• Viacheslav (3/5): - Despite numerous requests for an invoice for my stay (both before booking, during my stay, and after check-out), there has been no response whatsoever. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. For a hotel these days, this is strange at best and unprofessional at worst.

Il nous ont dit avec un grand sourire que cela va être changé le soir... bien au sachant que rien va être fait. Ils étaient au courant mais cela leur est visiblement égal. D'autres clients avaient le même problème. Nous nous sommes douché en remplissant des gobelets d'eau au lavabo.... une catastrophe. En plus l'hotel décline toute responsabilité! Au prix excessif de la chambre. A fuir absolument !! La vieille literie. La vielle moquette usée et les peintures et portes en morceau.

It was good enough to get - The location was really good with only a short walk to the Academia Bridge and there was a water fountain downstairs Very rundown and old. Rooms were tiny, especially the bathroom. The shower leaked and a flimsy shower curtain which did not help. The beds that were pushed together were different sizes and we were right above reception. The cleaner started hoover really early in the morning and was banging the hoover on our door and along the corridor

The room was dirty and in poor condition, and I honestly do not understand how this can be rated as a 4‑star superior hotel. There were no basic facilities, not even a fridge or complimentary water in the room. The old carpet was worn and full of holes everywhere, which felt very unhygienic, and the shower was stuck and quite disgusting. The staff were polite, but this was not enough to compensate for the overall state of the hotel. Overall, I feel this hotel reflects what Venice has unfortunately become: with so many tourists, it seems you can sell them anything, regardless of quality. Refurbshiment should be a priority..

Preis/Leistung sind in keinster Weise gerec - Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage Das Personal ist unhöflich und unaufmerksam ( bei Ankunft ging der Mann vom Empfang die Treppe vor und ließ mich mit 2Koffern alleine. Das Zimmer ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand, s.Fotos. WLAN/Fernseher/Klima haben nicht funktioniert . Personal hat nicht reagiert! Dusche kalt/lauwarm, keine Heizung. Matratzen sind ekelig und durchgelegen( tiefe Mulde in der Mitte) Schimmel im Bad. Fußboden abgenutzt und klebrig. Booking.com sollte das Hotel unbedingt rausnehmen⛔️⛔️, da die Versprechungen nicht eingehalten werden - ABZOCKE!!
• Daniela (1/5): - Tudo mau, desde ao atendimento às condições do supostamente hotel de 4 estrelas... Desde a chegada que a televisão não funcionava , reportamos à recepção e nada foi feito, ficamos os dois dias com a tv avariada. A carpete estava NOJENTAAAAAA, a cama nem feita estava, os lençóis todos soltos e os colchões horríveis, fazia um buraco ao deitar! A casa de banho não tinha resguardo, ao tomar banho ficava o chão cheio de água. O ac marcava 25° mas nem comando havia e o quarto estava frio! O Sr. que nos atendeu na recepção mal olhava para nós enquanto expunhamos a situação, mandou enviar email a reportar, pedi para falar com um responsável, ele disse que não havia e ficamos depois a saber que era ele o dono.
• Melanie (1/5): Es war einfach nur schrecklich. - Nichts Unhöfliches Personal, sprechen schlecht englisch und gehen nicht auf Probleme ein. Alles sehr ungepflegt und schaut nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos! Es wurde ein Gartenblick verkauft der keiner ist und die Fenster konnte man nicht weit öffnen. Die Toilettenspülung war kaputt und lief die ganze Zeit! Die Nacht war ein Horror! Einfach eine Irreführung des Konsumenten.

Hotel was clean, AC worked fine. Rooms were small and cramped, especially for 3 people. Bathrooms were OK; they were clean and functional but small space. However, not unexpected for European hotels.

