Çok romantik ve zevkli alanlarda vakit geçirdik. Tüm görevliler son derece nazik ve ilgili idi. Görmek istediğimiz Tüm müzelere yakın. Göreme nin en sakin ve güzel bölgesinde yer alıyor. Ufkumuzda bizi rahatsız eden hiçbir şey yoktu. Geniş bir otoparkı var. Bölge için önemli bir detay.

• Sketch (10/5): 25년도 새로지은 건물이라 깨끗하고 럭셔리함 - 정성껏 차려주는 아침식사입니다. 카파도키아 전체 통틀어서 가장 럭셔리하고 가장 좋은 숙소입니다. 동굴호텔인데 창문이 있어서 답답하지 않고, 25년도 새로 만들어져서 모두 깨끗합니다. 방도 넓구요. 화장실 인테리어가 흰색이 아니고 검정색이라서 조금 무서운 느낌이 들어요.

• Jackey (10/5): Stunning, beautiful place! - What can I say about this hotel?!?! From the moment we arrived it blew me away! It is spectacular, so interestingly decorated, the staff were so very helpful in every way, and I got upgraded!! I was in the King Suite, which has the biggest copper bath I've ever seen, the suite is built into the rock so you really do feel like you're staying in a cave, albeit the most luxurious cave in the world! The massive bed was so comfy, and the pillows perfect (which is really difficult to find) Egyptian cotton bedding topped off the luxury and provided me with excellent sleep throughout my stay. I had organised the stay for myself and nine friends, all their rooms were fantastic too, one with a huge balcony that we could all sit on and our very own fairy chimney for photo opportunities! The staff were wonderful, helpful and smiley throughout, the spa and pool area were great too (pool was too cold for me but some of my friends were straight in!) Breakfast was wonderful, a very generous offering of breads and pastries with local cheeses, meats and local jams which were divine! Also eggs cooked how you liked, and an option of pancakes. Location is great, you can see the balloons at dawn from the many balconies and viewing areas, there's great walks on the doorstep and a short walk to the centre of town, making it peaceful and without traffic noise at all times. All of my group were so very impressed with the hotel and everything about this place, I'd definitely go back!! It's a tiny TINY quibble, there was nowhere to hang things in my room which meant we lived out of the suitcase, but I really REALLY didn't care!!! Because the place is so spectacular and has a photo op at every turn, there is at least one wedding photo shoot going on at any time!! (only the shoot, no actual weddings!) I wouldn't actually call it a negative, we had many a laugh watching them all waft about, but some could possibly find it annoying?

• XINGXIAN (10/5): perfect！ - This is by far the most exquisitely designed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every piece of furniture—mirrors, lamps, faucets and more—is elaborately designed with an angel theme. The whole hotel is like a huge fairy-tale castle, incredibly dreamy. The front desk is also beautifully decorated. The staff are young, handsome, polite and warm-hearted. They even upgraded my room for free, and the room is huge! The overall stay experience is amazing. Great value for money and absolutely worth staying. It would be better if breakfast were self-service. It would be ideal to add some food options like pizza and yogurt.

Debido a que mi vuelo se canceló y no salió hasta dos días después, me fue imposible llegar al hotel el primer día de mi reserva. Pensé que, ya que rápidamente había avisado al hotel de mi demora, tendrían la consideración de no cargar esa noche en mi cuenta. Sin embargo, cuando les solicité si podrían tener ese detalle conmigo ya que mi retraso estaba totalmente justificado, me respondieron que no iban a considerar dicha devolución (a través de un correo enviado por Booking) Entiendo que el hotel está en su derecho de cobrar la noche perdida, pero también tengo claro que esos pequeños gestos de amabilidad con el cliente son los que ponen de manifiesto, no la calidad material, sino la calidad humana de ese establecimiento. Lamentablemente, parece que no se puede tener todo. La perfección no existe.

Hotel parcialmente excavado en la cueva, con un diseño muy cuidado (el estilo artístico te puede gustar más o menos, pero es innegable que cada rincón está pensado y lleno de detalles). Habitaciones impecables: amplias, limpísimas y muy cómodas. Instalaciones de altísimo nivel, con una piscina increíble y una zona de spa muy bien cuidada (sauna, piscina, todo perfecto). Como pequeña sugerencia, el agua de la piscina podría estar un poco más caliente, pero aun así la experiencia es muy buena. Comida excelente, personal de diez y ubicación perfecta. Además, el precio es sorprendentemente bueno para la calidad que ofrece. Totalmente recomendable. Sin duda, volvería. Nada
• Evgeniya (9/5): - Отель шикарный, всё отличного качества, от постельного белья до вида из окна (в то утро, когда сами не летите, не проспите полёты шаров - они летят из-за горы прямо на отель!!!). Завтраки в красивом ресторане à la carte, с видом на холмы их списка ЮНЕСКО, уходить не хочется. Очень слабый свет в ванной комнате, и это при чёрной модной плитке на стенах. А ~50% постояльцев бреются по утрам. Упс. Температура воды в бассейне ~24°С, маловато для комфортного плавания, видели бы вы тоненьких худеньких японок - их было отровенно жалко, показали им вход в турецкую парную. В которой, кстати, не было света.

