• Amandine (5/5): Correct pour une nuit avant de prendre un vol - Chambre quadruple relativement spacieuse. Et proche de l’aéroport de Bilbao. Parking gratuit à 2 minutes à pied Pas d’isolation entre les chambres ni au niveau des fenêtres. Literie qui pourrait être changée

• Cornel Gabriel (2/5): Shameful accommodation - Only the fact that it is located in a picturesque area, nothing else. The property is located remotely from Bilbao airport as well as Bilbao city centre. As we landed in Bilbao around 8 in the evening, there are quite a few public buses, but every single driver lied to us and refused to drive near the closest station to this property, so we had to hop on an Uber. At the property, we checked in ourselves at a digital machine where our documents have been processed. There is a shared kitchen with plenty of kitchen utensils, a big fridge and cooking facilities. Our room was decent with own bathroom, but bedsheets and pillows were smelly and did not look well nor offered proper support for a good sleep. Walls are not soundproof as we could hear every noise made by other people from the rooms next to ours. The major and the most unpleasant surprise has unfolded in the morning, when before the check out time it’s been no hot water in the shower, so for the very first time we had to take a cold as ice shower. Overall, given the money we paid, the lack of hot water before checking out and the remote location, I do not recommend this to anyone who cares about comfort. Shame on you owners of Paratene for the most despicable service.

Personne pour accueillir, nous n'avions pas le code et personne ne parlait anglais (et pas vraiment espagnol, peut-être basque ?) pour nous aider. Donc 45 minutes sous la pluie avant d'entrer dans l'hébergement. Dommage, le reste est très bien.
• Hipólito (5/5): No recomendable si buscas tranquilidad. - La ubicación cumplió las expectativas que eran que estuviese cerca del aeropuerto, el sitio que nos recomendó el anfitrión para cenar fue excelente y el entorno bonito Demasiado ruido, teníamos a alguien cerca con música y hablando hasta al menos las 4 de la mañana, además de esto los aviones pasan continuamente y el aislamiento de puertas y ventanas es deficiente con lo cual se oye mucho, la calefacción no estaba encendida al menos en nuestra habitación, se notaba más calor al salir al hall

El baño perdía agua e hizo ruido toda la noche. El auto checkin para mas de dos personas se hace un poco interminable y las camas no eran especialmente cómodas. No obstante el precio es muy competitivo para pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto.

El alojamiento está en zona muy rural , aunque cerca de Bilbao,pero se accede por unas sendas entre matorrales. El responsable de recepción me atendió por teléfono y yo tenía un problema urgente de imprimir un documento, no me ha ayudado ni tampoco fue capaz de decirme donde en alrededores podía encontrar un lugar para imprimirlo. Al llegar no teniamos nada de info para ingresar. Llamamos por tel y ahí nos atendieron rapido y nos dieron las indicaciones. Y lamentablemente en la habitación contigua un grupo de inadaptados de los que se encuentran por la vida no pararon de molestar hasta muy tarde y no se podía dormir.
• Jesús María (2/5): Trato poco empatico por parte del anfitrión - Reservamos un apartamento para 5 personas (y un bebé) 5 días. Referente al apartamento en si, únicamente pudimos estar unas horas, ni si quiera pudimos dormir en él debido al fallecimiento de un familiar. Al exponer nuestro problema al anfitrión del apartamento nos contestó con respuestas ilógicas, incluso no llegando a informar a la plataforma de nuestra marcha. Llegó incluso a manifestar que no habíamos realizado el check-in, cuando estuvimos muchos minutos realizándolo en una máquina nada ágil de utilizar. En cuanto a las instalaciones en si, para acceder a nuestro apartamento teníamos que aperturar diversas puertas con código, cruzando una cocina común y un patio, no era fácilmente accesible. A simple vista se podía observar una falta de cortinas e intimidad, así como la cuna de bebé estaba rota. El resto de las instalaciones, al marchar a las horas, no las pudimos utilizar.
