La cama es cómoda. El acceso a la casa es por un camino de tierra lleno de baches. No nos dieron el mando a distancia.

• Trui en Beer (7/5): Ruim voldoende - De kamer was ruim en had een complete inrichting, er stond hele goede koffie en zelfs melk. De gordijnen waren redelijk goed verduisterend. Het terras was heerlijk, met een prachtig uitzicht en een hele lieve hond die ons kwam begroeten. We konden goed parkeren op eigen terrein en Matera was dichtbij met de auto. We hebben de gastvrouw niet veel gezien maar ze was goed bereikbaar en gaf ons tips. Het ontbijt was prima. De kamer was wat bedompt en gedateerd. Ook was het erg gehorig, waardoor we wakker werden van schuivend meubilair boven ons en het toilet van de kamer naast ons. Het bed is wat wiebelig, als de een zich omdraait, beweegt de ander mee 😅

Blick auf der Terrasse top . Parkplatz Top. Frühstück typisch italienisch sehr süß, Kaffe muss man auf dem Zimmer selbst zubereiten zum Frühstück. Keine Auflagen für die Stühle auf der Terrasse.

• Sara (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno a Matera - La struttura è molto carina, le camere sono confortevoli, ben arredate e spaziose con angolo cottura. Buona la colazione. La proprietaria è stata molto ospitale e ci ha fornito tante indicazioni utili per il soggiorno. C'è un parcheggio interno e Matera si raggiunge in pochi minuti con l'auto.

Breakfast was prepared by the host and eaten in the room. Private parking right outside the entrance which was very useful for us with the motorbike. Centre is a 5 minute drive. Free parking spaces for motorbikes. Non tarred road with a few potholes to get to the location. Not a huge issue but if on a motorbike need to take care.

• jean- marc (8/5): Une étape agréable a Matera... - Endroit calme et reposant avec un très joli panorama, accueil sympathique, chambre confortable, parking privé, petit déjeuner goûteux, pour le soir la propriétaire nous a conseillé, un resto pizzeria proche très abordable et bon Un seul regret, le 2eme matin pour des raisons "personnelles"(mariage d'un proche) la propriétaire indisponible pour préparer le petit dej, nous a fait un bon pour un petit dej dans un bar proche de B and B où l'on nous a servi juste "un croissant et un café"..le premier petit déjeuner très goûteux nous a manqué un peu😉

Estaba muy apartado del centro de matera, se necesita coche y para llegar a él hay un camino de tierra lleno de baches. El desayuno incluido consiste en un vale para un capuchino y un cornetto que tienes que ir al centro de Matera a una cafetería, aunque había en el apartamento coffee facilites y pan tostado, mermelada, dos zumos y dos yogures para poder tomar algo nada más levantarnos. El aire acondicionado estaba cortado, y tuvimos que llamar a las 23h cuando llegamos para que nos lo activasen.

A++ - mini appartamento-monolocale con letto, angolo cottura, bagno, aria condizionata, tv. molto ampio per due persone. comodissimo. ottima posizione, a pochi minuti d'auto da matera. gestori accoglienti e molto gentili, disponibili a fornire indicazioni azzeccate per muoversi nei dintorni. struttura sembra rinnovata da pochissimo, tutto nuovo/pulito/ben curato. apprezzatissima dalla mia compagna la presenza della piastra per capelli tra le dotazioni del bagno. apprezzatissima da me la presenza della moka per farsi un caffè in autonomia. ottima colazione a buffet. non è un "difetto" della struttura ma della zona: portatevi un buon antizanzare!

• Gerardus (8/5): Heerlijk ontspannend in rustige omgeving. - Heerlijk rustige locatie dicht bij het mooie stadje Matera. Prachtig uitzicht op groot terras. Heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Centrum van Matera gemakkelijk met auto te bereiken naar parkeergarage midden in het historische centrum. Het ontbijt was simpel en slecht. Bestond uit supermarkt voedsel. Beter ontbijten in Matera.

Make sure you have a car when you book this place because it is little bit outside of the city center. We knew that and didn't mind as we had a car. Location is in quiet place in the nature and there is a free parking spot at facillity.

We were told there would be water the next morning, but water didn't return until a day later. We were so angry that we couldn't wash up and they lied about when there would be water again that we only stayed 2 nights instead of the 3 we paid for.

• Anganie (10/5): Exceptional - Rosella looks after you from before you arrive until after you leave. The facilites are all clean and the colours give a lot of peace. Having a moka to make my own coffee in the morning was a top detail, just awesome. Having nice figs from her garden were a cute detail. And having a bottle of 2l ice for the melting heat of Matera outside Rosella's house made my leaving less sore. Maybe the only thing to improve is a bit more is the breakfast, having it with some additional charcuterie and Eggs. Nonetheless, it was good enough to leave fit for the long day ahead.

We had a warmth welcome from the family and they were very helpful in everything we needed. Perfect location if you want to be close to Matera center and have a quiet room in the nature, it took us around 5 minutes to arrive with the motorcycle. We are traveling a lot and this was one of our best experiences in Booking, thank you for everything, hope we have the chance to meet you again, kisses to Vittoria!