• Ashley (10/5): Breathtaking aesthetics and lotso luxury in a perfect location. - This was easily the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Absolutely gorgeous theming that is as majestic in person as the photos depict. Amenities are wonderful as is the food (enjoyed breakfast all three mornings of my stay as well as dinner one night.) Location is perfectly situated in Goreme-Down the road from town and about a mile from the open air museum. Beautiful view of the balloons in the morning and super lovely and helpful staff to boot. (Special shout out to Ms. Ayşenur, the Front Office Supervisor and Su from the Lilith restaurant for the exceptional service and lovely conversation each morning at breakfast!) Nothing- everything was amazing
• Jayne Baker (10/5): Absolutely stunning hotel, every detail was considered. - This is an absolutely stunning hotel. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is out of this world. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff also went out of their way to answer questions before the visit and made a booking for the spa. That was a great experience too. The slight moan - and I mean very, very small, if the housekeeping staff could replenish the coffee pods and tea bags, they replenished the bathroom products and water, but not those.
• ROSA (9/5): Gran hotel pero personal flojo - Buena ubicación, habitaciones limpias y espectacular hotel El personal, aunque amable y con ganas de agradar, no entendían el inglés más básico así que no fueron de gran utilidad. Había una persona que sí entendía algo más pero para un hotel así y en una zona tan turística es soprendente que no entiendan inglés (en especial en recepción, en el restaurante algo mejor). Por suerte no tuvimos grandes incidencias y no necesitamos su ayuda. Tampoco te explican al llegar cosas como que para usar el spa hay que avisar, porque si no, está apagado. El personal no parece haber recibido el training necesario para estar en un hotel de esa categoría. El desayuno es espectacular pero dos de los cuatro dias lo pedimos para llevar (no empieza hasta las 08:00) y para aprovechar más el día lo pedimos en pic-nic y consistía en una botella de agua, una manzana y un bocadillo con un relleno escasísimo, nada comparable al desayuno normal. Una pena.

• Felipe Angelim (10/5): Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei - O design e a decoração do local como um todo são um show a parte! Funcionários muito profissionais e solícitos, cuidaram de todo o transfer e montaram um café da manhã pra mim, dado que no último dia tivemos que sair antes do restaurante do hotel servi-lo. Área da piscina e do spa exótica no bom sentido. Cama e chuveiro ótimos, sem contar das amenidades e do piso do banheiro que havia aquecimento. Tive uma surpresa não muito boa quando descobri que a piscina era gelada. Talvez faça sentido para quem gosta de utilizar o spa e depois dar um mergulho, mas seria mais agradável se fosse minimamente climatizada.

• Aysu Koca (10/5): Luxus mit Bedeutung - Wir waren zu viert im Sacred Mansion und ich muss wirklich sagen: Es ist eines der außergewöhnlichsten Hotels, in denen ich je war. Man merkt sofort, dass hinter dem Konzept viel Gedanke steckt. Das Hotel basiert auf einem Buch und genau dieses Gefühl zieht sich durch alles. Es ist nicht einfach nur luxuriös, sondern hat eine historische und symbolische Tiefe, die man selten erlebt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass dort sogar ein Möbelstück von Ludwig XIV., dem französischen Sonnenkönig, steht. So etwas sieht man wirklich nicht oft. Auch die Kunst im Hotel ist nicht einfach nur Dekoration. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns erzählt, dass ein spanischer Künstler, der von seinen Eltern in seiner Kunst nicht unterstützt wurde und später Psychologe geworden ist, diese Gemälde mit Bezug zu seinen Patienten geschaffen hat. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Wir hatten ein Serpme-Kahvaltı, bei dem wirklich alles von bester Qualität war, sehr große Auswahl, frisch und sehr stilvoll angerichtet. Das Abendessen können wir ebenfalls absolut empfehlen. Der Koch (kommt wohl ursprünglich aus Kappadokien/Ürgüp) weiß definitiv, was er tut, geschmacklich und qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir haben dort außerdem zwei Geburtstage gefeiert und das Personal war unglaublich herzlich. Unsere Extrawünsche wurden selbstverständlich erfüllt. Besonders Alp Arslan Bey an der Rezeption und Fatih Bey vom Dining-Team waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sogar 2 mal Kuchen von einer Mitarbeiterin bekommen, dessen Namen ich leider nicht mehr weiß, aber auch ihr ein großes Dankeschön für diese liebe Geste. Insgesamt ist Sacred Mansion einfach etwas Besonderes. Nicht nur schön, sondern mit Charakter und Geschichte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren für uns die Preise für die Massagen. Diese sind leider recht hoch. Wobei man fairerweise sagen muss, dass Spa-Behandlungen in der Türkei generell deutlich teurer geworden sind. Trotzdem hätten wir uns hier etwas moderatere Preise gewünscht. Ich war dann einfach nach meiner Rückkehr in Deutschland bei der Massage.

