• Alison (9/5): Lovely barn conversion in rural location to explore and walk Fowey and its environs. - Very nice barn conversion - well designed. Excellent bathroom. Quiet location with on site parking. Good walking guides in property. Lack of signage to property from road. Drove up and down lane several times looking for name of accommodation. Directions required.

• Koreen (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay here,for a relaxing break away from it all... - I travelled alone for some down time..I was met by Colin who was friendly and very helpful,he showed me how everything worked in the property and showed me all the lovely walks there nearby..the property was really beautiful,and the surrounding area also, Fowey is a short drive away..my stay here was just what I needed, will definitely come again

• David (9/5): A great spot for staying near Fowey - Very homely, great view, close to Fowey, and Colin was very welcoming. I spent a couple of nights there and was very comfortable. It needs a good dust and the kitchen was a bit sticky! Also only one toilet roll was provided which seemed odd, but I am sure more would have been brought if I'd have asked.

• Judith (10/5): beautiful accommodation in peaceful rural setting but walking distance to Fowey town centre - We loved staying in this beautiful converted barn in a very peaceful location but within walking distance of Fowey town centre and the village of Golant. The photos don't do it justice! The owner Colin came to say hello and explain how things worked shortly after we arrived. He was extremely helpful and provided lots of information about local walks. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings enjoying the countryside views. We would love to return. Everything was perfect
• Andy (9/5): Just wounderful. - Great locations , 1 mile walk to Fowey. Very peaceful. Great for walker’s . The property, has a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need,bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower. There is WiFi and the coverage for mobile phones is great. Colin, who is the host is wonderful explaining everything in details from carparks to excellent walks( which we didn’t do just wanted to relax and enjoy the views). I definitely would recommend staying here. Nothing not to like about this place.Shame we only stayed two nights. My only thing I like to mention is that Badgers Hollow is signposted you must turn in where it says Cloisters cottages.
• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay at Badger’s Hollow! The location is perfect - peaceful and surrounded by countryside, yet just a lovely 1-mile walk into Fowey town centre. It felt like the best of both worlds - quiet and rural, but with easy access to the harbour, shops, and restaurants. The barn itself is gorgeous - beautifully done, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The fact that it’s pet-friendly was a huge bonus for us, as we were able to bring our puppy along for his first holiday, and he absolutely loved it too. Colin is an amazing host – genuinely kind, welcoming, and always available to help if needed. His local recommendations were spot on and truly shaped our entire trip. His insight and genuine love for the area made all the difference. We had such a brilliant time and can’t wait to return - highly recommended! Absolutely nothing - we've had the best time and will definitely be back.

The accommodation is in a beautiful spot and was a lovely place to stay. The perfect place for a couple and our dog to stay , with everything we needed.
• Lee (10/5): Fabulous accommodation in an amazing setting - Location was amazing, about 1/2 mile down a quiet road, beautiful views over fields and farmland, the cottage was perfect, great kitchen facilities, lovely bathroom, comfy bed and a fabulous bathroom. Colin was the perfect host, there if we needed anything otherwise left it to us. I can really recommend this cottage, we'll be going back for sure!

• Paula (8/5): It was a quiet relaxing stay with lots of walks from doorstep of the propery. - The location was good and a very modern barn conversion with the added bonus of Netflix. The bathroom towels were without soft and fluffy, so not nice to use..
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - Modern, well designed barn conversion with all mod cons. Beautiful views over the valley and convenient for driving to Fowey and around the surrounding areas. Colin met us and gave us a useful overview of the property and also recommended a couple of good local walks. Would certainly consider staying again in the future

• Mike (10/5): Very relaxing and peaceful, the location was stunning and within easy walk of Fowey - Beautifully renovated and designed, with a peaceful tranquil location If we had to pick it would that the towels felt hard, some nice soft towels would be perfect
• Jenny (10/5): A peaceful and luxurious haven in the most beautiful countryside, simply heavenly. - Beautiful, tranquil location. Warm and cosy with plenty of wood for the log fire. A lovely touch having a bowl of fresh fruit, thank you! And plenty of choice of different teas and coffee in the cupboard. What a haven of peace and luxury, we would highly recommend.
• Kim (10/5): Fantastic property in a brilliant location hosted by a responsive and friendly owner - We were greeted warmly by host Colin, who had advised us that we could arrive from 3 and - true to his word - everything was ready so we took advantage of an early entry to this beautiful property. The views are spectacular, the location is superb, the property has been beautifully built and contained absolutely everything we needed. We were grateful for the flowers, the milk and the fruit. It’s clear to us that Colin knows exactly what his visitors are looking for and he delivers brilliantly. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and highly recommend Badgers Hollow. Nothing. It was all great. Thank you Colin.

• Ellen (10/5): A beautiful relaxing stay very close to Fowey centre! - The property itself was spacious, with interesting interior, the sofas and bed were very comfortable, it had everything you needed! The bath was a dream to lay in and the bathroom itself was lovely. I loved that the property had beautiful views over Fowey and it was a 30 minute walk into Fowey which was great! Nothing to dislike at all! Could of maybe had a bit of extra room for storing clothes.

• Jon (9/5): Unique and Satifying Experience would have liked to spend more than 1 x Night there. - All new mod-cons, no expense spared on beautiful decor. Jacuzzi ,Large Shower , Bidet. Dishwasher , Coffee Machine , New Fangled hob , 2 x Large Televisions , Tea Coffee , Condiments , Fruit all Supplied. One double Bed and Large Sofa…. slightly confusing how it was described but that could have been me. Nice little terrace and view outside double doors. Marbled floor throughout .. very continental. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
