• İsmail (8/5): İhtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak iyi bir deneyimdi, - Temiz ve ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Sıcak su kazanı klima ile beraber çalışınca sigorta atıyordu
• CHRISTINA (10/5): - Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά. Καθαρό και πολύ περιποιημένο σπίτι. Άνετο και με όλες τις παροχές. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με οικοδεσπότη. Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής - ποιότητας.
• ΘΕΟΔΩΡΟΣ (8/5): - Ήσυχη περιοχή, 10-15 λεπτά περπάτημα ως το κέντρο της πόλης. Στην επιστροφή ίσως δυσκολέψουν κάποιους τα τελευταία αναφορικά μέτρα. Η κουζίνα αρκετά εξοπλισμένη, μπορεί να καλύψει τις ανάγκες των περισσότερων, το μπάνιο άνετο, καθαρό. Βέβαια σε όλα τα νησιά υπάρχει αυτό το θέμα, αλλά πρέπει να δωθεί περισσότερη προσοχή στην υγρασία, ένας αφυγραντήρας θα βοηθούσε στην ατμόσφαιρα του καταλύματος.

• Fani (10/5): - Ισόγειο διαμέρισμα όμορφα ανακαινισμενο σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά , 600-700 μέτρα από το κέντρο , με εύκολο παρκαρισμα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είχε τα ΠΑΝΤΑ στο διαμέρισμα , ακόμα και πράγματα που δεν συναντάς συχνά σε ενοικιαζομενα διαμερίσματα. Ευχαρίστως θα ξαναπάμε
• Zacharoula (10/5): Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα - Υπέροχο σπίτι , πεντακάθαρο και άνετο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια που μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί κατά την διαμονή του. Η ιδιοκτήτρια εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος, πολύ φιλόξενη και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει στο παραμικρό❤️

• Guest (10/5): - Our stay in Chios was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we entered the house, we were impressed by its cleanliness and thoughtful details. The the fully equipped kitchen, and the personal care products made us feel like we were in a hotel room, yet with the comfort of a home. When we had a small issue, our host came within just 5 minutes and solved it right away, which showed how genuinely caring and hospitable they are. Thank you for everything! This place truly deserves a perfect score! 🌟🥳

• Elizaveta (10/5): We liked the place - The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Everything was working. It was quite during the night. The bed is very comfortable. The owner was easy to contact. Good value for money. It's a bit of a walk up the hill. If you have luggage and no car you'd better take a taxi.

They've prepared a wonderful home. It was very clean, comfortable, the location, and all the amenities were perfect. 🙏🏼 There was nothing we didn't like.

Yürüyerek kısa sürede adanın merkezine ulaşılabiliyor. Ayrıca Marietta son derece yardımsever ve çözümcül biri. Yardıma ya da bilgiye ihtiyacım olduğunda Marietta en kısa sürede çözüm buldu. Sakız adasına bir kez daha geldiğimde kesinlikle burada kalacağım.

• Çalışkan (10/5): Flawless - You will definitely feel in your own home. Everything you are looking for for a holiday or a long stay is also available here. It would be wrong to use even a single negative word. The location of the house is close to the centre, you can come by foot or by taxi at a very cheap price. It is possible to reach the bazaar and the best restaurants on foot. The host is Marietta. Thank you very much for everything. He was always interested and always answered my questions as soon as possible for the most beautiful holiday. When I come to the island again, this is the only place I will stay without thinking. Marietta is great and thank you so much for your ownership and the opportunities you offer. Hope to see you again☺️ Nothing. It's impossible not to like anything in this house☺️

• Bahar (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is newly renovated and stylish. You have everthing would need for a good stay. The owner even offered coffee capsules, hygiene pads, showe gel, shampoo etc. We enjoyed the time there.

• Murat (9/5): Reasonable luxury in Chios - Very clean and comfortable. The owner is so friendly and supportive. Hot water was a little problem.but it was summer so not so much problem.
• Yeşim (9/5): Close to the center, getting your money’s worth - The property was easily walkable from the center. Finding a parking spot wasn’t a problem. The apartment came with capsule coffee and snacks which we appreciated. The kitchen was equipped for anyone interested. Easy check-in and check-out. We wanted to check-in a bit early and it was no problem. The owner contacts you and explains everything. The kitchen equipment could be cleaner but the owner of the property is very nice and open to recieving your future recommendations.

• Jason (9/5): A great option near the centre of town - A friendly host, a comfortable apartment in a very quiet and peaceful location (with easy parking) but also a short walk into the middle of town, which was great. A few more things in the kitchen would be great, like additional pots and pats, mixing bowl, etc.

• Utku (10/5): Exceptional - This was literally the best home we’ve ever stayed. You can find everything you can imagine -even cannot imagine- like variety of coffees, fly spray, menstrual pad, cotton buds and some little gifts from Chios. The host Stelios was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well designated. The location was a bit high and you’ll need car, scooter or taxi.
• Oz_dn (8/5): Very good - Everything was good about the house and the communication of the owner was perfect. She left us gifts and also make a reservation for us at the Passas restaurant. Even it is close to center, it is not possible to walk to the center during summer and every road we took to the house was one way and we were always at the wrong side even if we used google or yandex maps. A good location of the house to follow by car is needed.
