- Are (5/5): Måtte bytte leilighet. - Da vi ankom leiligheten rundt midnatt var det ikke vann i noen av kranene. Vi kontaktet vaktmester morgenen etter og han ankom etter et par timers venting. Han fant etter hvert ut at eier ikke hadde betalt vannregningen og at vi ble nødt til å bytte leilighet fra superior til en enklere leilighet på bakkeplan. Denne leiligheten var helt grei og vi hadde et fint opphold etter det. Kort vei til strand og gangavstand til flere restauranter.
- Thomas (4/5): Preis/ Leistung hat nicht gepasst und das Gesamtpaket auch nicht - Die Lage der Anlage war sehr gut. Estepona war gut und schnell erreichbar, genauso Cancellada. Die Betten waren so hart, dass ich am nächsten Tag zu Ikea nach Malaga gefahren bin und zwei Topper Matratzen um € 200,- gekauft habe, weil ich sonst nicht 2,5 Monate dort hätte verbringen können. Ich habe sie dann um 50% dem Besitzer angeboten, habe aber nicht einmal eine Antwort erhalten (keine Ahnung ob der Betreuer überhaupt die Info weiter geleitet hat). Der Toaster war kaputt, die Dichtung der Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt und konnte auch nicht richtig vom Betreuer repariert werden. Die Möbel waren sehr billig und unbequem, ich habe zwei Sessel von der Terasse ins Wohnzimmer geholt weil die bestehenden Sessel im Wohnzimmer zum Sitzen ungeeignet waren. Ich habe für 2,5 Monate cirka 4.500 Euro bezahlt und das war klar überbezahlt.

De hele rand was met gele vlekken hebben we ook met cif geprobeerd schoon te maken Kakkerlakken. Slechte communicatie. 1x per 3 weken beddengoedverschoond. Wel voldoende handdoeken. Vloer woonkamer met het leek wel bloedvlekken ging er zelfs met cif niet uit. Meubelen leken van de kringloop laadjes gingen slecht. Dacht dat de auto beschermd stond maar slagboom was kapot Als je op de bank ging zitten kreeg je overal jeuk

- Karen (6/5): - Spacious apartment although in need of some TLC. The kitchen area was well stocked with cups, plates, dishes, pans and utensils. Large terrace overlooking the pool. Julio our contact was excellent. The first time we used the washing machine it flooded the kitchen area and blew the circuits in the apartment. Julio sorted the problem quickly and professionally. The apartment was very tired, the walls and doors would have benefited from a coat of paint. The sofas were very uncomfortable and because of the dip down were difficult to get out of. Two of the bed headboards were loose and banged against the wall every time you turned over in bed, we had to remove them, they were not fixed to the bed. A car is needed to explore the area although there is a bus stop maybe a 15- 20 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment would be totally unsuitable for those with mobility issues as there is no lift and our apartment was accessed via three flights of stairs around 24 steps in total. A number of the plates and mugs were chipped from use.

Mieszkanie przestronne, jasne. Apartament nieco wysłużony, zakurzony. Z jednej toalety niestety nieprzyjemnie traciło.

- Ailbhe (8/5): Great Holiday, Lovely Location - The apartment itself was lovely, nicely decorated and the access to the garden was brilliant - so handy for us with a 1-year-old! The beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely! the appliances in the kitchen may have been a little on the older side but they worked perfectly. The kitchen itself was also very well stocked in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning products etc. The coffee machine was also a big plus ☕️ The area was lovely and the staff at the pool bar were so friendly. Overall a really lovely stay. Great WiFi too! Honestly, the only main fault I could give was the TV. It's not a smart TV so it only had a few channels in Spanish so no use to us. It wasn't ideal for the evenings when the baby was in bed and we would have liked to watch something on Netflix.

