• Stephanie (10/5): This place is a real find and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. - What a dream! The two trulli (we stayed in the larger one) and property are products of Guiseppe and Isa’s taste, hard work, and heart. The landscaping and pool are beautiful and our trullo was clean, bright, spacious, and very nicely decorated. Everything is quality, from the monogrammed sheets and towels to the perfectly painted green doors. There are several outdoor areas on the property to lounge around and read. The sunsets and spring flowers we experienced were stunning. The modern heating was appreciated since we came in early April. The hosts, their mom, and their daughter are friendly, helpful, and delightful. Truly a class act. The location is perfect: either a 5-minute drive or an easy 25-min walk through the countryside to the historic city center of Locorotondo. Bring house shoes or sandals because the stone trullo floors were pretty cold. We didn’t bring ours and would have appreciated having them.

So much love and passion. Two trulli in a beautiful garden. The one a bit bigger than the other. Both with lots of privacy and both originally old and beautiful restored. You can't wish more!

• Linda (9/5): - Het domein was heel verzorgd met het zwembad, de ligzetels, de buitenkeuken enz..zeker als s AV de verlichting aangaat = heel gezellig. De trullo.is mooi ingericht met oog voor kwaliteit en esthetiek... De communicatie verliep heel vlot. We konden ook eerder inchecken. Ik boekte dus huis met 1 slaapkamer, maar het was in feite een slaapkamer met een badkamer. Het bed was voor ons in feite te smal. De andere trullo was dus wél het huis met living en keuken en die foto's krijg je dus te zien via booking. Dat vonden wij wel jammer...gelukkig is er de buitenkeuken en de BBQ en was het prachtig weer. Mijn advies is dat dat duidelijker moet zijn.

Midden tussen de olijfbomen en andere fruitbomen. Heerlijk zwembad! De host en hostess zijn heel behulpzaam. Werkelijk een top locatie! Helemaal niets!!

An exceptional find that offered us a unique space to relax and enjoy a week in Puglia. A traditional Trullo (one of only two on the extensive property), which had been renovated with great imagination and attention to detail, offering every modern convenience in a tranquil, private setting. Our lovely hosts, Giuseppe and Isa, went way beyond the call of duty to ensure we had everything we wanted and made sure our time in the beautiful town of Locorotondo will be remembered and treasured for years to come. We didn't like leaving!

Het bed is heerlijk, de badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien. En het zwembad + bedjes zijn ook top een dag(deel) te vertoeven. Bij aankomst gaf de eigenaar weinig uitleg. Dus het was soms wat zoeken wat waar stond, bijvoorbeeld bij het gebruik van de buitenkeuken. Op de app reageerde hij wel snel en aardig. Daarnaast dachten we dat er ontbijt inbegrepen zou zijn, maar dat was niet zo. Al met al een fijn verblijf, maar misschien hadden we nét iets meer verwacht voor deze prijs.

Very romantic and quirky. Lovely gardens and a vegetable patch and fruit trees. In a good location to walk into Locorotondo. Self-catering facilities were limited and would be a problem if you wanted to cook meals. For us this was not a problem.

• Marguerethe (10/5): Wish we had stayed longer! - We had a wonderful 3 nights in our trullo at Dimora Iconica. Comfortable beds, AC, large bathroom with high quality linens. On top of that, the property of the most beautiful natural landscaping I've seen anywhere. After an early swim in the saltwater pool, we spent one morning just sitting outside our trullo sipping coffee and watching the butterflies enjoy the flowers. With only 2 trullos on the on the grounds, it's like having your own private compund and pool, with several private and quite respite areas strategically located throughout the property. The location is very serene and allows for easy trips to Locorotondo, Cisternino, and Lecce. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. Due to car troubles, our arrival was delayed. The hosts were understanding and flexible as our plans were in constant change. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness during a challenging time. Grazie mille! Guissepe stopped by the property each morning in case we needed anything, but his visits were never intrusive. He was there to care take and be available if needed. We give Dimora Iconica our strongest recommendation.

We stayed in the larger trulli and loved that we had a dining area and kitchen ( with hob, fridge and plenty of pans etc also coffee machine and kettle). Location was excellent for visiting local towns and very private. Was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Communication with the host beforehand via WhatsApp was smooth and easy, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The trullo itself is absolutely stunning — full of charm and character, with a truly authentic feel, yet equipped with all the modern comforts you could need. It’s located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet countryside atmosphere. It was also a great base for exploring the surrounding towns by car — very convenient for day trips in the region. We had a fantastic stay and can 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable experience in Puglia!

• Simon (10/5): A true paradise! - Extraordinary space which is absolute paradise. The owner has thought of every detail possible and it’s a fantastic place to come to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the trullo has everything you need from pots and pans to olive oil, salt and pepper. There’s a good size fridge with a freezer too. The air conditioning was fantastic and the trullo keeps nice and cool in the heat. The extra fold out bed is in its own nook too with air conditioning and would definitely be comfortable for a third guest. Just outside the trullo there was a drying stand which was a really thoughtful detail. The outdoor space is also stunning. A well thought out garden surrounds the trulli and the salt water pool is wonderful. You walk out of the trullo and the view is incredible. There’s an outdoor shower alongside the pool too. Lots of sunbeds in different locations means there’s plenty of spaces to relax. There’s a shared outdoor kitchen too which overlooks the vegetable garden where we were able to pick and use tomatoes and aubergines! There was a plug in hob and a BBQ to use. The lighting in the evening is really well thought out too and meant we could relax in the evenings. While there are two dwellings, we felt the space was private at all times. Lots of different areas to relax and the pool is large. Cannot recommend a holiday here enough! Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino are all really close and great places for dinner etc. too. There’s nothing that could be changed here, it’s perfect!

• Elisabeth (10/5): Stunningly renovated trulli in tranquil area, surrounded by beautiful gardens - Beautifully renovated trulli with incredible gardens and olive groves, outdoor kitchen and pool facilities. Situated about 2 kilometers from the quaint old town of locoronto, it was a fantastic base to explore surrounding towns and beaches in puglia by car. We stayed for 6 days and it was perfect. The hosts are a lovely young couple who do their best to make your stay as wonderful as possible. It was cherry season and we could pick cherries straight from the trees. We stayed in the ‘studio’ trulli which had a comfortable bedroom, bathroom and small coffee bar/bar fridge area. We used the covered outdoor seating area a lot also. It was still early in season and a bit too fresh for the pool. We absolutely loved staying here, very tranquil and all in all just wonderful. We loved the property. You do share the pool and outdoor kitchen with guests staying in the main trulli but a seperate outdoor covered seating area gave the possibility for privacy also.

• Andrew (10/5): A beautiful Trullo and outdoor space walkable to Locorotondo. - Dimora Iconica is a gorgeous place to stay. The property is beautiful, with a wonderful outdoor space and an amazing trullo. It is also very conveniently located for walking to Locorotondo or driving to other areas in Puglia.
• Carol (9/5): Beautifully restored Trullo in calm countryside location yet so close to beautiful Locorotondo - Stunningly & beautifully restored Trullo from 1750. Very welcoming. So peaceful. Beautiful pool & gardens. Comfortable beds and lovely shower with amazing cut glass to fit into the old stone. So peaceful but still very close to locorotondo - 20 ish minutes walk or 4 minute drive. As our weather wasn't great we were inside a lot and would have preferred a more comfortable sitting area and table and chairs but this wouldn't be an issue if you've nice weather as the outdoor area is beautiful.