• Alex (1/5): Hotel veramente uno dei piu pessimi di venezia - Molto vicina è comoda per andare a piazza san marco con la fermata salute a pochi passi a piedi Acqua fredda/tiepida per 3 giorni che sono stato in camera il televisore non funzionava era privo di antenna in piu in camera non ce il telecomando del condizionatore ma devi scendere in reception per fartelo dare e subito riportartlo giu in quanto ce ne e solo 1 in tutto l hotel quindi se di notte avevi o caldo o freddo dovevi scendere, dietro il divano in camera la sporcizia faceva paura un orrore

• Benedetta (1/5): Hotel pessimo - Hotel vecchio e trasandato, senza alcun servizio. Colazione non presente per mancanza di personale. La cosa peggiore è stata l'assenza di acqua calda in camera. Fatto presente il problema al personale, mi è stato risposto che non potevano fare nulla. Ho preso un caffè che non si poteva portare in camera perché non aveveno bicchieri monouso e se avessi portato la tazza in ceramica, dovevo riportarla giù io. Il giorno dopo la tazza era a corsa in camera. Hanno fatto solo il letto senza mettere asciugamani pulite. Diciamo che è stato pessimo. Un hotel da chiudere sicuramente.

• Milena (4/5): Good, but not worth it. Won’t going back again! - It was nice , staff were friendly. The food in their restaurant was amazing and worth every euro we spent. The temperature in the room was set to 20’C with no option for increasing. Also the water wasn’t hot and when took a shower it felt like I was showering with cold water. When went to reception to complain about it, I was told firstly it’s their regulations, which I didn’t agree and then I was told they had an issue and hopefully it will be fixed the next day. Obviously it never happened. Also during breakfast and dinner the smell from the restaurant was so strong and unbearable.

En el baño no había calefacción , la estancia estaba fría , siendo diciembre …… y había solo un aire caliente que se encendía con el movimiento , es decir , mientras dormíamos se apagaba . Al despertarnos del frío , te tenías que levantar de la cama para encenderlo de nuevo .
• Marco (3/5): Da evitare - Il prezzo e la posizione. Il bagaglio si può lasciare in struttura anche il giorno dopo il soggiorno. Si spaccia come un hotel 4 stelle, sicuramente da segnalare. Bagno gelido e completamente da ristrutturare, doccia con tendina stile anni '80. Non si può soggiornare in questo albergo in inverno in quanto il riscaldamento non funziona (c'è uno split dell'aria condizionata centralizzato che viene spento di notte). Mancanza di acqua calda. Manca il bidet.

• Anastasia (1/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο εμφανισιακά και πολύ άνετο. Υπήρχε σοβαρό πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό από Δευτέρα που πήγαμε έως πέμπτη που φύγαμε δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό, τα παράπονα μου ήταν επανειλημμένα χωρίς καμία μα καμία ανταπόκριση . Μονίμως μου έλεγαν θα το φροντίσουμε κ δεν έκαναν τίποτα!ειχα μαζί μου 2 ετών παιδάκι κ δεν μπορούσα να τον κάνω μπάνιο γιατί έτρεμε απ το κρύο κ εμείς αναγκαζόμασταν να κάνουμε με κρύο νερό γιατί δεν είχαμε άλλη επιλογή. Είναι απαράδεκτο σ ένα ξένοδοχειο που λέγεται 4 αστέρων να μην έχεις ζεστό νερο και έξω να κάνει ψοφόκρυο. Επισης η τηλεόραση δε δούλεψε καμία απ τις 4 ημέρες δεν με ενημέρωσαν όταν πήγα κ προσπαθούσα όλη μέρα να την φτιάξω κ όταν πήγα κ ρώτησα μου είπαν απλά δε δουλεύει γιατί κάνουν έργα στη περιοχή. Συν ότι η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου ρυθμιζόταν αυτόματα από το ξενοδοχείο κ όχι απ εμάς τους ίδιους με ένα ερκοντισιον που αναβόσβηνε και η οθόνη έδειχνε 20-21 βαθμούς με αποτέλεσμα να έχει πάρα πολύ κρύο μες το δωμάτιο εφόσον πήγαμε τέλος Νοεμβρίου πράγμα απαράδεκτο να δίνεις τόσα λεφτά και να μην μπορείς να ορίσεις ούτε σε τι θερμοκρασία θα βρίσκεσαι μες το δωμάτιο σου. Το προσωπικό του restaurant του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί . Το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενικό όμως με ενόχλησε που παρά τα παράπονα μου μου έλεγαν μόνο ότι θα το φροντίσουν χωρίς να υπάρχει καμία αλλαγή .

