Alison (5/5): Basic facilities and maintenance issues. - We chose the flat as it was very close to our language school. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Extensive staining and peeling paint due to water damage on living room ceiling and above flat front door. Black mould above flat’s front door. Limited kitchen utensils provided: 3 frying pans but no saucepan (or kettle) to boil water. Requested saucepan but without success. Wok was rusty. Limescale and mould in shower cubicle. Light in common areas of building not working, which meant going up and down in dark or using a torch.
Eyas (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, clean and in the heart of Toledo. It was prettier than the pictures.
