• SOW (1/5): A fuir ! - L'emplacement uniquement. Je déconseille fortement cet hébergement. Arrivé tôt à Tokyo, on m'a refusé l'accès avant 16h00 au motif que le service de ménage devait intervenir aucun soucis c’est l’heure de check-in prévu. Je me suis balader a Shinjuku avec mes valises car lokers tous plein. Quelle déception en entrant : le logement était tout simplement sale. J'ai trouvé de la vaisselle mal lavée, le frigo et le micro-ondes sales, une accumulation de poussière derrière le lit et un poile ou cheveux sur les murs de la douche. Plus tard j’ai même remarqué qu'après une nuit de pluie de l’eau semblait s'infiltrer par la fenêtre. ​Le propriétaire a ignoré mes messages faisait semblant de ne pas comprendre. Après avoir insisté lourdement par mail, je n'ai obtenu qu'un remboursement dérisoire de 30 € pour les frais de ménage. Quant au service client de Booking, il a été totalement inefficace et n'a proposé aucun soutien. En résumé : en cas de litige à l'étranger, vous êtes livré à vous-même. Un conseil : fuyez cet appartement et réserver ailleurs que chez Booking.com !
• Marie Lowe (10/5): A spacious, well-equipped stay with everything needed for a comfortable long-term visit. - The place was incredibly spacious and located right next to a convenience store, with several others nearby. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and very pleasant. It had everything you’d need for a comfortable long stay. And did I mention how spacious it was? Overall, everything was excellent! none so far!

• NabilaKhairu (8/5): - The location is near to a bus stop and train station. Its located in a peaceful neighbourhood with 3 options of conbinis/convenience stores. The staff is very quick to reply and provided clear instructions on checking in and out. The bed was comfy. I would suggest to leave some hand wash for short stays like myself :)

• Alessandro (6/5): Nice location, quite small but nice modern facilities. Cleanliness could be a lot better - mold, hairs, unpleasant looki - Good location, lots of really nice local food options close by. We had lots of good experiences talking to locals in the area. Almost no tourists around the area which was also nice. There was mold on the floor of the kitchen below the fridge, and more mold on the door of the shower/ wet room door. The bed also had some hairs in it and overall lacked a bit of cleanliness. The bed sheet was also a bit frustrating, the cover kept coming up because the straps were broken. We also were made to pay ¥4500 for early check in (which wasn’t listed in the confirmation email) which was also a bit annoying.

• Vivien (6/5): - In Japan it was a quite spacious apartment, which doesn't cost too much. The room was really dirty, everywhere on the floor and on the chairs there were long dark hairs. On the washbasin there were dried toilette paper pieces, and the edges of the washbasin were yellow from the uncleaningness. The plastic tableware (which is already a little bit disgusting) was also dirty.

• nassib (10/5): Parfait ! - L’emplacement était parfait, on était à cinq minutes du métro , on est à trois minutes de la société d’envoi de bagages, il y a un combini bas de l’immeuble. L’endroit est extrêmement calme et agréable. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires lave-linge sèche-cheveux aspirateur. L’appartement est spacieux pour deux personnes et largement suffisant , seul petit point négatif l’escalier est très étroit. La récupération de clé a été correcte les indications sont très claires.

• Sachiyo (5/5): - 駅近でスーパーも目と鼻の先、静かな環境でした。施設、設備もほぼ写真通りでした。 清掃が間に合わないと言う理由でチェックインが１時間半後ろ倒しになりましたが、その時間に行ってみるとまだ終わっていませんでした。対応に誠意は感じられましたが、後ろの予定に影響が出てしまいました。場合によっては、宿泊者自身が清楚するプランが選べると良いのではと思います。

Рядом магазин 7/11 - это удобно. В целом я думала, что местоположение хуже, но оказалось, что от метро не так уж и долго. Общение с хозяином только онлайн и он (она) быстро отвечают. Правда, во время проживания решить с хозяином не удалось ни одного вопроса. Однако на этапе бронирования я смогла быстро изменить параметры бронирования, согласовав все с менеджером в переписке. 1. За один день до заселения мне прислали инструкцию на много листов с перечислением штрафов за разные нарушения. Этот документ надо было подписать. Если бы я знала, что придется подписывать такой документ, то не выбрала бы это место для заселения. Там штрафы даже за то, что нельзя проверить: например, ходите ли вы в обуви в помещении. Это странно. Также инструкция по получению ключей была очень длинная и мы все равно не сразу открыли этот ящик с ключами. 2. Не работал wi-fi в комнате 3. Уборка в комнате была очень плохая. Пол был грязный, посуду тоже пришлось перемыть, полотенца были маленькие и очень старые, шампунь в очень неудобной упаковке. 4. Перед отъездом мне опять прислали на почту письмо, что если мы задержимся, то меня ждет штраф. Это было неприятно, хоть мы и выехали раньше срока на несколько часов. 5. И еще будьте внимательны. Мой номер находился на цокольном этаже. В описании этого не было. Если и было, то очень непонятно написано. Надо сказать, что это была третье место, где мы жили, за эту поездку. И она оказалась самая не комфортная

• Thalia (10/5): A truly great place. - The apartment was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Self check in was a breeze and the wifi worked great. The location was perfect- only a few blocks from where I was working. The family mart was just up the street and restaurants were close by and plentiful. I’d heartily recommend the place! I would have liked some English instructions about how to use some of the things- like the toilet and the hot water, the heater, etc. I was able to figure it out by takings photos and using google translate.
• Thalia (10/5): A very comfortable, affordable place in a very convenient place. - The apartment was located only a few blocks from where I was working, and two blocks from the family mart. It was very comfortable and the amenities were well- planned fully stocked. The place was incredibly clean too. WiFi was fast and easy to access. I would have liked some English language instructions about how to use the various things. Also, I couldn’t get the tv to work but it didn’t matter because the wifi was so excellent
