La struttura si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione ADO , COMODISSIMA!!!!!!!!!!!
• Patricia (9/5): Wonderful Stay! - Cord was very warm and friendly. He kindly upgraded our room and was always available with a smile to see if we needed anything. We were right downtown but the hotel was quiet. We loved our stay and will be coming back!
• Emma (9/5): Good value quiet oasis - Good value for money. It was clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Drinking water available. Small outside garden and sitting area. There was a fridge, burner and kitchen utensils which I didn’t use. I liked the location away from hub but I still able to walk to ADO station. Good shower.
• Parugby (10/5): Excellent hôtel pas cher au coeur de Playa del Carmen - Si l'hôtel ne fait pas de petit déjeuner (lequel est excellent dans un café à 50 mètres de là), il fait en revanche le ravissement de ses clients. Accueil exceptionnellement agréable et chaleureux, conseils (avisés) en tous genres, sourire et gentillesse en toute occasion.... On a adoré l'endroit (chambre au rez-de-chaussée), son calme et sa sérénité bienveillante. Emplacement exceptionnel (300 m de Portal Maya !). Nous le recommandons très vivement (et son prix aussi !)... Nous n'avons rencontré aucun défaut qui soit ici à signaler.

• Gilbert (8/5): Perfecto :) - Me gustó mucho hospedarme aquí , está en una ubicación perfecta donde se puede dormir sin ruido , cerca de 5ta avenida , cambiable para todo lado. Hay agua en bidón para recargar tu botella . Linda estructura de edificio . No contaba con mucha agua en las duchas

• Conway (10/5): - This place was modest yet comfortable. Cord, our host, was a gracious, helpful presence. I felt at home right away. My room was spacious, but the layout and charming flourishes made it feel cozy. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Some noise, but not too bad.

• Eva (10/5): - Das Hotel Colorado ist perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Sicher auch für einen längeren, aber ich war nur zur Durchreise in PDC und hab die meiste Zeit auf Cozumel verbracht. Der Owner ist super nett, entspannt und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und das Haus ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fähre und der Innenstadt entfernt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Nichts, mir hat alles gefallen.

• Marco (5/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er spricht auch deutsch. Gute Lage in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone aber dennoch weit genug entfernt dass es leise ist. Es gibt einen großen Bücherschrank. Das Bad war leider dreckig. Das Wasser hatte kaum Druck.
• Colin (9/5): - Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand und zur Fussgängerzone. Auch der Walmart und das ADO Busterminal ist einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bei der Rezeption steht Trinkwasser zur Verfügung. Gemütliche Plätze um im freien zu Sitzen. Im ganzem Hotel gutes WIFI.

• MoKo (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Es gab einen Trinkwasser Kanister, an dem man sich sein Wasser auffüllen konnte. Der Garten und die Terasse waren schön zum sitzen. Das Hotel ist weit genug von den Clubs und Bars entfernt, dass es nachts ruhig ist und man gut schlafen kann, man hat aber trotzdem alles in Laufdistanz.

• Anna (8/5): - Lage war nahe vom ADO und ruhig. Besitzerin sehr nett. Trinkwasser umsonst. Zimmer eher klein mit Kühlschrank. Waren im obersten Stockwerk mit einer gemeinsamen Terasse. Für 2 Personen war das Bett ein bisschen klein. Es war für uns eine richtige Backpacker Unterkunft wie früher.

L'hôtel est charmant et coloré, à 10minutes à pied de la gare ADO et à deux rues de l'hyper centre. Ce n'est pas lié à la qualité de l'hôtel mais il y avait des travaux en face de l'hôtel, ce qui faisait du bruit dans la journée, mais ce n'était pas dérangeant ni le soir ni le matin avant 9h.

• Zivic (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel has an older feel, but it definitely has charm. The location is amazing – just a short walk to everything in Playa del Carmen, yet it's tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms are basic but very clean, and the staff is super kind and helpful. Daily cleaning is a big plus, and the Wi-Fi was solid for working online. Great value for the price – cozy, friendly, and just what you need for a comfortable stay.
• Alex (10/5): I would easily stay here again and recommend it to others. - The property hosts, Cord and his wife were terrific. He was always on hand and available with a wonderful disposition! The location is great, very central yet somewhat removed from all the noise and commotion, close walking distance to beaches, the bus terminal. The place is very homey and colorful, a joy to stay there. A kitchen in the room too. The value of the place for the area is excellent! Some nights I could hear nightlife music, but it was somewhat distant (and one night very good!), on those nights also slept fine with earplugs.

Spacious with a comfortable bed, good AC, ok hot water and internet. Friendly host. Very dated, old appliances, and no coffee. Drinking Water was available but you had to leave your room. Tiny tv no bigger than a laptop screen.

Little kitchenette& fridge to cook, clean bathroom and comfortable beds! Location is in walking distance to the 5th Avenue, bars&restaurants, the beach and collectivos.
• Pete (8/5): Great location and pleasant staff - They let us check in at least an hour early. Pleasant room, and fan and fridge in room. Nice small area upstairs for making snacks and a picnic. Good quiet location but less than 5 minutes from some excellent restaurants and bars. Room was up a spiral staircase which was cool. Pillows were pretty limp, and could have done with two pillows instead of one each. Slept reasonably well considering this. Door to room didn't shut unless locked, so had to leave it swung open whilst inside the property.

Close to walmart, 5 mins from the main area, ferry terminal, ado bus station Intermittent wifi, luke warm shower, and noise from other guests at 2-3am in the morning. Dear Cord, My suggestions- introduce a quiet time ie 10pm-8am. Ensure all guests respect each other and dont make noise when coming back late from bars or talking too loud etc. I thought the location was far enough from the 5th Av but noise from nearby bars were too loud and noisy at night. Plus neighbours dogs barking which beyond our control anyway. Overall, I highly recommend this place

Just a few short blocks from the beach and main street. Airy, bright room. Clean. Water bottle refill in lobby. Wasn't a problem, but travellers should be aware that access to many rooms requires stairs.

The hosts were amazing and extremely helpful. I hope to stay there again soon. Everything was awesome, honestly nothing bad to say. Wonderful experience. The rooms are very large, clean, and beautifully designed with such nice colors.