- Pablizi (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent. A wonderful and peaceful place for a family holiday with children. These are private apartments with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped — kettle, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Absolutely all necessary cookware and glassware were provided. There is air conditioning in the apartment and very comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Outside, there is a large swimming pool and a bar. The bar has a simple menu, but it’s more than enough: fresh draft beer, ice cream, and cocktails. What more do you need for a relaxing holiday? I’m happy and very grateful. What I didn’t like: unfortunately, some inconsiderate guests didn’t follow the rules. I even saw people trying to have a barbecue right on their apartment balcony. However, this is a complaint about the behavior of some guests who lack common sense — not about the owners, who provided everything perfectly.

- Christopher (2/5): A good budget deal, but be prepared to be dissappointed. - Location is wonderful near the beach. Garden is very comfortable and used by the community. It desperately needs work. Door lock is loose and hard to open/close, Lights in bathroom flicker badly ( a huge problem if one has issues with flashing lights). Many bulbs out including outside of the main door, . Hot water heater is not controlled. Easy to burn a person. Pressue is MASSIVE. The highest we have ever experienced. Closet doors are very rusted and not easy to open/close. Lamp in bedroom shorts, so it may work, may not.
- Hazel (9/5): Superb - The apartment is beautifully situated overlooking the garden and pool,, but quite private. It is very spacious with everything you need and close to the beach. Also a mini supermarket on site.and Julio was very helpful. Lovely pool bar with snacks. Lovely walks either way along the boardwalk. The apartment is rather tired and could do with an update and unless you want to cross the busy road or drive you are limited to a couple of restaurants, one of which wasn't open after 5.30 pm.

Will hope to be back nex - Everything - Superb location on the Beach with a Balcony facing the late morning Sun for three hours or so. Beautiful well-kept Gardens and Pool. Quiet yet quick access onto the A7. Helpful Staff Great value for money in the off-season yet the Weather was either warm or Hot almost every day. Slightly smaller Kitchen than ideal, but acceptable for a Couple as we self-catered most of the time.
- Marta (10/5): Perfect family stay right at the beach with everything you need at hand - Perfect vacation, spacious flat with everything you need, amazing and clean pool, private gate to the bach. The beach is very nice, not many people and some nice restaurants around. There is a bar/bistro at the pool only for Hacienda Beach guests. We loved the calm ambiance and the hist was incredibly nice. I recommend 100%
- Lorettoi (9/5): We had an amazing holiday so much so we have already booked for next year - Apt was lovely with everything we needed and it was really clean.We had a few small issues which were rectified in a timely manner. The pool is great and fab pool bar. Pool doesn't open until 11 am.
- Thomas (8/5): Good location, friendly staff (also in the bar/pool area) and represented good value for money - Julio was very helpful both before our arrival (helping with directions to find the property) and when we arrived. He explained all the features of the property and gave us information on local facilities such as beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. He also made sure that we had his contact numbers in case of need at any time during our stay. The apartment was "tired" looking and needs some maintenance. The seating wasn't very comfortable (especially the sofa bed) and the beds were somewhat narrow and hard on the back.

- Claire (8/5): Fab location beside a beautiful beach but dated inside - Location is excellent although you definitely need a car. The beach is outside the door and so calm and beautiful. A great path there too and a few bars and restaurants in walking distance. The pool bar is lovely too and the gambas pil pil is fabulous. Very handy for a drink or lunch or dinner. Ac is excellent The beds in one room dip in the middle and are uncomfortable. The bed covers are old and very dated as are the curtains, falling down in the green bedroom and the living room. The neighbours upstairs are very easy to hear and it seems like they are using our toilet when flushing the toilet upstairs. A few new beds and soft furnishings would help modernise the apartment but it is a great place to stay. A piece of the kitchen fell off when I opened a cupboard door and could have hurt a child if they had done it. It was fixed promptly however as was the shower door.

We have stayed before in a different apartment which was beautiful. Apartment was very dated and not clean. Stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t receive any clean towels or bedding. We had to buy disinfectant to clean the apartment before we unpacked and plug in air fresheners. It’s a real shame as the view from this apartment is breath taking.
