• Tapani (8/5): Comfortable stay in good location. - Comfortable stay in a house that had all the facilities we needed (washing machine, beds, shower etc). Really handy location for us, within walking distance of Foot of the Walk tram stop, and Tesco. And with several buses stopping right outside, so didn't even have to walk the shortish distance to the tram if not wanting to. Air fryer in the kitchen was a pleasant and very useful surprise! The kitchen had fairly few plates, cutlery etc for a family of four. Also, there were quite a few minor run-down details (like tap missing a handle, drains getting near-blocked, kitchen tap having the hot and cold fitted non-standardly). But these were very small inconveniences, and I get the impression many are being fixed.

• Radomile (9/5): Was super nice and cozy - It’s a very calm neighborhood, good neighbors around. The house is comfortable and cozy. Was clean. It’s a good space for a family with kids. The bus spot is close by to everywhere. Only one question about the bathroom it’s because was a bit clogged.

• Bullock (6/5): Pleasant - The bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water. The house was adequate for our needs for a short stay with a short walk to facilities. Previous reviews did leave us a bit apprehensive. However, there was clean bedding and there is wifi. The house was clean and there was a smell of fresh paint. The owners sent clear photos of our parking space and how to access the property. The water In the kitchen wouldn't get hot for washing up. The owners have been decorating, but there was not much in the way of cutlery. There was no file on how the heating or kitchen equipment worked. Nearest hospital or what to do in an emergency.

• Christine (8/5): Adequate for our needs - The property was adequate for our needs. Only stayed 1 night. Check in was easy. Communication was good. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom clean. Kitchen could do with some TLC but we didn't use it only to make a cup of coffee. Not far from Edinburgh, we used uber to get around. There was parking for 1 car. The kitchen but that's because it needs a bit of a face lift. Then this property and it's hosts would be perfect
• Nataliia (2/5): Very poor - I chose the place due to location and reasonable price. The man who met us to give the Key was nice and suggested places to visit around. The place was awful. It was not mentioned anywhere that there were no beddings provided. However, there were towels. The kitchen was just awful! We did not make even tea there as it felt disgusting! The bathroom was not cleaned as well as the kitchen. I did not expect anything special, but I suppose you clean before you rent out place for people and charge money for it. We were very disappointed.
• Ritik (1/5): Bad - Terrible place! It took us a long time to find this place as the exact place isn't listed on google maps and it is away from the main entrance. On reaching there, we get to know that basic bedding is not provided along with the bed. We had to sleep without bedding that night. The double bed mattress spring was also in a really bad condition and it was depressed from one side, which gave us a backache the following day. Due to the unusable bed, one of the rooms was not in a usable condition. The heating needs to be started every hour for the house to stay warm. When we went to get something to cook for lunch and dinner from Tesco, which was about a 10 minute walk, we came back only to see that the oven had thick layers of grease which stunk throughout the kitchen once opened. We still tried to place our pizza in the oven to cook, but the entire pizza started smelling the same due to the smell of this oven, making it inedible.
• Anju (5/5): Hermitage park - The property is spacious, has 3 bedrooms( not sure if the attic bedroom is functional), has an allocated parking spot, a patio and is close to the bus stop (a ride for the city centre). There are very basic amenities, and It's a budget friendly place! Property needs a lot of doing like fixing closet doors, sockets, and wall stickers. I wonder if it was in the middle of renovation. My bed did not have a duvet cover, and the bathroom smelt awful. There is no TV or WiFi as mentioned. Honestly, I did not expect much from the price, but this experience could have been better with clean kitchenwares, clean kitchen cabinets, and sharp knives. Sheer curtain on living room window wasn't helpful at all in the evening. The property barely met my expectations.

• Eddie (1/5): We did not stay at the property, we drove home through the night and would not return. - Keys easy to collect, call and the owner dropped them off. Owner was nice upon arrival There was no bedding covers on the beds like pillow cases, mattress sheets and duvet covers had we of been aware of this we would have brought our own easily but was stated no where so had to find a shop to buy bedding covers. When we inspected the property later in the evening we noticed the property was poorly cleaned. Dirty laundry in the bathroom, stains in the shower and kitchens. The toilet had fecal matter in the bowl. And in the upstairs hallway and above the bed in the master bedroom there was thick brown dried substance on the walls. Due to this we did not feel comfortable staying the night and left.
