• Gregor (5/5): It was OK, but we will not stay in properties managed by this company in the future. It was too much work. We've s - The location, and the wifi was good. We were denied an early checkin due to fact that the room needed to be cleaned. That's completely fair. However, when we came in, the shower drain was clogged due to someone else's hair and stuff, the room was not tidy at all (the toiletries were dumped on the bed, for example) and issues continued to occur. My wife is Japanese so we sighed, and just simply fixed these issues. We bought our own towels, we bought filters for the drains, etc. Please be advised that there was no clothes drier. We know how to deal with this, so we did, but a purely western guest might have issues with this. In addition, the floorplan as seen on the site is border-line deceptive. Again, we got by but we canceled things that we otherwise had planned due to this.