• Alessandro (1/5): Pessima esperienza, NON ANDATECI! - Senza ACQUA CALDA!!! Albergatori e personale scorretti, camere e spazi comuni sporchi e maltenuti, camere rumorose. In più lo stesso albergo è presente su booking come Messner Palace 4 stelle e Hotel Messner 3 stelle, ma sono lo stesso edificio e con alcune foto uguali. Non mi sembra proprio un comportamento corretto! ATTENZIONE, NON DISPONGONO DI ACQUA CALDA!!! Proprio così, un 4 stelle S che non ha l'acqua calda, e nemmeno si scusano al riguardo. Segnalato il disagio, la risposta dalla reception è stata: "fate scorrere l'acqua per una decina di minuti, vedrete che arriverà calda!". Scettico ma provo, ovviamente nessun risultato. Riferisco e mi viene detto: "purtroppo è così, lei non è il primo a segnalarlo, lo riferirò in direzione". Non mi offrono comunque un'altra stanza (tutto pieno, mah!), ne possono fare nulla, "il manutentore oggi è assente". L'indomani me ne vado in un altro hotel, non mi rimborsano nemmeno la tassa di soggiorno pagata in anticipo!

• Sergi (4/5): Deja mucho que desear. - Nos dieron la habitación antes de que llegara la hora del check in. Hacen la cama y cambian las toallas todos los días. La habitación es vieja, enmoquetada en paredes y suelo. La moqueta llena de manchas y sucia. Las cortinas también muy sucias. El mobiliario muy antiguo y deteriorado. El baño pequeño y lo más importante,sin agua caliente para ducharse en pleno noviembre. La ubicación bastante lejos de lo más turístico de la ciudad.

• tahir (1/5): Absolutely terrible stay — dirty stained bedsheets, no hot water, no fitness centre as advertised, broken bed, noisy thi - Location is not too bad I honestly liked nothing about this hotel except that the location is within walking distance to the main touristic areas. The room was in terrible condition — the carpet was worn out and dirty, the bedsheet had large stains (possibly blood or coffee), and the water in the shower was ice cold with no hot water available. They falsely advertised having a fitness centre — there is none. I specifically chose this hotel for that reason, and I would never have booked it otherwise. The TV didn’t work, the end of the bed was broken and missing a wooden piece (a serious safety concern), and there was no kettle or coffee in the room. The walls are wafer-thin; I could hear every sound from the neighbouring rooms all night. The receptionist didn’t even apologise when I mentioned the stained bedsheets, which I hadn’t noticed until the morning. Honestly, I was afraid of catching a skin infection from the poor hygiene. There is no lift, the place feels completely neglected, and calling it a “4-star hotel” is a joke — it wouldn’t even qualify as a 1-star or hostel. Stay away.

There was an air conditioner in the room, but it didn’t work properly. Shockingly, the staff even took the remote control, saying, “You don’t need it, it’s not warm” – completely unacceptable. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Valerie (4/5): Super Lage- doch das Hotel ist zu ungepflegt. - Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr nett- bis auf zwei ältere Damen, die wohl auch die Besitzerinnen sind. Vor allem das Badezimmer war sehr alt. Eine kaputte Duschkabine mit einem verschimmelten Duschvorhang. Sehr wenig Duschwasser und dies immer lauwarm bis kalt. Haare waschen geht da nicht. Auch der Teppich ist im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ein drittes Bett im Zimmer nimmt viel Platz weg. Die Klimaanlage darf man nicht selber bedienen- die Fernbedienung hat die Dame an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer riecht immer schlecht. Das Frühstück ist klein und viel zu teuer-

À notre arrivée le soir il faisait très froid dans la chambre mais aucune possibilité de contrôler le tout. C'est la personne à la réception qui avait la télécommande!!! Le tapis était sale et douteux, présence de moisissures à divers endroits et même sur une taie d'oreiller supplémentaire. Toilette non fonctionnelle (ne flush pas) Encore une fois on ne pouvait rien faire pour moi à la réception!!! Pas de drain dans la douche où l'eau demeurait stagnante ( moisissure). Une seule couverture pour deux lits qui était en réalité un rideau replié en deux. Encore là, on ne pouvait rien faire pour moi à la réception!!! Situation inacceptable, on ne m'a même pas offert une autre chambre pour compenser. Nous avons quitté le lendemain en demandant un remboursement d'une journée. De grâce, n'allez pas gaspiller votre argent à cet endroit. Il y a toujours bien un minimum à respecter pour un établissement hôtelier qui se respecte. Le service client est nul renvoyant la balle sur un adresse courriel.