• Murat (10/5): Jederzeit wieder. - Es gab ein Upgrade für das Zimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich. Der SPA Bereich war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Matratze war viel zu weich. Personal im Restaurant war ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit nicht mehr si bemüht den Service zu halten wie zu einer Uhrzeit wenn mehrer Leute da sind.

• Larisa (1/5): - Завтрак Расположение Отель располагается в хорошем месте, но его интерьер слишком тёмный и мрачный, освещение в номере в зимний период и тёмное время суток недостаточное, в холле отеля накурено. В целом этот отель подходит для проживания в один день, чтобы насладиться его помпезным интерьером, он больше похож на музей чем на комфортный отель. Персонал в целом не очень приветливый, особенно молодые люди поколение Z))) Так же нашей семье пришлось выехать из отеля на двое суток раньше, на что менеджер отеля сказала нам что есть возможность возместить оплату хотя бы частично, мы написали запрос через Booking, но отель его отклонил. Зачем тогда давать людям такие обещания?

• Teatrera (10/5): Un hotel fantástico, una experiencia fabulosa. - El hotel es precioso, con una decoración superior, los desayunos impresionantes, la cena en el restaurante Lilith estupenda. Su ubicación es muy buena, con buenas vistas. Pedimos cambio de habitación y nos cambiaron sin problema a una con mejores vistas. Al ser temporada baja y además haber pillado una buena oferta, la relación precio/calidad absolutamente inmejorable. El aparcamiento podían mejorarlo, es al aire libre y no está asfaltado, al ser dias de nieve y lluvia había muchos charcos y barro.
• Kat (10/5): The BEST experience we’ve ever had. A MUST stay! - My husband and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and this is hands down the best we have ever experienced. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the story and design behind the property make it feel truly special. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite on the cave side and it was magical. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully equipped, and the bathroom was stunning. We loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary water and treats in the foyer — small details that made a big difference. The staff and service were truly five-star. Every single person was attentive, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We used the pool, sauna, and steam room every day, and also treated ourselves to a massage, which was fantastic and so relaxing. We also dined at Lilith and had the best dining experience of our entire Europe trip. Special mention to Mustafa and Fatih — they were amazing. The food and cocktails were exceptional, some of the best we’ve ever had. We stayed for four nights and honestly could have stayed four more. We couldn’t fault a single thing and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. If you’re travelling to Cappadocia, you must stay here. If I had to pick one thing, it was that the curtains aren’t super thick so they don’t block out 100% of the light but that’s being very critical!!
• Thomas (10/5): Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem stilvollen Hotel mit großartigem Frühstück, extrem freundlichem - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und stimmungsvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das extrem hilfsbereite und außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal. Zusätzlich verfügt das Hotel über einen sehr schönen Spa-Bereich mit türkischem Dampfbad, Sauna, Hammam und einem wunderschönen Pool. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass das Hotel etwas verwinkelt und nicht behindertengerecht ist. Von unserem Zimmer aus und auch von der Restaurant Terrasse hatten wir leider keinen optimalen Blick auf die Heißluftballons. Allerdings sind wir in ein benachbartes Café ausgewichen, wo das Personal sehr hilfsbereit war und wir einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt und auf die zahlreichen Heißluftballons genießen konnten.

• Ayesha (10/5): The pictures don’t do this place justice. - This hotel is underated. From the moment we arrived my husband and I were welcomed with warm arms. The view is surreal and the location is perfect for a bonding retreat my husband and I walked in to a room upgrade which made the stay memorable. The spa facilities are free which helped us relax after touring the area.excellent breakfast.

