Der Außenbereich ist ein echtes Highlight: Pool, Outdoor-Küche mit Grillstelle und Wasseranschluss. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders positiv: sehr freundliche und angenehme Nachbarn/Vermieter.

• Miomir (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Das Haus selbst und alles im und außerhalb des Hauses ist neu, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Die Eigentuemer waren sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.

Alles neu, schöne Zimmeraufteilung, sehr ruhige Lage, aber man ist in 5 Minuten im Zentrum und ca 15 Minuten bis zu unserem Strand mit dem Auto. Für 6 Personen war der Platz reichlich. Es gab 2 vollwertige Bäder und noch eine Gästetoilette. In jedem Schlafzimmer befand sich ein TV, was grad für die Jugendlichen entspannter war. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Es gab keine Beanstandungen und kommen sicherlich wieder!! 😊 Labin ist sooo ein hübsches Städtchen, unbedingt sehenswert. Pula ist ca 50 Minuten entfernt und auch wunderschön.
• Solveig (10/5): Beautiful home and pool in perfect location in Istria - Villa Photinia is a superb place for a perfect holiday in Istria. It is everything it says in the description and much much more. We (family of four) spend 8 days here in mid-October. The villa is (as of October 2024) only a few months old and everything is new, sparkling and spotlessly clean and made with quality materials. The house is spacious and well laid-out, very well equipped, we certainly didn't lack anything. The beds are super comfy and the pool is superb (and very clean) with a great pool area around it (with lots of sun-loungers and parasols if needed). There's also a great (covered) outdoor BBQ-area. The owners live next door but are very discreet but if you need any help or have any inquiries Lara is super helpful. We found the location to be perfect. The villa lies in a peaceful little village (Becici) but yet it is only about 2,5 km out of town (Labin), 5 mins from supermarkets and about 10 mins to the old town of Labin with great cafes and restaurants. It takes about 20 mins to get to the beaches at Rabac. It's about 50 minutes to Pula and Rovinj along pretty forested roads and through little Istrian villages. We can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home and I can only recommend and we would definitely come again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Wonderful time - The villa is perfect. We spent 5 wonderful days there. The Villa is completely new. The rooms are larger than the photos show. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own food. The Villa is located on a large plot of land away from other rented houses (this is a big plus - especially in the season, when someone cares about peace and quiet). The large swimming pool and barbecue area are a very big plus. Many attractions in the area. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will definitely choose this house again when we are in the area. I will add that we are very demanding when it comes to the standard, and we did not find any minuses in this Villa.