Daher nicht individuell regulierbar. Keine Möglichkeit, im Zimmer Wasser heiss zu machen. Kein Bügeleisen auf Anfrage erhältlich. Ausstattung insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen.

• Roxana (5/5): Ojo ! - Venecia es tan hermosa que no la opaca nada pero el hotel casi lo logra. La ubicación es hermosa. Cuando llegamos habían perdido la reserva nos mandaron a una habitación espantosa en planta baja con olor a humedad, pequeña como caja sin ventilación. El aire acondicionado que daba a la cama toda la noche. Horrible. Tuvimos que insistir mucho para poder cambiar y volvimos esa noche sin saber si lo hacian o no ya que no podían informar. Habíamos buscado otra alternativa porque era imposible volver a dormir ahí. Nos cambiaron y si bien no es un hotel 4 estrellas realmente llega a tres de casualidad mejoro notablemente.

• Ilyas (5/5): - Le personnel du restaurant était très gentil l’emplacement proche du centre ville 15min a pied Le petit déjeuner était correct L’hôtel mérite pas 4 étoile le lit n’est pas du tous confortable la Clim qui ne fonctionne pas alors qu’il fais chaud on était obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes on arrivait pas à dormir à cause des moustiques
• Lesley (1/5): Very disappointed, very dated rooms. - Baggage store was the corridor. Room had discoloured carpet, badly cleaned bathroom, slat broken on bed. 3rd bed was a very poor quality sofa bed and yet we booked for 3 adults. Wardrobe broken.

• Leigh (1/5): Would not recommend the place. - Not much, the place is not as advertised, it is in need of TLC, and updating. The staff were not helpful, but are clearly accustomed to complaints from guests. The air conditioner was not on, (we had 3 rooms) and the excuse was that aircons in Venice have not been switched on yet. The room was full of mosquitoes, and other bugs. The staff were not helpful at all. The onsite restaurant sneaks in a cover charge of E3.50 per person, the food was mediocre. We were told that we would get a 20% discount, but with the cover charge, the discount all but disappeared.
• Kateryna (7/5): The hotel is small and very traditional, it is old, clean, and we enjoyed our stay there. - The room was exactly as on pictures, clean, coffee and tea station is on place. Daily cleaning and towels change. mosquito repellents available on reception - but we did not use them. Some paint chips in the bathroom - but with water around it was expected. Location is perfect - not the center, but for 2 EUR you can get short trip on gondola to San Marco if you do not want to walk. Wi-Fi is disappearing sometimes. You should wait some time for hot water to appear (I guess they have boiler and water in pipes getting cold).
• Anne-marie (9/5): A perfect stay in Venice - Hotel is in an excellent location a short walk to the Basilica Salute and the vaparetto stop. Also easy to get to from airport connecting at Piazza Roma and vaporetto line 1 a beautiful boat ride. Hotel was small and traditional style with a good restaurant sitting by a quiet canal. Perfect Would have liked a fridge in the room.

Clean sheets and a shower - Room service people were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned well each day They didn't tell me there was a 20% discount on meals, it was in the fine print, but didn't give me the discount and didn't ask for it. I saw it later on the paper work when it was too late. Hotel front desk wasn't very helpful with anything. Restaurant staff was just ok.
• Lobkov (1/5): I booked a suite at this hotel for 140€/night. Upon arrival was not informed that in this room does not work plumbin - Location Dirty, small room, old plumbing, old renovations.

Loved the view from our window into the courtyard, spring is in full bloom. And even though it's early in the season , the weather was very hot... and the a/c worked.. yay