• Pilar (9/5): Para repetir - El hotel es impresionante, elegante, limpio, mistico, y los trabajadores muy atentos y pendientes de todo lo que necesitamos. La noche de fin de año nos dejaron unos detallitos en la habitacion y nos hizo mucha ilusion. El spa es impresionante, estubimos solos casi todo el tiempo y aunque el agua estaba un poco fría disfrutamos mucho. El restaurante Lilith muy elegante, y el desayuno aunque no puedes escogerlo es espectacular, también te hacen al momento: tortillas, pancakes y salsichas. Por no hablar de las habitaciones, muy amplias, limpias y bien decoradas. Podrian tener paraguas de cortesia para dias de lluvia o nieve como nos encontranos nosotros aunque sean de pago.

El personal súper amable, la decoración increíble, la habitación bella, la cama cómoda. El desayuno una de las mejores cosas, te recomiendo alojarte con desayuno incluido es una experiencia. Nada, todo me gustó.
• krystyna (10/5): - We were given a free upgrade to a suite, the room was huge and so comfortable with the additional bonus of an in room music system which for us who like background music was perfect. The interior design in this hotel is next level. Beds were so comfortable, shower huge and really good pressure Breakfast is incredible and plentiful. Spa area was great for a relax after a day out and about. Location is great, can walk to everything but that little bit removed so there's no noise The hot air balloons went right past the windows too which was incredible We didn't know you had to request the sauna to be turned on for you an hour before you wanted to use it, but after we knew this no problems!

• Kerstin Christina B. (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt - Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen hier verbracht und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt, tolles Essen, Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail, freundliches Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich mit einer super Massage. Alles war perfekt. Wir durften die ersten Nächte sogar in einem der Höhlenzimmer verbringen. Das Höhlenzimmer ist auf jeden Fall eine Erfahrung Wert, wir würden es aber nicht für mehr als drei Nächte empfehlen, da die Luft einfach eine andere ist, es ist eben eine Höhle. ;-)

Расположен практически в самом центре, до основных точек Гёреме можно дойти пешком, а с террасы номера открываются шикарные виды на долину и воздушные шары, которые, к сожалению, в декабре мы не увидели. Номер стилизованный, атмосферный, с каменными стенами, оформлен с акцентом на «мистическую» концепцию отеля. Внутри всё продумано: удобная кровать, хороший душ, нормальный Wi-Fi и приятный текстиль. Очень порадовал размер номера с отдельной гардеробной и террасой. Дизайнерски отель продуман до мелочей, а элементы декора напоминают музейные экспонаты (мебель в вестибюле). По чистоте тоже было без нареканий — уборка ежедневная, полотенца и косметику обновляли. Завтраки плотные и вкусные, много свежих продуктов, сыры, выпечка, фрукты. В ресторане Lilith можно и поужинать — кухня достойная, цены выше среднего по Гёреме, но за атмосферу и подачу не жалко. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Было очень приятно поговорить с русскоязычные молодым человеком. Все объяснил, со всем помог. Из минусов: отель не самый дешёвый в Гёреме, но мне он показался идеальным! Sacred Mansion — отличный вариант, если хочется не просто переночевать, а именно пожить в красивом атмосферном месте с хорошим сервисом, SPA и видовыми террасами. Очень рекомендую!!!!!

• Victoria (10/5): Boutique property for a special stay. - Really special and unusual property. The decor was quite interesting. All the nudity in the property art was a little off putting to my Muslim boyfriend but it didn’t bother me. We had a magnificent and HUGE copper tub in our bathroom, but at the cost of no windows in the room. This was a true cave room. I think most other rooms have windows. The breakfast is incredible. A giant Turkish breakfast brought with table service. Delicious. The spa was fantastic and we loved the pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Staff were very accommodating. We went off season and the rate was excellent and very competitive and included breakfast. The restaurant is pretty pricey, but the ambiance and food were great, mostly out of our budget to eat there but it is beautiful.

Decoración elegante, habitaciones enormes, piscina con sauna y vapor, y personal increíblemente amable. La vista es impresionante, la cama deliciosa y el baño es enorme. Un lugar perfecto para relajarte en Capadocia.

The overall European style is very attractive. The room size is large and we are very satisfied. The room facilities are also complete and of high quality. Such a lovely vibe, super clean and comfortable, service was always friendly professional and polite, food was 10/10, the decor was stunning, facilities and WiFi great, location brilliant. We had the pool to ourselves each day which was lovely. Watching the hot air balloons go over the hotel is one of the best moments of my life! The hotel kindly made gluten free pancakes and a beautiful gluten free birthday cake for my daughter to enjoy at breakfast!

• Xiaoyan (10/5): 土耳其之行最棒的酒店！ - 高档酒店，房间设施、床品都是五星级配置，床和被子太舒服了，浴室淋浴出水量和水速都恰到好处，我们住的不想走，可惜后面两天都没房，还意外的被升级了带阳台的房型，房间很大，居然还有步入式衣帽间，一切都让人很惊喜！员工也都很友善！
