• S7J (10/5): A very good property with fantastic service - Location was very good. Its almost the centre of the city and therefore easy to move around the city. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Service was fast and efficient. Check in and Check out was Excellent - Sheheen at the Front desk was a perfect host. There was also a trainee who helped me a few times. He was also very good. Annel at the bar was great. Proactive, along with a fantastic service that came with a smile as a bonus. Breakfast was good, services was good but can be co-ordinated better. The cooking station is located on the Verandah for obvious reasons, however, there seems to be a lack of communication between the chef and the the service staff. Still, no complaints. The space at the hotel's front area for cabs to stop is limited however, the property has plenty of space at the rear entrance. A better signage at the front entrance along with luggage trolleys would be probably ease the congestion.

• Sagar (6/5): - Location and ambience 2nd floor buffet cafeteria head and disturbed is a lot because of her lack of information from reception. She has to get the details which guests opt for breakfast or not. This is the one we didn't like asking again and again.

• Andy (1/5): Exchange Rate Fraud - They charged me a higher amount. While processing the payment via credit card, the receptionist asked me if I want to pay in local currency (INR) or in my currency (EUR) with a significantly worse exchange rate. I told him to pay in local currency but another receptionist pushed him to select my currency without my consent. This is how they charged me 10% more. After I complained, they only told me that they cannot do anything about it. This is FRAUD!

It's got the service, rooms and cleanliness of a 4 star. - A/C wasn't working in any of the rooms the past few times I've stayed there. Overpriced for the rooms. You can pay the same and stay at a proper 5-star hotel like Holiday Inn.
